Posted 9 years agoUmmm, just today, WOW fuck today. As a few of you know i work at Culver's, if you have never been to one its kind of like i guess steak and shake but slightly higher quality food plus custard. I've been working here since january 2015 and i have had my ups and down with the establishment. Today was not my cup of coffee. I worked a 12-11 shift, so it was already a long day. i was set up on custard making but swapped to drive a few min later so my co-worker could do custard. I got yelled at by so many mean customers today.
There is a Denny's going up next door and they were grinding off all the mortar stuck on the outside wall and they had a diesel motor working an old pump, so it was really hard to hear combining it with i am partially deaf in my right ear, which is where the mic is located. I would get rude remarks like if i was reading back an order cuz i was worried i got something wrong i would get "yes, do you even know what a burger is" or if i was listing off the condiments of a burger and i say mayo and they think i said tomato they would throw a temper tantrum at me. Even 1 car after i took their order i asked someone else to take cash for me because i didn't want to deal with them and i heard one say "god they must be desperate for employees hiring that idiot" Needless to say i cashed them out after that and talked to them about how the background noise of diesel gets amplified through our headset and we aren't hiring.
And another co-worker called in so i had to close. so now i'm working a 12-12 shift. wonderful. i go on my last break and i see that i got a text from a friend. So her and i have a friend that moved a few months back and she suffers from chronic depression. back when she lived by us we would always make sure to hang out with her and keep her happy since she had a rough life. I am NOT going to disclose her name for privacy reasons. The text said that she had attempted suicide. I have no clue if she is alive or not, I really hope she is and gets the help she deserves. Her parents thought she was just going through a phase so they would ignore it. She never went to therapy, take anti-depressants, anything. And i cant go see her since she lives out of state now.
Guys, i'm just hoping its better tomorrow. It could of been worse, there's 1 manager that insults me all the time and i have just lost my shit on him so many times for being sexist. You never see him doing anything if a guy is on their phone texting or playing a game, but if i need to text my dad, he takes my phone. It was his day off today. God i just hope he works a morning shift tomorrow. I doubt it and i am prolly gonna have to close with him again, but thanks for taking time to read this. i just need to get my mind off of it all with some art or something.

Emergency commissions are open!
Posted 9 years agook, so i had to drop a lot of money of my car for repairs recently, so i have to open for commissions to help me get a good foothold so if i have to replace anything else ill be ok(ish). If i get any Overflow that will go to my new car. Oddly enough, i can only take commissions through Deviant art since the points system is the only way i can get this money to my bank account at the moment.
So please, im begging you right now, commission from me or plan to in the near future because of all the shit going on rn. Thank you.

Life updates and exc
Posted 10 years agoHey guys, Pipsi here. im sorry if i have been extremely inactive for the past few weeks... ive had so much shit going on in life rn so yeah....
. on the positives, i am finally getting a drawing tablet within a week or 2. yes, i have been using a mouse for art on here, and yes, it sucks. so im super happy about that. might also get some kickers for my SUV as well as a sub box. my nephew spilt apple juice on my back door speakers and they kinda caught on fire while i was in a street speaker competition.... not funny Mason. if not im asking for them on christmas or my birthday (October 24th) so yay for finally starting to get my life straight!
on more negative sides, in a week i have to go downstste to visit my uncle for one of his last surgeries. Last year he attempted suicide by shooting himself but he missed, but it did shatter and rip off his jaw... so i wanted to go see him cuz hes family, gotta stick together!!
Also today at work we had to call the cops on these 2 guys... Us emploees that, were in front swearm they were on Meth or something. but they come charging in saying that there are cockroaches in their food. Concerned we checked the food and diddnt find any... so one of the guys starts yelling at me and my manager "ARE YOU FUCKERS BLIND?!?!!? THEY ARE RIGHT THERE" so we looked. nothing. W=Now convinced these guys were lying to us said that we cant give them any refund. So they start yelling "WE WANT A DOUBLE REFUND AND COUPONS NOW!!!!!!!!!!" and we were like no. so the bald one starts getting all in my face like "DO YOU WANNA GO?!?!?! HUH I CAN TAKE ON ANY ONE OF YOU?!?!?!I COULD KILL THAT GIRL BITCH (he points at me) WITH ONE PUNCH!!!!" Now i was seriously concerned for my life at this point. ive been in bad fights before and looking a the stature of this man he wasnt someone i, a 119 lb teenager should mess with, so i slowly backed away and helped customers get away from these dipshits and walk back to them. My manager, now scared to death at this moment grabbs my phone and says "Thats enough im calling the cops on you two. You dont get angry and threatening to hurt any employee or friend of mine and he called the cops. I swear that was the quickest ive ever seen a cop get anywhere. So the cops got the guys out of the restaurant thank god. I did suffer a bad anxiety attack while at this and sat in the back with 2 other emploees one eho is a couple years older than me and another who is 7 months pregnant to help eachother calm down.
So that was my update journal. sorry about the length of it guys :(

<3 Pipsi Traverse City cherry Festival
Posted 10 years agojust curious if any of you will be at the Cherry festival in Traverse City this year. it is from July 4th-11th. id love to meet any of u if u r comming up and make u a badge or something. my only acception is if i do make a badge for you, i will charge for them. sence i dont have a paypal and it is very unsafe to send money through mail, that is why i do commissions for free, that and my dad hates me doing art, so i can do it as long as its free till im 18. i will charge 7$ for a headshot, 12$ for a bust and 18$ for a full body. add 2$ extra if they are traditionally drawn badges because it takes a whole lot more time to get everything perfect on paper than on computer. if interested please not me and hopefully ill se someone at Cherry festival. thanks!!

Traverse City Fur Con
Posted 10 years agoHey guys, ive been wanting to talk about this Forever. I live in traverse city as you all know, and ive realized we do not have any furry cons for the U.P or Northern Michigan. like We have a perfectly fine convention center at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, but its only really used for Comicon in late may.
This is where my idea comes into mind, a con around late july or august, Named Traverse City Fur Con or TCFC for short. Id love to make this a reality but id need a shit ton of help to make this dream a reality! plus i would need to know if anyone had any interest of going to this at all!! its not a con without any convention goers!! if intersted and want to learn more about the Resort and spa, here is the link to the website http://www.grandtraverseresort.com/ .
But guys seriously ive wanted to make this a reality sence i was 11 and now that i have more recourses at hand and i have people who aknowlage my existance as who i am i think it would be awesome to start planning this! I know we wouldnt be able to make it a true con till atleast 2016 but its always good to have an early start!!

1) i Require you to have a reference sheet for commissions. im sorry if u think its"stupid" but in the past people would give me a discription and when i made it they would point out flaws from what they imagined. if you need help on where to start check out my journal below on what to do
