To War Thunder Furs!
General | Posted 5 years agoI'm heckin' lookin' to expand my crew and get to know more furs who also have War Thunder in common as a game to play.
I mainly play RB Ground with a good variety of everything, nothing at absolute top tier but still am built pretty well in to every nation except for France and Britain. Germany and USA are my main trees with Air Sweden nearly halfway through their T5 jets.
But yeh! Just a merp looking for more tankers to tank with or pilots to fly with! If ya also are looking for someone to play WT with just hit me up with a note or so!

Random Question For Artists and Perhaps Others
General | Posted 8 years agoAfter getting done with a drawing, do any of you suddenly break out? The Emergency Sketch Wingits thing I just finished took me only like twenty or forty minutes and when I looked up at the mirror my entire face and chest were red and warm/hot to the touch. I notice too Im starting to get a bit light headed kinda after I stopped drawing..
Does any of this happen to any of you and is this really something I should be concerned about? This has happened to me with every drawing I ever have made and always wondered if anyone else experiences this.

One "Dirty" Artist's Spotlight~!
General | Posted 8 years agoArtist Spotlight timmmmeee~
For those of ya who don’t know what this is, its basically just me going around and giving an artist credit for the work I see em do and what I think about them as an artist. I don’t do this too too often as I only do this to artists who I feel absolutely deserving of a spotlight and I don’t come across many annnnddd it takes time for me to see an artist who fits the spot.
Anywho with all of that outta the way.. Lets get the show on the road~
Dirtyscoundrel
This artist, if I recall I found them from one of their ads to a PWYW Stream. The Drawing they used to advertise their stream realllly caught my eye and when I clicked on their link to the stream I was instantly in love with their U.I. they had going. The type of futuristic or mecha or techno theme they had going was my exact taste and I loved it.
But I begun watching their stream and they were working on someone’s sketch draw that they paid for. (I wanna also add, I have only watched two streams ever in my entire life and this one was one of them.) As I watched this artist draw I was just dumbfounded for how creatively he drew, how quick as well. It was just awesome to see him draw and his style really really caught my eye. I looked through his FA and was just speechless practically.
Dirty’s style is almost indescribable for how unique I find it. The best way I can put it is applying Abstract styles and culture to his drawings to create just amazing works of art that flows perfectly. His style is defined with this abstract usage, and in general is structured to the point of perfection almost I wanna say. How he draws bodies, how he poses, how he draws backgrounds, lighting and shading, everything about how he paints and draws is signified to him and you could spot his style or drawing from a mile away.
After seeing this style I immediately snagged a slot on the stream of his and the drawing I got was just.. Jesus christ I can’t even explain how perfect the artist brought my ideas to life and how stoked I was when I received the drawing. With the abstract style and the theme of Polluxander, it was a drawing with the only thing being able to describe it is the illustration itself. No where else, I feel, an artist could create such a work that fits exactly what I asked for and the character so well!
The artist was super friendly and fun to hang around too, a personality anyone could get a long with. Im typically so shy that Im too scared to play games online or look at someone in person, but I felt generally comfortable around him on the stream. He was understanding, provided feedback, just a really cool guy. He listened to me ramble and helped with ideas to create the drawing to life.
Dirty is an artist I can’t recommend enough to go check out. One amazing and unique style, friendly personality, and a trustworthy and fair artist~!

Desperate Times Call For Desperate Measures
General | Posted 8 years agoI'm not really one to ever ask anything of anyone but as of right now, its getting to the point I don't really have a choice anymore as there is nothing I can do.
Me and my mother live together and as of recent, she has been getting ill to the point she can't attend her job. She has chronic migraines and none of the silly small kind, she has the worst of the worst. We're too poor to afford anything that can actually suppress her migraines so she can't do anything but rest at home until she feels able to head to work.
Due to this and the start of a new month.. We have next to nothing in all our accounts. Mom right now is panicking to stop and deactivate all the automated bill transactions because as soon as they start we can possibly go into bankruptcy. Our internet is going to be cut off for however knows long, we can get the electricity bill I think and maybe water but thats it.
So.. Yea again, Im not really one to call out for help or anything being unable to provide anything in return but if any of you could donate I would be forever in debt to you and would appreciate it like crazy. If I had my drawing gear too, I would be throwing up emergency comms but sadly I can't at the moment and won't be able to in time.
paypal.me/Polluxander
There's a link if you wanna donate. If you can't then don't fret but spread the word if you can. Any and all help in any form I will greatly appreciate and will keep you all i nthe back of my mind.
Thank you all, for reading and whatnots. Even that I am thankful for as well.
EDIT: I had to edit this a bit as brother and mom got upset with me for saying the situation we are in.. I don't necessarily understand why, but I left out the more personal bits of what I said originally.

General | Posted 9 years agoI wanna say some things about your Art. Yes You. You reading this right now, right this second.
I have been an artist for about two, three or so years. I honestly have no clue at this point but that is beside the point. What is, is what I have to say about YOU and YOUR art.
Art isn't a simple task, by no means is it really ever. No one is born an artist, no one is natural at it, no one is lucky with it. Drawing, creating music, creating in general.. It takes patience, practice, determination, time, and heart. It isn't something one can pick up in a day and create a Mona Lisa. It takes time to build up from the foundation you have already created by just wanting to be an artist.
Just that yearning, that hope and want to be an artist sets the stone for what you are to build up from it. First the foundation.. Then the supports, the outer structure, inner structure, refine and finish the building of your imagination. The people around you, as well as yourself, act as your supports for this home or tower, heck even a castle, you wanna build. The outer layer of the building is one beginning and making an effort at trying to put their ideas on paper or in a mixer. And with the help from the supports, one can put the walls up and can attach them on the structure with a lifetime of durability.
Next comes the inner workings of your building.. In it, electricals and plumbing is put in. This is yourself in at your own mind. This is you never holding any doubts in any work that you make and wiring your brain to remember that no matter how many times it may be hard or that you may fail, that you can always do what you hope so long as you never give up. As well to that, you never truely fail until you have given up hope. The wiring serves a purpose that will always be important and is always something to remember.
Lastly and farther on in your career at art, lies the refinement process. Over time, things change and your art is no exception. You will develop your own art style, your own signature, your own unique aspects that gives you absolute ownership of your work. In your building, you may want to go and change some things, and that is completely alright. The building is yours, you created it just as you created your art.
Do what you want with this building, but one thing to never do is to tear it down. You have worked so hard to build up what you have now, just to tear it all down? Don't ever forget this.. No one else is like you. No one has the heart you have. No one has the mind you have. No one has the soul you have. You are your own amazing self and at your own level of skill. You are at your own level of heart. You are at your own level of smarts.
Everybody is different and thats the way it is. So if someone would ask "Who's Art is better? Falvie's or yours?" or "Keith Harring's or yours?", "Muse's or yours?"
The right answer to say would be neither. Because thats exactly it. Your art is yours, and theirs is theirs. You dont have the same experiences that they have had, same thinking pattern, same nothing. You aren't them and that means your art isn't theirs nor like it. See.. What matters isn't quality or anything like that. To me, what matters is that someone sunk their heart out into a drawing and really cared for what they created. To me, Art is all about just letting your heart go free and speak whatever it wishes to speak.
Your art is a masterpiece of its own that only you could of made. Only you could of drawn something so or made music as so. You are the one that has that mind and heart that we discussed about earlier. So when you see other artists and think that they are so much better, or that you dont think you could ever create something like they can.. Shove those thoughts to the side and look at what you have made and think about where you started from. Then think about yourself and who you are. See how far you have come in life and then think of that of your art career. Your art career has just started and is going to do nothing but climb and climb and climb as you continue to push through life. Just as you grew and became who you are now, your art will do the same. All in due time.
But.. One of the most important thing to keep in mind when striving to grow as an artist, is to never ever give up. No matter how bad you think you are or how hopeless you are, never truly give up on art; because as I stated earlier you don't truly fail until you haven given up all hope. You will have rough patches just like you do in normal everyday life, and thats alright. Just remember where your heart and soul are set.
Now continuing on with this big ramble.. Some lil tidbits that I have used over the years to help me draw.. Stay positive and constantly remind yourself that you can draw and that you are darn good at it. I have noticed that whenever I have a positive mindset, my art has looked all the more pleasing to me, made me more satisfied and happy with how it turned out. Looking up References to use always helps alot with angles and getting a general idea of how something looks. Draw how you want to draw, dont pretend to be someone else and do ways you dont necessarily like.
But really the most important thing I can say.. Don't give up, be proud in your work, be who you wanna be, and remember that anything that is nothing but pure negativity is irelevant in your life.
And know that there is a difference between pure negativity and contructive critiscm. People saying nothing useful or giving advice and just saying things that is negative, is pure negativity. Someone offering advice and explaining descriptively about ways to improve is constructive critiscm. Just remember to those that give out constructive critiscm, do be careful with what you say as it is easy to lower an artist's pride in his/her drawing if you aren't.
Anyways to end it off.. In simple terms..
To all artists.
Never, EVER, give up.
You are who you are and nothing is gonna change that
You love what you love and that's alright
Don't let anyone get you down
Remember that art takes time
Stay positive
Don't compare yourself to others
And speak your heart out!
Thats all my tired mind has to say for now, but yea- XD
Anyways, Stay safe everyone and I wish you all a great future in your career in art!

One hell of an amazing artist that currently is in very much need of funds. Prices for works from this fluff is beyond amazing for the great quality that is given out and care put into the drawings!
If you don't think you can purchase something from Brokenvocaloid though, spreading the word always helps as again Vocaloid is very much in need for some funds for an emergency that has happened. Any and all help is much appreciated!

General | Posted 9 years agoWell for the longest time I have avoided FA in fear of Art Theft/OC theft... Buuuuuut a friend named Valku here convinced me to just hop on anyways, that this place as well is one of the better sites with that type of stuff. So here I am. Got a lot of OCs though so you probably wont know them all unless you know me personally seeing as I dont have time to write the 1000+ lines of a profile/character info sheet for each character.
