Help needed

I know its been a hot minute since I've popped on here or anything and I wish it was under better, less awkward circumstances but Idk what else I can do.
the past few months have been a drain on me, I have been trying to keep myself afloat financially speaking but I've basically been perched precariously on the edge of ruin at all times basically. Last month, about halfway through i came down with covid and missed 5 days of work, which basically amounted to me losing $400 post taxes and putting me behind on my rent, my car insurance, and a couple of my credit card payments. basically speaking I have ended up barely getting my head above water before being shoved back down to flail around all over again.
I genuinely hate asking for help, I am shaking and crying and wanting to just stop typing this right now and just forget about it and go right back to just trying to manage, but at this point in time i realize there is no way for me to just "Manage" this. at this point i can't recover from where I'm at on my own and I'm in desperate need of help.
So please if you are able to, I am asking as nicely as I can, please help me out.
