Hello everyone! It's been a crazy year for me. I honestly don't even know where to begin. Some of you may know that are reading this, but others I know are left in the dark.
I've had to focus on my band, time away from commissions with my other job, and the unfortunate passing of one of my dogs, as well as my other dog possibly having cancer at this moment. Things have been tight in terms of money, as well as not really even having time for myself.

So the main reason why I am moving - I need to clarify, I'm not moving from FA. I love the community here, more so it's the house I live in. We were renting from our current landlord for about 4 to 5 years now. Things have been going smoothly, but the last couple of months he decided to sell the house instead of rent it. Long story short, he wants money. And even though rent alone here has been over 1,000 a month, he sold the home for $290,000 dollars, leaving me with no where to go. I currently have 21 days to find a new place and move. This sounds easy, but living in the poorest state in the country, its been very difficult.

My newest poses for sell that I will be uploading will be going towards helping me find a new home. I'm going to continue to work on catch up work that I owe all of you with what little time I have with all this going on, so please bear with me. I've been looking for a new place every day in multiple listings, but the pickings are extremely slim, or out of my reach in terms of what is being asked for monthly rent.

TLDR; I'm being evicted and I have 21 days to find a new place to move to.

Hello! Pros here - It has been a hell of a year already. So many things have been going on. So many days, so many people I owe work to. I'm going to go ahead and fill every one of you in on what has been going on because I'm very aware of my speed as of lately in finishing commissions.

I want to go ahead and say that I'm still in this, still working hard!! Still planning on finishing every single piece that I owe! I feel bad that everyone has been waiting as long as they have. So, here's the reason why it's been taking even LONGER than usual. I got a job. I got a job at a restaurant, and at first, I was just the dish washer.
I've been working for a couple months now, and my manager moved me to cook, so now I'm working literally every single day up until 2am cooking and cleaning. It's been hard for me to jump back into work mode for commissions every night after working a stressful yet rewarding shift every day. My last paycheck I clocked I had around 76 hours. I am literally working every day. Now - I know this may disappoint some of you, and if some of you are angry, I completely understand.. but please hear me out.

This is the first 'real' job that I've had in probably.. 12 years? I'm very introverted, very quiet. People and me in real life situations don't really work out that well. I'm now a part of a group of people that not only respect me as an individual, but is also helping me break down my own walls to fit into the 'real world', if that's what you want to call it. I'm feeling happy..fulfilled. SO - Here's my new plan for my commission work..

A lot of you may know by now, I'm also in a band. My schedule is literally insane. Between the band, my commissions, and cooking, I am lucky to even get 2 days off of work a week. I'm still going as strong as I can, trying to balance all three things out has been difficult, but I'm doing everything that I can to make it work.
As far as commissions go, I get home around 1/2 am, try to pick at a little bit of work before bed every single night, then wake up, go to work, do it again. That on top of focusing on tour dates, Personal work for my band, my personal life, and work I do for other bands (graphic design, digital media, merch designs, etc).

My long term plan is to focus on catch up work, after real life work. This has become a daunting task due to the fact that I didn't need to get a real job up until the inflation hit, my bills went up, and I had car payments, phone bills, insurance to pay, and everything else in between. I'm going to focus on catch up work only, BUT - I'll still be taking custom commissions and putting the odd commission out here and there for now.

Once I catch everyone up and I get this queue taken care of, I'll be able to focus on my actual job and come back to a queue of no more than a dozen commissions. (if all goes according to plan.)

I got hit hard when I left the road a couple weeks ago, I lost a weeks worth of pay, so I'm currently broke again until 2 weeks. Hesitation to buy any work from me at this point is completely understandable, but most definitely appreciated. I will promise that anything sold WILL be completed, though I cannot give a time frame of when.

So yeah~! I'm hanging in there, and I'm very aware of the wait that everyone has been enduring. I'm so incredibly sorry! I'm trying to take care of a hundred things at once all day every day, so please hang in there!
Every single one of you have been so incredibly patient, and it means the world to me. I never thought that my life would take the turn that it currently has. I'm not the best at it, I've just always had a hard time with micromanaging. I'm typing this literally after doing some FA work before bed, and I'm beat. Tomorrow is a new day, and I gotta get up and head back into work again. If any of you need anything at all, please message me! I check FA once a day at the minimum! Hello everyone! So ~

Some of you may have noticed that I'm putting out a butt ton of poses, way more than I usually do, and the reason for that is because I'm going to be hitting the road this month up until the 15th of next month.
As many of you know, (but some may not), I'm in a band and we're having a big tour. One of the biggest tours we've ever done, so I've been bulking up on the poses to help carry me through my travels.
(mainly for food and for the bills at home while I'm away.)

This does not mean that I won't be working while I'm on the road! I plan to take my laptop and my mini tablet with me so I can draw on the go! I figured the best thing for me to do since I only have a few days left to prepare is to literally grind out as many poses as I can and get as much sold as I can to be comfortable. I've recently caught the flu so I'm also having to go through that - o - ;

I just wanted to make this quick little post to let you all know that I appreciate you all so much and I intend to get whatever I can sold, that way all I will need to focus on is the work for the people that have already paid. I may put out more poses while I'm traveling but I'm not so sure just yet. Well! So -
I've been wanting to make this journal for a few days now, and I just have not had the time.
I have been busy, to say the least! What with balancing my commissions on FA to doing video work for bands and other companies!
I really just wanted to make this post to say thank you so so much!
Thank you for your patience while I deal with this long ass queue, and for allowing me to take the time that I need to create the images that you all so graciously pay for (and tip too! <3)
I have been a little stressed these past few months, maybe even more than stressed!
For those that don't know, I don't have a job. I make all of my money through commission work/freelancing graphic design.

It is a brutal work schedule. I never take breaks. I'm always working.
"If you do commissions full time, Why is it taking so long to get through the queue then?"
I'm getting through the queue slowly because 1: I'm taking time to also work on videos and art that requires I meet a certain deadline. This deadline is very important to me, what with dealing with music labels and demand in scheduling. Basically when things are supposed to come out. I understand how important this is because I am also in a band myself, and deadlines for videos, artwork, or anything else is very important to get completed as soon as possible!

And 2: I spend so much time on commission work, more now than ever to try my very best to complete every single detail and get it right as best as I can. I find myself saying in my head as I work, "This has to make sense." From the background, to the character details. I draw a door? It needs a handle, with screws holding the knob in place. (It has to make sense.)
I need details of rain, or people on the streets. It has to make sense. But, with every detail that I add into an image, the more that I personally love how it turns out, and so do my commissioners.

Basically it takes me days to get through even one image, at best.

I've been getting compliments saying that I've been so fast and so diligent with getting through my work, but personally, I feel like I should be much faster. I can't thank you all enough for your patience in waiting and still buying from me. Like I said, FA is my main source of income. I work so much that I find myself being guilty if I take a day off, which I'm aware that it's not healthy to think like that, but everyone in this community has been so kind and caring, that I continue on to provide work for everyone here!
I've gotten in a loop that I can't quite work my way out of, at least not right now.
Regardless of my struggles and the long queue that everyone continues to be patient with, I thank every single one of you all, from the bottom of my heart <3

I've been on Furaffinity since 2009 and I've only ever had 2 refund requests, and one of them scammed me out of paying me after I did work for them. The other was mad because I added their character next to someone else's character that they didn't like.

SO! I hadn't mentioned to anyone because I didn't want to say anything until it happened, but my room mate that I've known for almost 10 years now
used some of his stimulus check to built me my own custom desktop. I'd been doing all of my work on my Asus laptop for probably about 5 years now,
and well..
This brand new PC I was gifted with has so much power to it that it fixed an issue I had while making commissions with my tablet pen. I can't really
explain how it fixed it other than the fact that it reacts to my tablet 10 times better than it used to! SO - Hopefully I'll be able to pick up my progress
a bit more, and also my line art will be so so much smoother. I'm beyond thrilled! I've had to take a couple days to make sure that I get all of my
programs and plugins installed and put in place, and the only thing I'm lacking in getting my old brushes into SAI. (which weirdly enough has been
kind of difficult) but once I get things settled with that, I will be right back into it!! I just wanted to let you all know just incase some were curious
on my current progress. It's literally because I was switching over to a new computer lol.

Boy oh boy has this year been so many ups and downs for me. Progress is slow as usual, but I thank

I've been taking on so many projects that I haven't sat down and just made a journal for the hell of it, so here it is!

I remember earlier that I mentioned I was planning on doing a sale on all my poses that were never bought, I do still
plan to do it- BUT - these things take time. It turns out that there were a lot of poses that are still for sale currently,
and I need to go through them all and mark them and edit the descriptions and yeah yeah yeah, anyways -

I figured since Halloween is coming up, I'd make all of my new poses halloween themed, or just fall themed, what with the
colors and fun pumpkinee things. Bills have been coming up, and I'm stressing because I need to take care of who I owe
work to but also I need more money, so I'm always in a pickle. I'd like to point out that I've slowly changed my style up a bit,
even though it may be hard to recognize, I totally see it, and I put way more work into my backgrounds now than I ever have
before! (It's because I enjoy putting more detail into these images<3 ) I have found a new appreciation for drawing. The thing is,
it takes me a long time to get through even one now just because I'm focusing on everything!

I was curious, and if there are any specific ideas that you all have in mind that I can draw, please let me know below! I'm constantly
taking on new challenges, and it only makes me better in the long run. If I keep it up at this rate, and I can manage to sell at least
2 commissions, I can cover my rent. Everything else I'll just take care of as I go. Thank you all so much for keeping me stable.
Literally everything that I draw just goes straight towards bills or food and that's it, but hey! I'm living on my own. Sometimes I get
a block when I can't come up with something that doesn't sell, which can be a little disheartening, but I keep pushing through!

Hello everyone! First off, I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm doing okay!
I've only gone out maybe 4 times since everything hit here in my home town.

So! This entire month has been a complete nightmare for me, and it's beginning to show in the waiting list on people I owe work. Hey everyone, thank you so much for being beyond patient with me. I've been struggling so much it seems. I'm emotionally drained and uninspired to work but I've been fighting through it as much as I can. I haven't forgotten about you all, I'm just really trying here. Thank you.

I usually keep my personal life separate from FA, but I figured I'd let everyone know that the reason I'm visiting my family is because my mother is sick.

She had breast cancer. She had beaten the cancer, but the chemo that saved her had given her respiratory problems. According to doctors she only has 2 years to live, but within one year, she's starting to struggle. Its been one of the many things that's been making me struggle. We're in high hopes, but all we can do is wait. I just wanted to let you all know that I'm taking a small break, only for this weekend while I'm by my moms side. Thank you all for being so patient. Hey everyone. I don't even know where to start. First off, I'll say that nothing I say should be used as an excuse for why I've hit a big slump on my work lately. Every commission atm has been a struggle for me.
I've been dealing with a lot of depression and lack of inspiration. Now that's not to say that I don't plan on finishing the work everyone is waiting on. I'm just saying that it's taking me longer to get my work done than usual.
I feel very alone and confused. I'm frustrated and my head is fuzzy, so it's hard for me to think, especially when I work.

I just recently got 4 separate bands wanting lyric videos which has been taking up a lot of my time, mainly because I have more of a serious deadline to meet with them, but I've been going back and forth between commission work and digital media work. I seperated from my last partner and everything has been so hectic in RL that I'm struggling trying to get everything out on a decent time. I know I already have people waiting for months for my work to be completed, and that makes me feel so terrible. I don't know what to do about it.

I'm trying my best to keep up with the work load while ignoring the thoughts in my head but it's been a hell of a battle.
I'm not making this journal to get sympathy, rather - I just want to keep everyone in the loop. I'm trying my best, and I WILL get everyones work done in time, I just don't even know who I am at the moment. Please be patient with me.
