Wow, what a blast.
This was quite something, people were a lot more festive than the last years it seemed to me. More people on the streets and also a lot more rockets in the sky.
Really a very nice show.

So another year gone by, this time it was called 2007.
They don´t really get imaginative with the names, do they?

I have to say i liked it, it was a very nice year overall.
Of course there were some ups and down, but thats just natural.

As long as it goes for my studies it hasn´t been as successful as i wanted it to be, didn´t get in all the courses i wanted, but took a few others to compensate.
I really hope next year goes better in that regard, so i can finally do the things i want and not add unnecessary time to my plan.

Social wise i´d call the year very successful.
I have been more outgoing than before, talked to more people and made quite a few new friends. I have been joining a furry message board (something that kinda scared me before) drawn some art that people liked and got some things out of my system.
Well i even met my first furry in RL, thanks to  stormdragonblue for letting me into his house <3
Also in the non-furry department it goes quite well. a few people i have lost contact with, a few new ones, didn´t have any big conflicts with anyone so + there, too.

Thing is that once you have a good thing, you want more and i definitly like the taste of social interaction.
Until now i was quite happy to be a one man army, but lately i really want and need people around me :)
Maybe its just a winter depression that makes me feel lonely, but whatever it is i will keep on fighting.
I wont be scared of people anymore! (or at least not as much ^^)
So if you like, give me a call, ivysaur need love, too :)

New Year resolutions:
Well, this is always a touchy one, never really did any, as they are almost always forgotten anyways and just make you feel miserable.

But this year i decided to take two:
The first is to e more outgoing (as described above), making new friends and generally show more interest in the people around me (empathize)
As this is an ongoing project i am not so likely to chicken out :)
Second regards my art, i want to get better, especially in lineart, a that is currently my achilles heel, takes me foreve to find a form i like and keeps me from drawing much as it takes just to damn long.
For that i have bought myself a nice stack of paper and pens and will fill one page every day of the year.
Every page has its date, so i can´t miss out.

Maybe you´ll see some of those sketches if they are to my liking in the scraps folder ^^;

I thought about adding a non-personal section about what moved the world this year, but i think that is already sufficiently covered in the media.
Too much war, global warming, terrorists. Generally another year of fear for the politicians to subdue the populace.
May they all die from the plague!

On another note i have found a place to stay and finish my biology study.
Its a little further from the campus and also a little more expensive but larger and generally very nice.
Its in the basement of an old ladys house, a refurbished cellar that one of her sons used before he moved out.
I´m gonna move around the 14th of january, so at least not much stress over the christmas days and newyear!

1.When i was a small kid i had almost every bone broken that one can break under normal circumstances.
Although i never was in any accident or anything, i was quite the overactive kid and got myself into a lot of crazy situations.

2. Up to this day i live a quite hedonistic lifestyle and usually do what i consider fun, it rarely matters what other might think or what might happen ^^;

3. I´m a very optimistic person and i like to make people happy :3 Life is short and the world is bad enough as it is, you don´t have to make it worse by being sad or angry.
I also believe in personal betterment and try to make myself and the world larger than life.
Annoying to some i also try to better the persons around me, if they want it or not ^^

4. There is not really anything that grosses me out or that i am hugely scared of.
I don´t have any phobias or ickyness thresholds that i know of :p

5. Never have touched or kissed any female being sexually ^^;

6. I have been getting several compliments by straight (in relationship) men for my beutiful eyes o.O

7. As an only child i will probably inherit our families chinese turtles, which if cared for probably can easily surpass my parents (maybe even me :P)

8. My favourite sense is touch, i like being touched or touch persons and things, feeling around for different textures and structures.
I can spend hours examining my or other persons body, looking how the muscles bend and joints move, feeling how it feels deep inside.
Or maybe i run my hand over an interesting wall, to see how it feels.

Well, i am back from vacation :)
Had a great time, the trip to hurghada was really fun.
Very sunny and warm all around (35°C at daytime; 25°C at night).
Since they have 360 sun days a year i haven´t seen a single cloud in a week ^^
The heat is also very dry so you don´t sweat at all, it dries up immediatly.

Scuba diving was great aswell, didn´t take any underwater pictures this year though, sorry.
The red sea for your information is the second saltiest sea in the world (after the dead sea) with 4-5% salt content.
Believe me if i say it tastes quite yucky and is not fun to get in your eyes ^^

Well, i had this very visionary dream a few weeks ago and after pondering at for a while and now seeing the new journal from  MStuarn i thought i might get some second opinions from you.
Know that i wouldn´t consider myself atheist (although i would probably tell you that when you ask me on the stree), but i don´t believe in any of the official religions. neither do i judge them right or wrong, if they keep me alone i will not mess with them either.
All in all i am a very scientific person, believing in reason and facts, but aknowledging that with out simple minds and technology there are so many things we can´t see or even think of.
Well i wont keep you up any longer, so read the dream if you want :)

Afterwards i have the impression that it seemed very carefully arranged, like a theater stage
I was still looking around, having the feeling that i was waiting for something, when i felt a presence behind me and i could also see from the edge of my eyes a new clear light behind me.
Please bear with me, because the following might seem to you very cliche or unreal, but thats exactly what happened
I turned around and there before me also on the edge of the fountain was sitting GOD or an Angel, i really can´t tell.
A humanlike figure, really large (from my own size i would say at least 2,5m), a little muscled, not skinny and very well proportioned.
It had had a very light, but in no way pale skin (i think the lighting really benefited its looks.)
Completly naked it sat there before me, but there were no signs of a sex visible (i have to admit that i looked tounge1)
From its back extended 4 large wings, two to each side, at least spanning 2 meters to each side.
Large white feathers shining on the inside, the very outer tips of the wings were in a warm brown color. (all in all they looked very much like huge bird wings).
Later i saw the outside and it was brown like the tips aswell (only the inside of the wings was white.
now it was extending its wings, seemingly as far as it could creating sorta a bright halo around it, reflecting the ambient light onto me.
But the for me most fascinating thing was that it had no head or neck.
Out of the top of its rump sprung 9 approximately wrist thick crystal like tentacles, at least 1,5 meters long.
They were moving, or better flowing like they were of water, but seemed very solid (i want to say VERY flexible).
From the inside of its chest a warm bright light was emenating, leaving its body through this neck-opening but being caught and transmitted along the tentacles (like glass-fibers if you will it)
It swung these tentacles around, letting them face me.
(It moved them in accord and kept a distance between so that some sort of grid formed.)
Looking directly at me i could see that the tentacles were octagon cylinders (which gave me reason to describe them as crystal-like) with this grid between them, all being illuminated by the light from inside its body.
Then it 'spoke' or better i heard a voice inside my head, more like a thought being expressed in all languages at once. So if i say said henceforth its this form of expression, i simply don´t have a better word.
"Good that you have come, i have to speak to you"
I was shivering, or at least i felt like this.
I wanted to fall down on my knees and beg it for forgiveness for everything i had done wrong.
I am very atheist and don´t believe in any gods, but the sheer presence of this 'being' made all my beliefs wither away and replaced them by simply unquestioning faith
I had the impression that i was wrong there and i had taken someone elses place, i sure was not worthy to stand in its presence.
"As you know, we are both not getting any younger"
it said, perplexing me quite a bit.
I noticed that i had been staring at it all the time, and i could see my own face reflecting in the tip of each of the tentacles.
It looked like stone, and also a bit frigthend (but luckily not to the extend that i was feeling inside)
The being must´ve noticed something, too, because now it went silent and moved its tentacles closer, until they were only a mere foot away from my face (while it was sitting quite abit away from me (as said i tried to move, but i simply couldn´t. maybe otherwise i would´ve sprung up and run away, or touched ti to see if its real.
It sorta looked me "in the eye" for a few seconds, then retracting the tentacles, until they were above its body again, at incredible speed.
Somehow it seemed disappointed.
"I sense you still can´t see me"
It said in some sorta sad voice.
It then crossed its arms with fingers spread over its chest and enveloped itself in its wings (thats when i saw that the outside was brown) and slowly walked backwards into the mists.
I tried to stand up and follow it but i still couldn´t move.
Next thing i remember is that i lie in my bed with the most huge and wicked smile on my face i can imagine, my body burning with an inner fire, totally relaxed and happy.
i had been touched by god/and angel was all i could think over and over again.
You could say it was a religious revelation, although i still don´t believe in such things. And i truly didn´t have the impression that it was thinking bad of me because i didn´t worship any sort of god.
I had more the impression that its thoughts and ideas were so far out of our sphere of imagination that my beliefs simply didn´t mattered for it.

Well, i have returned from a three week internship in radiology and feel more burnt out than ever.
Well, but its only one more month of learning and three more written tests before the next semester starts :/
At least i will have 18 days then until the classes reopen.
Sometimes college simply sucks!
Well, at least classes seem lax then after the crunch time :P

I think it is bad that they keep creating the same old out-of-the-box pokémon for each new game, while trying to keep them close to real animals (look at bidoof for christs sake)
There are still so many type combinations that haven´t been used.
It would be also very cool to have some real imaginative pokémon designs, like for most legendary (while not totally over the top).

I for example want a grass/steel type!

What types would you want to see?
Maybe we can make some art trade or something :)

today i gave my favourite plushie a wellness day, including a fully restuffing :)
Took me almost 2 hours to get all the stuffing out, refluffing it and putting it back in.
I also added some more, to make him firmer and stuff.
he almost gained a pound :), but is now in his best shape ever!

Well i got my pokémon diamond yesterday :D
Its great fun and although its still the same system its a really nice upgrade.

Only thing that bugs me a bit is that battles seem a bit on the slow side ^^
Most of the attacks got really cool new effects some are a bit strange but hey :)
I just got my 3rd badge all my pokes are around lvl 25. not bad i think.
