I sincerely apologize for my absence from social media and for any missed updates. I’ve come to realize how much real life can interfere with my work as a freelancer. The past few months have been quite chaotic for me, trying to juggle my job and my studies, leaving little time to rearrange my commitments.

I completely understand your frustrations and the limits of your patience, and I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience. I am determined to finish all commissions before the year wraps up. As I’ve mentioned in previous updates, I may need to temporarily halt accepting new commissions or adoptables. Next year, I aim to focus more on fan art. Given that my parents are paying for my schooling, I need to prioritize my studies as my personal situation has become more stressful lately.

I've been wrestling with some self-doubt about my art style. Recently, I've noticed my work getting sharper and more detailed, with skilled, precise coloring techniques. I'm mastering bad-ass themes and crafting outfits beyond my imagination. Yet, I can't help but look back at my early work, comparing the simple, eye-catching designs to today's detailed, complex creations.

It's not about liking my creations; it seems buyers appreciate the less detailed, quick-to-create designs more than the intricate, time-consuming ones. Part of me wants to revisit my early style, learn from it, and maybe tweak my current approach. It's funny, but my early adoptables received awesome compliments and more likes, whereas my unique, detailed adoptables are getting less attention now. You get the point.

What do you think about this overthinking? Should I simplify my designs, almost reverting to the basics, or continue with the complex creations? Every artist needs feedback, so I'm open to advice or even a survey.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read this! I have made some very specific rules that apply to ALL my future adopts. This is to help protect me as an artist, and you as the customer or client. By adopting from me, you automatically agree to my T.O.S, by failing to read or follow my T.O.S will result in you being added to my blacklist and you will NOT be able to buy any of my designs.

PAYMENT:

🔳 USD currency |Payment via PayPal Invoice only or Ko-fi | No holds.

🔳 Payment is non-refundable. If you demand a refund by filing a complaint, you'll get banned forever,add you in blacklist and lose access to the adoptables you requested refunds for. Also, I'll let everyone know about your actions.

🔳 After you've sent payment and received the complete files,once a payment is made it is non-refundable. it's not allowed to change your mind or cancel immediately. If you try to force a refund by filing a case, you'll get permanently banned. I'll show all the evidence proving I finished your files and close your dispute case. Troll bidders results to blacklist/ban/block.

🔳Payment needs to be made within 24 hours. If not, I'll reach out to the next highest bidder or re-run the auction.

REFUNDS

🔳You can only get refunds for YCH commissions, regular commissions, and customized adoptable commissions. Refunds will have deductions based on updates, time, files sent, line art, flat color bases, and the effort I've put in. You're not allowed to use my bases or updates in your references for other commissions, and I have the right to sell these poses since you canceled the commission.

🔳 Once you've made a deal or bought adoptables from me and everything has been settled, refunds won't be possible. Remember, you agree to my terms when you purchase adoptables from me.

🔳 You need to agree to the refund schedule we discussed because I need time to sell my adopts and commissions. The refund may take around 15 days to 1 month. I have bills and other essential expenses to manage. I'd suggest to not open a dispute case; instead, I'll directly send the refund as agreed.

🔳 I can issue refunds if I decide to cancel it for my own reasons.

🔳 If you bid on an auction, you promise to buy. Canceling due to a change of heart isn't allowed and could lead to being blacklisted.

🔳 If you act inappropriately—like manipulating bids, bullying, using bad language, or harassing others—you'll be banned right away.

🔳 Disrespecting me or my art could lead to a ban or a loss of priority when buying any adopts on me.
