Two young adults find themselves at an impasse in their transition efforts, unable to change their documents to reflect their gender. My computer's PSU decided to flip me the bird completely destroying any chance I had of finishing my comic entry. Haven't been posting again because the weight of failing again is proving too much to bear. It's harder to breathe every day.

Well I'm back~ After suffering some massive burn out I tried to make a new account to focus on SFW only stuff for a while. Focusing on crafts and projects helped me clear my head a bit and now I'm ready to get back to art.

Things have been rough this past year and... it all came crashing down and something set fire to the powder keg that's been my life since I saw my hometown go up in smoke.

After three years of self control... I had a break down and tried to give up again. My partner managed to get to me before any long term damage could be done, but now I'm solidly in the guilt portion of depression from feeling like I failed because I tried again when I had gone so long without an episode.

To those that have had to wait a while... I'm sorry. I've failed you all as well as myself and I'm trying to get back up again so I can finish the work I've started, or offer refunds if the delay was too much.

After taking some time off, playing some games and dealing with PC failure I'm finally back to doing art.I was an absolute mess for a while, but I'm armed with a new laptop and resolve.

Sorry I've been away... my 11 year old birdy did not make it... we're absolutely devistated and she was looking like she was going to make it. There's a birdy-shaped hole in my heart and I keep crying...

Just when things were back on track... My sun conure Zaku got sick. We don't know if she's gonna make it and all my money went into vet bills. Not doing emergency commissions yet since I don't know how well I can focus right now. Might do some soon.

After working myself into the ground for Xmas... I got super sick for over a week where I got nothing done. Now I'm back, better, and focusing hard on commissions, Clawbound and getting my Etsy shop up. Ready to attack the new year!

Apologies to those waiting on work, my parents and 4 dogs are still living with me after being evacuated from the Camp Fire. Good news though, they still have a house to go back to!

When the roads get cleared, power and phone service gets restored and clean up starts. Everything has been a stressful mess. I'm trying to get back to work but it's been hard. Of the five houses my family member have up there two were completely destroyed. None of my family is among the dead or missing though, a fact we are all REALLY greatful for.

Well... some people that know me know that I grew up in Paradise... it's my home town and the place I loved most in the world and... it's gone.

My mom, my aunts, my uncles, my cousins, my grandma... all still live there. All had to be evacuated and chances are all lost their homes. The past few days have been hell for me, terrified for my family and mourning all of my memories.

So far almost everyone has been accounted for and my mom and her four dogs are staying with me...

What does this mean? Commissions are... mostly on hold. I only have 3 people that have paid already and I will get to them post haste, but until things have settled down I'm stuck only catching tiny bits of time to work...

Now that I have been doing commisions a while I've found a lot of holes in my pricing. Especially in regards to add-ons. In order to make things easier, I added a price list and how-to on my Trello!

My new screen came in (again) and this one *finally* works! So I'm finally back to work and will be cutting through the wait list as quick as I can~!

So... Testing a cross-poster and providing an update. There's several sites I ended up flat out abandoning because trying to post to them all would give me a ridiculosly short amount of time to draw.

For those not in the know, here's a run down of how hellish things have been lately-
-My partner got a new job, was flown out to North Carolina for training.
-Huricane hit and he was evacuated out, leading to a whole month without pay.
-The usb port on my Monoprice 22HD drawing monitor broke leaving me with a very expensive normal monitor.
-I took out a loan to buy a new drawing screen.
-The drawing screen arrived with the wrong pen and all kinds of issues.
-After getting Amazon to send me a new pen, new problems developed with it.
-The company actually replied back and said the unit was broken, it wasn't just the pen.
-Had to mail it back and pay shipping out of pocket.
-Still waiting on a new screen, should be here thursday.
-Spent an entire day getting a 5 year old tablet PC up and running to work on commissions.

So, that's where things stand now, I hope they get better.

I'm having a bloody breakdown.

The tablet came in Friday and I thought all of my problems would be solved!

I got a DoA unit, massive problems, spent all weekend trying to troubleshoot, pulling my hair out... and when the company finally got to me they said it was a bad unit.

I have to PAY to ship it back and they'll pay me back once they get it and send me a new one.

All I want to do is work... but keep getting nothing but bumps in the road.

Apologies to those that have work pending, there's gonna be a delay for a day or two... I need a small break from trying to mess with this damn thing.

Once I'm calmed down, I'll be able to finish smaller work like the chibis and single characters on my android tablet for now...

So my drawing screen found a new home on my partner's desk since he needed a new monitor anyway and the only thing busted on it is the pen functionality.

I managed to get a loan from my brother to buy a new screen, so I am now badly in debt (360 after tax)... but I'll be able to work it off faster than me having to try and save while working on an android tablet.

In other news... I started using Trello to help track commissions and to store comm and ref info to try and streamline my process.

So... my pen screen is busted and half the usb port is broken off inside the cable.

Feel like just when things are looking up something kicks me down again.

Replacement is gonna cost 350$... but I still have my small Samsung tablet I can still do some work on, so no worries to those with slots for the chibi sale. Things just may be a bit slower is all.

Been a while since I last posted an update so I figured it was about time!

The past few months have seen me sick on the couch doing little moving and I think I'm finally over the hump and back to work. I got the ebooks for Hunter's Romp complete and as soon as I get the Clawbound website up they'll be for sale there.

Final price is still being worked on but I'm thinking 3$ per short. Each short will come with jpeg files, a pdf, mobi and epub versions of the book so you can take them everywhere with you on almost any device.

Trying to find the right balance between stuff I put out for free and the polished up versions I charge for is going to be a bit of a trial but I'm hoping people are going to get excited for and want to support the project.

After a small break down I found myself feeling lost and miserable, so took some time off and focused on getting my head fixed and get some equipment upgrades.

Instead of buying a new pen to go with my tablet since the old one busted, my partner spent some of his tax return to get me a Samsung tab S3 that comes with a full sized pen and a keyboard cover so I can work on drawing and writing on the small small device ^^.

In order to help the mental condition we took off a few days to go camping. Few things really help get your mind in order quite like getting out into the woods, on to the trails and just losing sight of your modern anxieties and worries.

I feel refreshed and ready to go again so look forward to more commissions, more comics and maybe even youtube vids.

Ever had one of those days where you just want to say screw it and go back to bed?

This weekend I decided to be bad and have some pizza with my family for the holiday which... well bad call. Very bad call. I've been trying to avoid all the stuff I'm allergic to, and it seems that indulging carries with it a sleepless night of tummy agony so I got *NO* sleep last night.

Woke up... and the gluten-free banana bread I had made just two days ago had spoiled... so no breakfast.

Attempted to make some gluten-free macaroni and cheese... but one of the symptoms I apparently get now if I have wheat, eggs, milk or sesame seeds is feeling feverish and muscle weakness... which led to me spilling boiling water on my torso.

Took me ten minutes to find the aloe lotion for my burn... and after I applied it, the bottle fell off teh counter and landed on my foot. Yay bruise.

As if THAT wasn't enough... I tried to lay down to take a nap, rather sick of it all... and my tablet fell off my bed, the s-pen popped out and snapped.

So... I am without pen for my drawing tablet and need to buy a new one. Gonna be a small delay in my commissions while I get that taken care of.

Apologies to everyone... gonna go lay down and cry over it all. Gonna cost 30$ to buy a new damn pen...
