My folks found a 8,000 BTU air conditioner on local Facebook buy and sell in "near new" condition. I was incredibly surprised to find one this early and this quickly but nonetheless...

Still working, in good order and with a thermostat and side baffles. I'll fit in nicely to where my current one is as I have a custom brace in the window for it But Ill get someone to look at it to make it safe. Its missing a remote though sadly x.x

My dad says its about 5 years old and it takes 740 Watts of power compared to my old Ac's 650W

I should be okay to plug it in during the summer but ill be careful and see how "loading" is.

It'll be a nice upgrade from my 5,000 and Im likely going to save quite a bit of power because of it - while maintaining comfort.

That's one less thing to worry about, especially considering how I used that one-time 500 payment from the Federal Government.

I owe my folks another $125 but I can pay that off in 2 months flat if i work on it and itll beat having to save heavily for the next 6 months until the summer.

and Ill make up for it in utility bills too...

I had a wonderful holiday with family and everyone loved my gifts to them. One of them was even used at the Christmas dinner table.

The baking stuff I made was demolished quickly (like usual) and was well received. Even if there was a ton of sweets as usual. hehe

I found out that I am now down to a 44 US waist. I got 2 pairs of 44 pants for Christmas among other things and they fit wonderfully. So I have 6 pairs of 48 and 52 Pants to sell to recoup the costs of ordering 2 new 44x30 Khaki pants and a 44-46 belt :P.

I got an Amazon Gift Card too, so I can fill some of my wishlist hehe. x3

I finally got a smartwatch too ^^ Just in time as I lost my old watch. I love it !!!

Only reason why I'm still here and NOT DEAD (from MAID) at the moment is because my rent is $497CAD a month when market is well over $1200CAD for an appropriate and safe unit. And because of my mental health and social issues I HAVE TO LIVE ALONE less there be violence among roommates (especially mentally ill ones that hate ASD people).

Why is my rent a risky third of market?


Its because I live in "independent mental health housing for the homeless" that is designed to prevent us from clogging up the courts with starvation thefts from grocery stores and to keep the costs of nursing homes down. Its also to keep the populations of "forensic hospitals" down to "publicly acceptable" levels.

I do have to turn in a monthly environment inspection though and if my pshrink tries to drop me for not seeking employment I'm out. Otherwise my rent will double and ill be eating 3 peanut butter crackers a day like everyone else on the #ODSPPoverty hash tag.

Not that I already don't have cash-flow issues as it is... LOL

- As long as I cant find SJWs to believe my history with out calling me a "fake" or "liar and forcing me to reveal RL contacts that could get me charged for Criminal Harassment or expose me to libel for discussing the local regional disparities of care for the disabled who have mental health issues and autism.

- As long as my medical team leaves my trauma untreated and refuses to even look at it as a legitimate problem. Instead of burying it in Temazepam

- As long as I'm not really accepted by the communities i belong to for the above 2 reasons and as I cycle in interaction level depending on the size of my 'ballz in bringing up my RL issues. As well as my tolerance for mental health politics with my 'care team'.

- As long as social withdrawal without risk of death remains an issue that can be used as sole criteria for involuntary admission and intervention in Ontario.

I tripled up last night thinking it be neat not to have my "thing bulge" be shown up in a picture of me padded. I promised a couple of very loved selected few a picture of me padded 6 months ago...

It was crazy comfy, but it was 2 am and I don't have the 150CAD for a decent webcam right now... So a picture is impossible this round of padding - sadly.

I fell asleep "triple-padded" and had horrible nightmares of past "interaction cycles" that have led to bans and serious legal trouble and I work up just sad and distraught.

It's made of DOUBLE-LAYER fleece that is thick, soft, heavy, and warm. It has has a lined hood and is button up instead of a zipper (nice big easy to redo buttons too). It will fit a thick bulky PeekABU or LilKings, with a possible stuffer, and definitely looks good on my body.

Its too warm to try it on right now though, but i should tonight. The arms look good, but i should check, just to be sure.

Its gonna be a pain in the ass to wash though...

...Separate load with my Pokèmon sheets on cold/delicate, no bleach ('oxy' is fine, but dissolve in hot water before adding to wash :P), and hang to dry (for 3 days!). Its been about 7 days since I tested positive. In Ontario, you are required to isolate for 5 days and mask for 10 in public until symptoms clear.

Aside from lingering and random coughing fits I have largely cleared CoviD as I was out masked (of course) yesterday. I was out getting overpirced "dirt cup" ice cream x3

My sore throat seems to have disappeared with my stuffy nose tonight--which is good. I'm just waiting for my cough and phlegm issues to go away.

One of my Elder aunts (Zias) of the "first generation" died while I was sick unfortunately.... I'm sad that I couldn't go to her funeral as I loved her very much and am sad to see them starting to pass. They have taught me about many Italian traditions and topics (including traditional cooking and baking knowledge as well as matters of etiquette and culture) and one of those was saying goodbye properly. No one wants CoviD though, so we had to send flowers. Only a few of the "originals" of our 3 linked families remain on this earth....

At least it was a mild infection and I never lost my sense of taste or smell. I didn't get that sick, but I slept alot for sure. I had some nasty sinus headaches and exhaustion too

I just tested positive on a self-test swab about an hour ago at my parents place alongside my dad who has been pretty ill over the past week. My mom tested negative

My dad drove me home in a private vehicle and we were both masked for the trip appropriately. My doc closed at 6pm EST (30 minutes before writing this) so I will have to inform the authorities tomorrow morning.


I'm not surprised we would get sick. It has been non-stop hell between heat and doing a mid-life deck re-stain project. Something that has taken since early July to finally complete. We still have to re-treat the deck floor and bench because we messed up on that but that isn't until late September--or before thanksgiving if the weather holds up.

I was over there to take care of a month of delayed yard maintenance (I am my parent's volunteer landscaper and their yard is mine by proxy :P) while my dad rested and he visited the doctor who put him on rest and gave him a self test. Thats when my mom had me test as well.. 5 mins later after probing myself I got my second bar on the indicator.

I have been asymptomatic over the past week or so though I have a small cough and some slight congestion right now (that could be because i was destroying weeds and pruning bushes all day too) but Ive not lost appetite nor my senses yet.

I also do not have a fever... which is bizzare.

Ive got my 3 shots though and I'm pretty hardy so hopefully Ill be likely out of it within a week. If im not sick by now than I probably wont get worse as they say symptoms would have set in by now.

I need to because my monthly injection is next Wednesday and I cant travel on public transit till I'm clear again..... T_T.

As you know Pica is quite a fluffy chuu with very thick royal blue fur.

My fur coat is being replaced and there is blue hair everywhere hehe.

Ontario has re-elected its Conservative government for a Majority. This is traditional for a government to have 2 terms before we get tired of em (Anyone Remember Mike Harris or Bob Rae?) I really am not effected by the new government in most of the policies and I did not vote for the winners (as usual) for my riding.

However I do have one comment:

Heaven help the 400,000 of us on ODSP who are continuing to be forced with an ablest and austeric government who is anti disabled and antagonistic to our issues of suffering.

One who will withhold our ODSP checks (after being declared "permanently unemployable" by the courts) for not working or participating in "mandated life stabilization programs" that'll only bankrupt municipalities and may be an attempt to 'bleed a stone'.

These programs will be used to threaten cities with essential operating funds or income for social assistance recipients (OW or ODSP) who through no fault of their own, cannot find work-- or can't participate meaningfully in their respective regions. It'll be like the UK where you have to go to a judge every 6 months to continue to get full disability benefits combined with Germany where the government FORCES cities to hire everyone that is rejected by the private sector (and the cities have to pay for the training too--out of municupal funding and not provincial) or lose money for road's, hospitals, and transit.

This is only going to make regional disparities worse! Though it will create opportunities for better low-cost inter-regional migration (as this will be the only option aside from starvation). Someone is gonna have to pay your gas as a long-term unemployed with no hope to move else where and it'll be a barter system for rides everywhere to meet "job search quotas"

Right now for example, my city is not doing what the province wants in "Welfare Reform" as 1/6 of the population in the city is on some form of assistance and unemployed (vast majority are on disability but official stats of ratio are not kept). People on assistance are not counted in national EI/UI numbers either, so don't let those HRSDC numbers fool you. We are also NDP territory here (most likely - as my riding has not declared winners yet), so Toronto people DGAF about us as it is.

There is a 10 billion dollar hospital deal and another 3 billion battery plant going up that the province could "cut out of" if Windsor doesn't "play by the rules" when "Phase 3" of "Social Assistance Reform" hits us

Oh and yes if you are like me and you have an ASD with Co-morbid diagnoses and neurological defects: forget about anything in this province. Especially if you don't live with family or in a group home with a DSO certificate. You may as well take the Euthanasia MAID offers you (like what Ontario Liberal Leader Steven Del Duca hinted at when asked why he cut back the "rate increase" in his platform).

Your gonna starve and become homeless because you will be deemed by the "private MLIMS" to be "employable" and you will lose your ODSP and/or OW. You will have to beg for money, become a prostitute or drug dealer (number one occupation of the disabled in Windsor), or have to move out of province to continue to survive. ONTARIO IS UNDER NO CONSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATION to help you and THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF EXERCISING THIS.

MANITOBA AND QUEBEC (if you speak french as they've all but banned the use of English there) ARE HOWEVER and you may find some sympathy in Toronto or Ottawa with "ASD specific" charities and private infrastructure (for those not "disabled" enough for DSO funding). It'll be a lottery play for those with limited funds though.


For now Ill wait and continue to struggle as I pay my 400 in debts slowly and do my best to keep my food supply good( even though i still have to ask for a bit of money every so often for that too x.x). Everything else is on the back burner including apartment repairs until things change or I get a huge pile of money (like 1000 to finish my immediate goals)

Who will we choose considering my "special" circumstances?

The CONS wanna Pave over Paradise and put up a parking lot (Highway 413) and force cities to pay for more welfare while starving odsp recipients into work ('life stabilization' and using the UK agency that lets ASD people starve to death).

They are offering a 5% increase to ODSP grants as well. That really only accounts for one 4lb sirloin tip roast a month after my subsidy is decreased to match shelter grant. If im not kicked off and forced to move to Winnepeg at least.

The FIBERALS Believe everyone on ODSP is going to MAID themselves when the mental illness exclusion expires next may. They dont wanna fund anything but $1 public transit so we can all beg for food at the grochery store. Their giving us 2 free Sirloin Tip roast' worth of increases (maybe depending on how far they back out of their rhetoric).

The NEW DUMB PARTY and green are not even talking about highways and reform. they wanna DOUBLEthe ODSP rate (with rent for a bachelor approaching $1000 a month most ODSP recipients are starving to death NOW without this level of assistance) and give the middle finger to "Dough-boy Ford's" rich Toronto, poor Ontario centered mandates (thinking everything can be like Toronto with its social service budget that is bigger than Windsor's ENTIRE OPERATING COST). They also wanna stop nursing homes from becoming mass centers of death and exploitation--like what happened with CoviD and privatization with Mike Harris.

Finally they wanna pay for proper therapy instead of drugging people out like me and waiting for them to die when they get sick from side effects. Or throwing me into a nursing home on a permanent Sedate and Restraint order

But supporting the NEW DUMB PARTY means you are a communist afterall -- so its natural for them to favor the 400,000 over the rest of the provincial population.

The GREENS have similar policies but their tree huggers against modern technology (including Ablest and Eugenic ideas as well as 'development').

Both may bankrupt Ontario bad but If I (and the other 400,000 people on ODSP) have to starve to death die so Ontario can survive--I think we have a wealth distribution problem that needs addressing.

and RED or BLUE Ain't cutting it anymore.

Like my friend said, society is gonna collapse soon and Russia has its hand on the "planetary destruction button" for a while. They don't like funding the fight in Ukraine Cold War style.

Hi fuzzies, its been a while. I just felt like posting a journal to keep everyone updated as to whats going on. There are times when I can REALLY get crazy with these journals but now is not that time. Maybe this is a trend but there are still a few "challenges" to come within the next 6-8 months.

- Im just Just fighting the "good fight" otherwise and trying to survive. I'm following a slow acquisition of things I like from my amazon wish list while making my apartment nice. Art sadly remains at the bottom of the list but I have obtained a few new pics that I have not "double posted" on my profile. I have a policy of not posting a pic if an artist or someone else does so you will just have to search me on FA for them.

- I'm doing ok but struggling financially. I haven't had much of a chance to buy any art or other luxuries thanks to inflation but been active on my IMs and chats (a lot) and things have been generally positive. I would rate my social life alot higher right now and my happiness is "stable" but I do wish I had more resources with things.

I am triying to get back into the gym as well to work on weight loss. But Im "plateauing" at a 48 US again. I'm so disappointed too because I haven't lost a single pound in 2 years. I haven't gained any weight either but I also have lost inches off my waist. I'm not sure whats going on but I REALLY need to look at doing something different over time. Like major.. Gym Memberships are expensive though....

- Ive been having to ask for donations a few times since Christmas as well. This worries me a lot. I'm happy to have help but relying on disability with no ability to generate income (or having to sell my glassware maybe as its the only 'valueable" thing i own) is a bit scary (more on that below). Even then however its not a "generator" just a one time exchange for something else and a band-aid. I may have to give up my gym membership or reduce my internet (from 40/10 to 15/1) as well to make room for more pressing needs. this carries its own consequence.

- Work remains a possible long term goal, but with my aging parents I'm pretty busy. I've yet to find anything I can actually do with my "trifecta" of issues ,,.and many barriers. But I'm openly investigating opportunities and ideas that are realistic.

- I'm cooking for 4 tonight for a late mother's day meal--Chicken Cacciatore--for my parents and a friend. I may take a pic of the table with stuff from my I like blue collection (that's in scraps). Of course though, I have since moved twice from that picture. I have proper china cabinets for them and display it proudly. I do actively use my dishes and glassware as well as my normal dishware from Ikea. Its one of the few things I do enjoy and love right now.

- I have been cooking quite a bit as well but I'm not good at food photography so I only post in my chat groups of what I make. though I have a good proper camera camera its just hard to capture food properly when you are sharing and serving guests (and its easier to reach for a phone to upload to a chat room). Plus I don't want my friends or family in my photographs on FA (naturally). I don't like doing setups and take downs that a proper photograph requires and having to work without a good free image program to fix them properly (since I don't have Photoshop or gimp anymore).

- I did something stupid last month and added another 290 dollars of debt. One that I'm stuck with for the next 6 months -.- I wont go into details but yeah, consider it a "fine" for some damage I caused in a 'fight'. Things are okay now and im not in anymore trouble so I just gotta watch my 'P's and Q's' and pay my punishment.

- Ontario is going through an election in June and ODSP administration is an election issue. Stay tuned for more as soon as I feel like talking about it. voting date is June 2, 2022 and things could change very quickly once again.

I have emails and Unlimited North American SMS as well if you wanna use that too. I had to finally go with an unlimited phone because my parents make me use over 400 minutes a month with multiple calls a day so yeah its cool. XD

I finally joined the "semi" modern world and updated to Windows 10

Aside from my new sound card not being installed everything is a go. Will get that in within the next few days.

Things went smoothly, though the "registry font type mod" made my choice of font way too small.

I wonder if i can type in a "font size" key to bring it up without blowing up the whole thing lol.

It must be in there with all the rest of the "classic" windows theme choices -- LOL.

May we have hope for next year to be one of hope and recovery everyone.
And one of progress on goals.

I'm certainly feeling better knowing about certain revelations that I have made about my own situation.
My outlook and feelings have changed over the past two weeks for sure.

Let this feeling continue for everyone moving forward this year.

Since a few are doing it and I'm short on funds again. I may as well list the things on my amazon wish list for the next 6 months. Not much of a gamer or toy person but I like kitchen and domestic things right now. That and some candy of course. Ill see what happens come the spring as to wither I buy some more art or padding, but that's a far ways away.

I'm using amazon.ca because it allows you to to ship to a nearby post office (amazon pickup point is like 5 minutes away in said Post Office) and I don't have to deal with duties or taxes. Plus exchange from USD to CAD makes it cheaper for Americans.

I also don't like having it delivered to my front door. It'll only to be stolen since my apartment is full of porch thieves. They even take my delivery slips and spy on me on delivery day (I've had 2 things stolen from my front door already--over the past year).

I don't know if people read my blogs or not but my mom doesn't have to look at my "baggy ass" she hates anymore...

Apparently My mom took out a 300 dollar credit with me and dropped 400 dollars on a few new pairs of pants with some accessories for me (in my new size of 48x30) Ive gained a bit in the past 3 months and have to be careful as I was 46 waist in late October though. She went online for the first time and snagged some 60% off deals on them I guess...

She paid half for a Christmas gift but I owe her over 300 dollars for my new clothes and some loaned Christmas presents for the two grand-kids (from what its looking like). The register is still running on the "credit" as there is no final total I gotta pay back (this is what puts people into bankruptcy).

Ill be paying for them for the rest of the year in small amounts. So my whole plan for next year has just been dynamited. I didn't really need them but somehow my mom decided for me on how I am to spend my money --because she didn't like my clothes and is tired of me relying on them for it (as Xmas presents maybe, but Ive never asked for them to buy me stuff -- though they do). Its rude to refuse a gift and they fit well; but... yeah...

I had 130CAD coming to me in January that I would have put to clothes (and then 50 a month for a few months for maybe padding, art or some housewares I wanted on my amazon list) but with my new burden who knows when Ill ever cub out or commission again.

Plus I wanted that 5LB bag of gummy bears too x.x


It is what it is I guess...
