Hi folks, a while back, I mentioned something about coming up with a new character, well, I have. Its more than just a new character, its a new start for me, a chance to thin out my watched list, only watch those who's art I like or photos I like or close friends and locals Ive hung out with in the past and see as friends. Most of you, Ive re watched on the new account, some I wont, why, I have my reasons, again, this is a new start for me. Ive recently had to deal with a broken heart, but the pieces were quickly picked up by someone who has been a good friend for some years now, and the both of us are starting anew. I've thought about posting a link for my new account here, but that would be defeating the purpose of starting over, both here and in the real world, Ive only watched a few from this account and over time, will watch more and more, it will mostly be locals I know, as well as friends Ive had the pleasure of meeting in the past and truly consider friends. Also over time, the submissions I have here will be taken down and my watch list cleared out as I re watch on my new account. If you want, you can contact me via messenger if you'd like to be watched on my other account. I must add, the reasons for not watching one that I have watched here are various, mostly my taste in art and such have changed.

So, after alot of thinking and all, I feel this whole pony/equine character/fursona isnt really "Me" anymore. Too much drama and other mess associated with it now. I have been tinkering with the idea of a Roo character for some time now and feel this is a good opportunity to start new, new character/fursona, new account as well as a chance to weed out watchers etc....

Im still working on who exactly the character will be and such, but was hoping I could get from you, some name suggestions. I want something that hasnt been used before nor something obvious, if that makes any sense.

So.... I spent better than an hour on the phone with tech support for my ISP as to why I was internetless, as usual, they try to place blame on something on my end, versus anything on their end, Stuff like the DSL modem,computer,in house lines and the such. Usually in the end, it comes to light its either something with the network or at the substation. The schmuck I talked to mentioned them sending me a new modem, along with a "new contract" which ends up costing me per month for rental of the modem. I plan on buying a wireless dealie soon, but I need some advice, mainly what brands are the best both in speed, data transfer and price. Im looking for something hopefully in the 100 to 150 dollar range, with the exception of belkin, mostly because I have a friend who had 2 or 3 from them before he sank more money into a better modem.

at myself that is.... Why you ask? Well, here goes. There was a local furmeet today, and from the second it was announced, I decided to go. During the 2 hour or so drive there, there was a few times my nerves, well mainly shyness kicked in and tried its best to make me turn around and not go at all, but I kept on going. Once I got there and got parked, I took a deep breath and headed to the shelter where the others had already gathered, now, here's where the surprise comes in, when I got to the shelter, I actually talked to a few others not to mention laughed and had a good time over all. My only regrets were that I didnt talk more, take pics and at the least introduce myself to the others, but thats what the next meet is for, and of course, I have my mate to thank for that, if it werent for him helping me break out of my shell more, I dont think I could have done it.

Come home earlier to find a package from the North Carolina office of Emergency Medical Services.....Seems all my hard work and studying paid off in a good way, Im now a (re) certified EMT for the state of NC ^_^
