The biggest one I don't understand is anything related to fecal matter; I'm genuinely curious how you can get off by taking a dump on someone. I don't care what you're into, you have the right to do whatever makes you happy (as long as it's consensual and doesn't involve killing animals) but I could never imagine myself doing it.

New Years Art Resolution
Posted 13 years agoit's a month early, but i figure i might as well make it now, feel free to share what you hope to improve on this upcoming year.
- animals that aren't mammalian
- anatomy study (human and animal)
- background work (i'm so lazy with this)
- perspective
- objects/mech/cars (oh god)
- more full colored work
- empty WIP folder (like that'll ever happen)
- paintery/lineless work
- pictures with 3 or more characters
- pretty much everything else
geez after writing that i feel about 5 times worse about my art, but let's hope I can accomplish these goals!

my tablet
Posted 13 years agoi've been asked a few times about my tablet brand, and I got inspired to write this after a tumblr post about it, because Monoprice definitely deserves some recognition.
Essentially I adore my tablet, I struggled to find the tablet for me a few years back. I tried Wacom and other brands that were $80+ and I really disliked drawing on them. I then found Monoprice and got one of their tablets, and since then I haven't looked back. It's an excellent tablet for beginners and veterans, with a lot of room to draw (I have an 8x6) and fantastic pen pressure and movement (i have to use it as my mouse since my touchpad doesn't work) Best of all, these tablets are extremely cheap compared to other big brands, my tablet was around $40 USD, so it's a great deal if you are in need of a new one and don't have the financial situation to afford the tablets that are $100+
The only thing I have to complain is that it isn't wireless, though my tablet has gone through a lot of carelessness and still doesn't have wire problems. If you are interested in buying the tablet, go to Monoprice.com and search tablets, there will be a few options to choose from (I of course would recommend the 8x6)

Posted 13 years agoI recently transferred my files to an older computer that I was going to use in the time being while I save up for a new computer later down the line. But today the charger has been giving me problems and I haven't been able to get it to work, so art and such will be on hold until I can get a new charger.

or a Weddell seal one, i only ever see harp seal pups or plushies that are just random ambiguous seals.
