YCH Reminders - UPDATE
Posted 5 years agoHey guys, just wanted to say- I'm really trying to push my Paws Up YCH because money's tight this pride month and I really do love doing these icons- I've been playing with a new auto-uploader thingle that basically uploads YCH reminders without my input at all, so I can keep drawing at working on my commission queue while it chugs away.
Which is working really well! Almost too well, actually- it's been quite difficult to stay ontop of them and make sure I delete the older reminders so they don't all stack up in your feeds and in my gallery- so I am so sorry if you have or do get a bunch of spam of those I really am trying my best!

UPDATE:
I actually ended up getting a strike from Furaffinity for this earlier today which means that if it happens again my account could be automatically suspended.
Which of course, is absolutely terrifying and my worst nightmare; I'm going to have to stop uploading reminders using the new uploader for a while until I figure out a new system.
I'm sorry if this has been a problem for you.
Hopefully I will be able to find a way to resolve the uploading issue so I can maximise me efficiency during my work hours but for now, I'll stick to manually uploading reminders whenever I can.
As always, I seriously appreciate all of the support!

Surgery Update and Coronavirus
Posted 5 years agoHey guys, I wanted to start out by saying thank you so much for your love and support for my partner and I over the last few weeks.
Things have definitely taken a weird turn but I wanted to let you all know that he is recovering incredibly well from his surgery and is steadily getting back to his own art work and we're getting back into a more normal routine!
However, as you may have gathered this virus has thrown a big wrench in the works for me. Between my partner being newly post-op and me being asthmatic we've both been pushed to self-isolate.
This wouldn't be so bad if this didn't mean that I've had to temporarily quit my day job as of this week...
So, to try and recover funds and be able to make enough to solidly live on for the next few weeks, I'm planning a series of game related YCHs (as well as some SFW and NSFW standard pieces) to sell and hopefully some open commission slots in the near future! So keep an eye out if you're interested!!

With that said, this virus (although likely not the end of the world as we know it) is definitely not something to laugh at and I just want to remind all of you to stay inside as much as you can, follow your local health service's advice and stay safe out there. It's a weird time for everyone but all we can do is be patient, kind to eachother and wait it out.

Posted 6 years agoIt's New Years Eve!!! In less than an hour and a half it'll be 2020! (For me, in the UK, anyway!)
And with that, wraps up 2019.
Firstly, thank you so so much to everyone who has supported me in any way; commissioned me, watched me, favourited or commented on any of my art.
You are the people who are helping me live my dream, helping me to slowly build up to the point of being able to make art full time. Thank you.

Posted 6 years agoSo sorry I dissapeared for the week! A lot happened all at the same time.
(If you're curious my sister is on holiday so I'm looking after her house but when I tried to set up my PC here my tablet cord wasn't having any of it and I only just managed to get it working again! Phew... I also have a bunch of overtime thrown on me because my co-worker last minute went on holiday this week!)
So excuse the wait for message replies and the lack of uploads, I really appreciate everyone's patience.
However, not going to lie the little break has really gotten me motivated to work and I'm feeling pretty refreshed! Let's get to work!!

Posted 6 years agoHey guys, sorry I haven't been as active as usual the last two weeks.
Between a hectic week at home, I've fallen into a bad art block which is making me work far slower than usual and is making motivation far more difficult to work up, but I'm pushing through!
Due to a mixture of how slowly I am working on September's commissions and the dreaded Taxe Returns being due next week I've decided to push back the opening of my next slots to the Tuesday 29th October!

Posted 6 years agoI've finally found a more stable living place- I've moved into my partner's house for most days a week and I spent last week getting my pc and essentials over there, so sorry for any late notes!
However, that means that I now know what days I can work and I can start to get a work flow going again!
(Yes, that does mean I can start taking commissions and drawing again!)
I can't wait to get backk in it with you all.

Posted 6 years agoI'm sorry I went from uploading every other day to sudden radio silence but I need some help.
I'll have a summary at the bottom if you don't wanna' hear my 'sob story' but, here goes.
Ever since I failed university and lost my full time job I've been living at home with my parents. I have an emotionally abusive father who I've never really talked about to anyone who isn't my partner...
Throughout my whole life he has gone into fits of explosive rage about barely anything and recently we ended up arguing when we were home alone, this usually isn't much more than him screaming and me leaving the room but he crossed a line and became physically violent towards me.
I was kicked out of the house and I am now living between my partner's house and my sister's house, I only have a part time wage.
I'm getting mental health help, (thank you NHS!) but not for a little while and my living situation is very messy at the moment. He has been violent before but I'm 21 turning 22 this year and I am sick of living in fear of my own dangerous father.
TL:DR, My father is abusive, physically assaulted me and now I am out of home.
I want the people waiting on commissions to know that everything IS drawn and completed, they may just be uploaded in sporadic clumps when I can get to my PC this week.
I'm planning on maybe doing another fund raiser, if you guys don't mind, to get bond/ deposit for a rental flat so I can finally move out for good.
Would you mind? I would of course, do many YCHs, Commission slots, possibly even PWYW sketches again.
Thank you all for your continued patience!!

It's very labour intensive but I'm looking forward to it.

As you may know my commissions have more or less been always open for inquiries, however, in the next week I am closing my commissions.
I'e been finding that I overload myself too suddenly and can't give realistic time estimates with my current system; so from now on, I will be taking limited commission slots.
These slots will allow me to take on a reasonable amount of work at a time. I wanted to make sure you guys knew first!
YCHs and Adoptables will be available and sold as usual.

Terms Of Service!

By paying and commissioning me you are confirming that you are over 16, or have parental consent to purchase my work.
If you are buying anything NSFW, by paying and commissioning me you are confirming that you are over 18 and legally able to buy pornographic and suggestive materials.
This payment is for non-physical, digital goods only.
Alterations and Edits:
With large pieces I do not have to alter any mistakes in the final piece; I send sketches for various reasons. Small alters can be made during the process but once the piece is done you will have to pay an amount dependant on the work necessary for any further alterations.
I can also do alternate versions of most images if requested, preferably before the commission begins, the cost will also depend on complexity.
Payment:
Payments and deposits for pieces are final unless I am unable to complete the piece for any reason.
I take payment upfront before work begins to ensure that my time is compensated, however if the price of a piece is more than £100 (GBP) I will instead take a 50% deposit upfront and the other 50% will be paid upon completion of the work.
Refunds and Cancellations:
I will make a complete refund of the commission should I be unable to complete the piece.
However, if you, for whatever reason, decide to cancel a commission after I begin work you are not liable to a full refund; though may be viable for a partial refund at my (the artist's) discression.
Discounts and Sales:
I am entirely free to give out discounts or gifts to whomever I see fit for whatever reason I see fit, whether this seems fair or unfair. Asking for a discount is a sure fire way to not get a discount.
I may start sales whenever I see fit; this does not make you at all eligible for a partial refund or any compensation of any sort should you purchase a commission outside of the sale period.
Due Dates and Extensions:
I will always do my best to give you an estimate as to when your commission will be complete, usually the piece will be completed by, if not before, this date but in rare circumstances it may not.
Please remember that I am human and I will always do my best to give you a reasonable and realistic estimate and I will do my best to update the due date should it not be realistic; due dates are not definite and may change or be wrong.
A late commission does not make you viable for a partial or complete refund unless I am unable to complete the work.
NSFW and Fetishes:
I do not draw a variety of fetishes, I have a list of these on my commission sheet, but if you are unsure feel free to ask; it will only give me more things to write on the list if I refuse.
There are also a variety of kinks that I prefer to not draw or I know come with general negativity, these kinks will incur a 20% tax to make up for any possible back lash from the image. I will tell you if this is necessary before any payment is set.
Usage:
All commissions and YCh pieces are for PERSONAL use only. Do not replicate, print or recreate in any way or form for financial gain; my work is NOT for commercial use.
Should you wish for work from me for commercial use, please contact me and we can speak privately.
Reposting:
When reposting my work you must credit me and link back to my page, this being my PrinceLuxio furaffinity account, using either a link or the :icon PrinceLuxio: system on FA. This is not necessary if you are actively using an icon made for you, though credit is appreciated.
Personal Information Protection:
I will not keep your information for any reason other than receipts or proof of purchase.
I will not sell or abuse your personal data in any way and I will not use your information to try and contact you unless you have allowed otherwise or it is necessary to deliver or ship a product.

I trialed streaming earlier today, but sadly my laptop is incapable of running it!
:( It's sad news; but hopefully in the future, with a few tech upgrades, I could stream my art.

The holidays were nice! Family breaks are always interesting. :')
It took me a little longer than I wanted to get all set up and ready for art again, but I am finally finished and ready!
With that, commissions are OPEN again!
And I am going to be back to uploading more frequently.
