Some simple terms and conditions for clients

Commission price sheet:

General
- I Work in slots and do my best to update them once Im done with a commission. If youd like to commission me send me a Message. After that I will check if I got a open slot for you and reach back to you once its your turn. (you can reach me through DMs or on Discord. Poîpole#0803)
- Payment accepted through Paypal in US dollars.
- Work on your commission will only begin after full payment is made. If you are only able to pay by instalments, discuss through private message.
- Please notify me if you would like the commissioned artwork to be private or anonymous.
- I reserve the right to reject certain subjects/fetishes which I am not comfortable with drawing. Feel free to DM me to discuss specifics, of course.
- You may use or publish the artwork in any way you see fit ( with credit back to me ), EXCEPT in cryptocurrency or NFT-related transactions.

Request for changes/refund
- A WIP Lineart will be shown to you when I start working on your commission for feedback. Additional WIP (such as base coloring) can be provided on request.
- Changes can be made for free if the Lineart that I show you have wrong or missing details
- If there are changes not related to artwork errors (eg you want a complete pose change after seeing the Lineart or a complete change of the characters), 15$-25$ will be charged per Lineart involved
- If you are not satisfied with the Lineart and would like a refund, the refund value will be the total payment minus value of the Lineart according to my price sheet.
- Refunds and major changes can no longer be given once the Lineart is approved.
- You may still ask for changes in coloring for free if I have made a mistake in the final output.

I may update the terms as necessary in the future!

Sorry for the long inactivity lately.
I took a needed break from drawing in the hollydays.
Freshing up the creativity a bit. (got out of ideas lol)
Only drawing commissions or some personal stuff.
But now Im back and hopefully more active.
I still got some commissions I will work on but I also got some great Ideas for some cute pokemon Inflations.
I hope I get some posted before my birthday.

Sorry for the slower Posts lately. I struggle a bit with motivation to draw stuff.

Alright.

I noticed Darlal did a Post again... which again is full of lies and not nearly half of what happend.
He is trying to look innocent.

I will begin from where everything started.
First of I was with Darlal in a group yes.
A friend of mine (whos name I wont tell cause I think he is a good guy and he has nothing to do with this) invited me to a group.
In this group my friend, Darlal and I was in.
We only talked a bit about art showing earch other some inflation stuff.
Darlal was actually pretty ok back then.
Anyway...

Now to the Point where all of this started.
Darlal invited random people from a discord server into that group.
A private group that only was made for me to meet my friend friend.
I wanted to know why he invited people in the group but all he wrote was stuff like.
"leave the group you are not suposed to be here" to the people he just invited.

I got pissed because he didnt told me after multiple times and he just invited random people in a group that was private.
He even began to call those people idiots which you cant see in this video he made because he deleted those so he looks inocent.
in the end I just told him not to talk to me anymore and left the group.

Later he send me a friend request.
With one of his alts
I already pissed told him he should tell me what he wants or I block him
and he begins rambling about some some user that left a long time ago...
To be honest I dont remember everything anymore... it was something something about him getting hated and about someone called something ...Loon???
I couldnt care less.
I told him to leave me alone and blocked him again.

After a bit he came with what I think is his main Discord account right now Fygar#6367.
He begins threatening me. I told him I dont care and I block him again. He told me he will come back with more accounts until Im his "friend".
after he noticed I dont care he threatend me with inviting more people into that group.

After that I blocked his second account.
Some time after he came with two more accounts sending me a FA which I blocked instantly.

After that he came with his 5th account spamming me a ton of stuff about how awsome he is and I have to be his "friend".
Telling me some shit about how he got some dark empathy... which was the cringiest shit I ever read in my live.
He threatened me more and spammed over hours.

I tryed ignoring him over the entire time and finally got some silence.
But after time I heared people telling me that they are disapointed in me.

I wondered why and lerned that Darlal made a fake post about a so called "secret Lolicon second account".
I didnt even know what Lolicon means back then. Which noone should.
Yes I actually have a second account. But its not a secret and not underaged.
I even advetised it the day I made it in a post. I just dont want to make more advertisements for it because I respect the age of my watchers that really shouldnt look after stuff like this.
anyway... on FA my ticket got reviewed and his post got deleted and apparently he got soft banned on FA... his account is back now I think. But after him noticing that he deleted the post on DA too...

That is the entire story of what happend.
All because I didnt want to be his so called "friend".
I feel really bad for the people he considers "friends"
after all what I read about him. Im surprised anyone is considering him a "good guy"

little update with a new suggestion.

I started working on the Pokemon suggestions.
But this next suggestion is a bit different this time.

I would like to draw one of my characters
Pop (Me. Shiny Poipole), Poi (my sister. normal colored Poipole) or victini.
If you have an great idea how they could get inflated write it down in the comments with the name and the way of inflation.
Keep in mind I prefer cute and clean inflations. But Im open to try new stuff. But keep it sfw c:

I dont feel ready to take requests yet but...
