Instead of working on an official Journal post / fA commissions post to hold all of my commissions prices:

I created a detailed document which lists my Terms of Service and my Prices! If you have any questions, please EMAIL me (as it's the best way to get the quickest response from me). I am in need of some commissions at the moment because of low work hours.
