Doin' It Right, yo!
Posted 11 years agoBefore your music can appeal to others, it's gotta appeal to yourself! And I can't stop listening to Nightmare Caverns.
Might not be sleeping tonight, although us Changelings don't really care when we sleep. Heck, I could take a nap mid-afternoon and that's all the sleep I'll need.
Why no sleep? I gotta find good source videos for pony/villain quotes. (Still don't know if I'll be doing Sombra. Maybe I'll get ponies talking about Sombra since he's near mute.)

How I make music on Garageband (Play by play)
Posted 11 years ago10:00 Obtained audio file of Mike, Lu and Og episode #3- "Buzz Cut". Goal is to take samples from episode audio and incorporate them into a beat somehow. I have an idea in mind.
(Break) Made Pretentious Pony Vomit album cover, tried to cut mats out of cat's fur. Mats too close to skin. Fission mailed.
11:00 Imported audio file into sample-taker- now to fing good quotes, including a very specific one.
11:16 Got some quotes, including the big one and a nice little rant about crabs. Started Mike, Lu and Og remix project. May go back for more quotes.
(Break) Fed the cats some leftover turkey, made a thumbnail for the project
11:36 Intro done. ABOUT TO DROP IT. Going for a soda. Faygo. Root Beer. Note: CATS IN THE STUDIO
12:01 CRABS. It turned into CRABS. This is gonna be one big inside joke.
12:18 Finishing touches. Was too quiet when converted to MP3. Searching for master volume.
12:27 It's a little better but still quiet. Guess I'll have to live with it.
