It's 2025 and it has been off to a slow start; for me. For the past three months, I've been active and inactive here on FA and I've been trying to come up with something new to gain some fanbase.

Of course recently before that, I have been more inconsistent with the projects I've worked on in the past, always dropping them for newer ones. Also, I haven't been working on collaboration artwork with others and I feel pretty bad that I haven't shown some comments.

With all that said, it leaves me with two choices: start off fresh or retirement.

Retiring from drawing has not crossed my mind, but due to the state of my inspiration and motivation that could be the sensible route. If I choose to start fresh with a different mindset, would that give me the motivation to keep going or would I be wasting my talents on it.

I don't know. I do know that I won't please everyone if I go with a new mindset. If that be the case, then I know what my next move is.

Almost close to a year since my last entry.

For some time I have been working on my artwork despite having an artist's block that spanned over a month. During that time, I was having trouble sticking to one project after another. I had some good runs with some of my artwork, but most are from the stories and character banters I made. My personal life is also the factor that I haven't posted any new works. As new ideas pop up, I feel that a still do the same thing over and over.

It feels as if my future as an artist would be overshadowed as a writer. Based on all the stories I've posted, many enjoyed what I wrote. But I can't say I'm going to quit drawing because of it. No. It means that I need to break the norms and just go with it. I may feel uncomfortable doing so since people will pressure me into doing more of it.

Whatever the case may be, what I may post later this year, I'm sticking to it. It's a style that's imprinted on me and I will do the best I can to improve on it.

My mind is now open to new ideas and the streak is going strong. As of now, I'm not doing any requests as I'm currently developing my characters and art style.

Rest assured, depending on the fanbase I'll be working on something special. Stay tuned.

Well, here you go. Not much to say at this point but I can assure you I will be much more active in the coming year. I know everyone will be more distant behind the internet, I won't be one of those people. So my resolution is to get back my inspiration and focus more on my new project. It's okay if no one is on board with it, that's on them. I'm much stronger in the past few years and no one is going to tell me otherwise.

I'll be working on stories from time to time to compensate the on-going artist block that I've been having. I will also add some of your characters in some of my stories; if you wanted to. Earlier today, a brought a Nintendo Switch and have to say it's pretty good. I don't see why people are so skeptical about it; I only love the portability of a console driven machine.

I can't say you should get a switch, but you can't knock till you try it.

Mobile games is the next subject. There are many mobile games out there and so far, I have played Fire Emblem Heroes, High School Story, Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links, and Seven Knights. If you have android and google play, you should have no trouble finding these games. For me, Seven Knights is my favorite game.

As far as doing something for February, it won't be for Valentines Day but it would be an early or late gift depending on my working schedule.

Is anyone still playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf? I really need to see people's towns and stuff.

My first update of the new year. Recently, last month, I got Pokemon sun as a present; thank you, little bro; and just went on it until I finished the main story. The game is pretty fun; it gets me back to Pokemon competition. I'm now in the process in make a well-rounded team. This is my team so far:

Now before you ask how I get all three starters in the game, there's a little thing called Global Trade Station. Let me tell you, the things I have to do in order to get the Pokemon I need did pay off.

I am working on new artwork for those who are wondering. I think I finally know how to make the sketchings look softer than they were; if I can make the line art the same way. Anywho, I'm still open for request; not any NSFW pics that has been popular over the last three years so don't ask.

You know, during a four-month hiatus I started to rethink all of the plans that I’ve gone through over the years. I looked back at my artwork starting from the first of May back to the very first artwork of 2011; that’s five years ago. Between 2011 and 2013, I created many poke morphs including other creator’s characters. To my surprise I get a good number of ratings between my original characters as well as many others. Until I started my stand alone project called the URA. Now to think this could have been the next big thing but it has been very slow going.

After a good two years working on the project, even with those who helped me during the time, never make mainstream status. In fact, as my personal life made an impact with the project that made more of a sleeper than a growing trend. By that time I stop with the project and continue with another. But I not here to talk about history nor make any excuses, I’m here to talk my plan going forward.

By the time you read this; if you have the time and patience, you might enjoy what I might bring to the table. First, I’m in process of making PCA debut characters for the poke combat academy. I may have to get my bearings on the project but hey this may be fun. Second, I’m going back to what I do that gain my fan base; making original characters and doing request and art trades. Third, this would have offset the second reason so here it is; I’m basically starting the whole thing over. The whole URA thing is over, the whole CKU thing is over; I’m starting from scratch. Also, I’m bringing back the OC pairing between my characters and other creator’s characters as well as starting new pairing if you wanted to.

In closing, that is my big itinerary for this year forward. If you have any questions, anything you want to ask or talk about I’m ready to answer.

In other news, it didn't take too long for people to make fan art of the seven gen pokemon. Personally, I like the starters so far, and the legendary pokemon so far, but I'm drawn close to pokemon moon mascot more then the one on sun. Who knows, we might see some newly designed pokemon as well as the new dual-types; I know I want to see that.

Right now I'm currently working on my old characters and maybe planning on making other peeps characters. But until then, keep checking in.

Is my birthday. I've became 28, which is not long until I become old as f##k.

My project seems to be in full swing. Careful planning, sugguested setting, character creation, stories; finally I have something that makes me more comfortable doing. I only had one to join in; hoping that I could have more who can contribute to the project. I've send invites to many who would be part of this, but the invite is only a one shot deal.

Moving on, I did say on my last journal post that I might be back; and I did. I'm currently taking my time on making new artwork; one of which is like a comic but its not. You might see returning favorites as well as some more new characters later on.

As many giving up, I almost did but got back to it. I'm just here to rekindle the fun times of the yester years. For those who are still giving me support, I'll continue to do my best as I will do the same for you

The Class Levels

Poke Ball – Class Colors: Red and White
The poke ball battlers are considered the weakest of the four classes and are usually a free win for the ultra and master ball battlers. For what they lack in experience makeup for what they can do on their own. The poke ball battlers also are the most exciting class in the whole CKU; most battlers in this class battled for rankings and will challenge anyone to get there. The biggest rookie mistake they ever made is challenging the upper level class. Of course, that is not only the case because ten years after the Andrews era only 15 poke ball battlers have ever fought the master ball battlers and won.

Great Ball – Class Colors: Red and Blue
The great ball battlers who excel from the poke ball level only to leave the past behind them. The experiences they have during the first year gave them new ambitions but not all will get the luxury. For those who are not up to par in the poke ball class will not jump to the great ball class and will have to fight their way into it. Many poke ball battler look up to the great ball class more than the ultra ball class themselves. Great ball battlers can also take the job of acting trainers for the poke ball class; it does not mean that they won’t make it easy for them.

Ultra Ball – Class Colors: Gold and Black
Like the great ball class, ultra ball battlers are in between the border lines of poke ball and master ball. Not much is said about them for long that they more loved than hated. The female ratio in the ultra ball class is very small but not small enough to knock them out of the CKU Women’s tournament. This is however known that many of the cutest CKU battlers are in the ultra ball class; poke ball being the second. Ultra Ball battlers will chose if they want to stay as ultra ball battlers or jump to the next level.

Master Ball – Class Colors: Purple and Violet
They are the masters of battling; the future world champions and the most well-known class of the CKU; the master ball class. They are the strongest among the four classes and have CKU champions than any other. Master Ball battlers don’t have to go to class; they only do that to get more pointers so they can fight battlers of their own level. Much like the ultra class, they can choose to stay in the master class as long as they want; they can also choose to sign up for the premier battlers program where they leave the CKU to set their journey to regional and world championships. After the Andrews era, lower level battlers can easily defeat the master ball battlers with moderate effort. Regardless of what has been going on with the master ball class, they are still the strongest class in the CKU.

Battles
There are wide selections of battles every student can compete in order to prove themselves they are the best in the CKU. Males can compete against females and vise versa. The battles can be conducted in two ways; sectioned and non-sectioned.

Non-sectioned battles are normally training battles and don’t need a ref or a combat instructor to approve the match. They can battle outside of the arena or in the arena for spectators to see. Winnings and Losing does not apply to their record but with the risk of putting them out of the rankings if they compete outside of the arena. Team battles are not conducted in non-sectioned battles.

Sectioned battles are approved by a ref or a combat instructor and are only conducted in the arena. Winnings and Losing will apply to their record and be placed in the rankings depending on how well they performed.

However, if two or more battlers are in the same class level, they will be ranked in the top ten of the class if they win against a ranked battler.

Exhibition Battles:
One on One
Double Battle
Triple Battle
Tri Battle (Mon vs Mon vs Mon)
Quad Battle (Mon vs Mon vs Mon vs Mon)
All out Battle

Team Battles are done in a different way. When one team is challenged by another, the whole team must compete. The team must consist of three to six students and they all must in the same class level.

Before the match, the team who wins the coin toss picks this for their first match:

All Out Team Battle (Max Teams): Battle ends if one or more battlers in one team survive.

If the team decides to go for a one-on-one battle, a double battle, or the triple battle; points will be added for every surviving battlers of any match.

Contest Battles
Contest battles are a less mainstream than regular battles, but they showcase the beauty and science for their attacks. Here are the available matches in the contest Battles:

THE CKU TOURNAMENT

The CKU tournament is unlike any other battle. This battle determines who the greatest champion is in the male and female tournament. During the time CKU has started and since then, 30 CKU male champions and 15 female champions were crowned; both in which 20 years ago Jermaine Andrews was the master ball and the CKU champion in the men’s division and Molly Centerfield was the poke ball and the CKU champion in the women’s division.

The Central Kalos University Championship (Finals; Lower Level vs Upper Level)

Central Kalos University, or CKU, is a premier battle institute made for students who wants to battle. Unlike other institutions, the CKU offers both combat and contest classes. The whole concept is all about battling in which academics is only optional. Students who started out will expect to be challenged by some of the best and one day will have their names in the battling hall of fame.

Classes
There are two types of classes: combat and contest. Combat classes are widely diverse and most are made for certain types and fighting styles. Attack classes are made only for hand-to-hand combat and no special attacks are used. Special Attack classes are made only for use to improve their overall aim and power of their attacks. Defense, Special Defense, and Speed classes are made to improve their endurance and speed.

Contest classes are the less physical and majority of student attending those classes are female; males are aloud to attend those classes if they see fit.

Class Levels
There are four class levels, Poke Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball, and Master Ball. The poke ball classes are first level students; they start their journey here just to make an impact, make new friends and rivals; but all they did are making enemies and made themselves fresh meat for the master ball students.

Every year, the poke ball and great ball students are tested to see if their rank or record can jump them to the next class. If their record is the worst, then they will stay in that level until they earn enough wins to get promoted.

Ultra ball students don’t have to go through the test. In fact, after a year, they can chose to jump to the next class or stay in the current class until they decide to.

The master ball students are the top ranked battlers in the CKU. They don’t have to attend classes or do any test; they are simply here to train or challenge other students. All of the battles that happen in the CKU are made by the master ball class. They can choose to stay in the class as long as they want like the other classes or they turn in their name in the Premier Battlers Program.

Restrictions
There are some restrictions that need to be considered then placing your students in the CKU:

No Mega Forms
No Special Abilities
No Shadow Forms
No Hybrids of any form
Legendaries should never be superior unless they are the battle instructors
No students should ever be superior
No Humans
No Deltas
Mature themes should be at a minimal
No Students younger than 18
