At the Original Rangers panel in this year's Power Morphicon, Austin St. John, best known as Jason, the original Red Mighty Morphin Power Ranger, confirmed that he is in talks with Saban Brands to appear in Power Rangers Dino Charge!

It is still unknown if Austin will reprise his role as Jason in the new Power Rangers season or will play a different character.

The first teaser trailer for Power Rangers Dino Charge aired in this year's Power Morphicon during the Saban Brands panel, on Saturday afternoon.

The series is about the Paragon Prisms that were given to a dozen dinosaurs for safe keeping by an alien, but they were lost when asteroids hit the Earth and wiped out the dinos.

Now in the present day, an intergalactic bounty hunter starts sniffing around Earth looking for the Prisms in order to harness their power and annihilate the world, so a team of Power Rangers forms to find the Prisms first and fight the bounty hunter and other threats with dino-powered arsenal of weapons and Zords, and Megazords.

The Power Rangers Super Megaforce Fall Teaser aired today on Nickelodeon! This promo featured scenes from the final episodes of Power Rangers Super Megaforce.
It took Nickelodeon several months to release a Power Rangers Super Megaforce promo…and it was well worth the wait.

The long summer hiatus is almost over! New episodes of Power Rangers Super Megaforce episodes will start airing on Saturday, August 30th at Noon.
That's less than 2 weeks from now!

The series will resume with the show's 9th episode entitled "Power of Six".

The Power Force members recently received notification on the release date for the Power Rangers movie. MMPR Reboot movie is set for July 22, 2016.
While little is currently known about the New Power Rangers Movie, it will be directed by Roberto Orci, Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz will be the writers for the movie.

Power Rangers creator Haim Saban will be producing the film together with Brian Casentini, head of development and production for Saban Brands, and president of production Allison Shearmur at Lionsgate.

Power Morphicon has revealed that Yuuta Mochizuki, best known for his role as Tyranno Ranger, Geki in the Super Sentai Series Kyoryu Sentai Zyurangers, will appear in this year's Power Morphicon!

In addition to that, Japanese suit actors Hiroshi Maeda, and Yasuhiro Takeuchi will also be joining

Power Morphicon will happen on August 22-24th at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, CA.

It was announced a few months ago that Saban Brands and Lionsgate announced a partnership with to produce an original and re-envisioned live action film based on the Mighty Morphn' Power Rangers.

The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively shared recently that Roberto Orci has signed on to be the Executive Producer, and Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz will be the writers for the movie.

Robert Orci is known for producing Amazing Spiderman 2, Star Trek, Star Trek Into Darkness, Transformers, and many other popular titles

Writers Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz often collaborate with each other on various TV shows and movies.
They are known for doing Thor, X-Men: First Class, Agent Cody Banks, and the TV series Andromeda.

Andrew Grey, the actor who plays Troy the Red Ranger in Power Rangers Megaforce & Super Megaforce, posted the first shot of the cast with the team's 6th Ranger, named Orion (played by Cameron Jebo).

Orion is the Silver Super Megaforce Ranger who will make his debut on the show's 7th episode. (That's 3 episodes away from now.)

In a surprise announcement from USA Today, Saban Entertainment will be forgoing a Go-Buster adaptation for the highly successful Kyoryuger franchise in the form of the 22nd season of Power Rangers in the form of Dino Charge. This move will return franchise to it’s roots of dinosaur themed Power Rangers seen in the original Mighty Morphin and 2004′s Dino Thunder series.

Kyoryuger was very successful in Japan bringing a massive 14 Billion Yen profit from toy sales alone. Naturally Saban Entertainment will look continue the strong success overseas with the 2015 launch of Dino Charge. Saban Brand’s President Elie Dekel was quoted saying, “We know fans will find this next season larger than life.”
