1. People to understand that justice doesn't always mean that they get what they want.
2. Two kitties for the house. (RL kitties)
3. A kitty for my bed (
Varien)
4. Mango Lemonade slushies (Mikes makes this!)
5. Mmm, steak. And potatos. And corn. And a creme brulee at the end.
6. More blood orange olive oil. (I only have a tiny bottle!)
7. A can /exactly/ half used of whipped cream. This must be provable scientifically, and be within 1% of the total volume.
8. My two front teeth
9. For people to let me know a few things they want (journals work), one person has gotten a collar from lagarto. One person has gotten a full cuffs/collar set from Lagarto. One person is likely to get a video card (even if used). One person is getting that sterling silver starbucks gift card. And another is getting Lego Mindstorms EV3.

Posted 11 years agoSo, I havn't written in awhile, and I should probably get back into the swing of things. Who wants a non-popufur/non-artist/rainbow-thing to write a story about them or them+1?
Themes might include:
TF, Latex, Gender bending, dom/sub, oviposition, tentacles, and others. To be worked out with the winner.
Think this raffle will go until the 3rd, sometime in the evening. My goal is to have it written by the end of the month, and be a few pages long at the least.
I don't take donations/payment or commissions, the former because that puts an obligation beyond 'fun thing I want to do' on it, and the later because let's face it, I'm not the best writer about.
Anyways, post a line or two about a concept you were interested in. I'll likely need refs (art please?) from the winner. Winner to be picked by what interests me most.

Posted 11 years agoSo, went on a Disney adventure. Still in Orlando airport for another 2 hours, but still!
Saturday went to Hollywood studios, the first time they did villains unleashed. They ran into constant problems and massively oversold the event. Still, got the pin and the shirt, so was passable.
Sunday, got on the ship, going to Bahamas. Not much happened today.
Monday, one of the big artists, Gracie, was doing disney sketches. She called my number, and I got a signed by her and by the character (she is allowed to do all the signatures), of the mad hatter wishing me a happy unbirthday. Also wonk $100 at bingo. Shame we spent $100 at bingo.
Tuesday, got a neat print of stitch in an innertube, drinking and enjoying. Artist was there to sign. The next day, stitch did his first and only character appearance, so got him to sign the picture too, freaking amazing!
Thursday, got on shore and been doing the whole pin trading thing. Bought a pair of random lion king pins, trying to get the three hyenas (they're stupid rare!), managed to pull the two chase pins instead, each 1 of 600 limited editions.
Back home late tonight so I can work tommarow. Whee. Might be doing ffxiv because mate told me too.
Also, other awesome news, I'll let him post about it after I tell him on drive home. Might give a few people ideas for next year!

Laminating at Cons
Posted 11 years agoWas thinking of buying a Office/professional grade laminator to bring to cons and run as a little business. Since I was using one at my workplace, I noticed the heat /really/ ate printed inks on the page. Anyone have suggestions on how to prevent that? I've seen models with anti jam, so I don't think that'll be a problem. Also, how would you pay for 9"x 11.5" lamination? $5? (Could arrange badges and so on)

Do you know one? You could get a small finders reward!
Looking to get some concept sketches done for my snow leopard, so looking for lineart to start (Likely multiple attempts until I feel it's right, artist would be paid for every attempt). Possibly eventually color arts and maybe even a ref. Art is going to limited to PG / Clean. (Art at a minimum will have boxers)
Things I do want to add in:
Snowmew markings
Clothes (Jeans and tee shirt-ish)
Wind effects? (windswept kitty!)
magical charms and extras
Feel free to respond to journal, or send a note. An artist willing to work with me and be patient can likely make a few hundred over the next few months.

Posted 11 years agoAnyone want to meet? Want me to crash with you for a night? I have to go both ways and can go a fair distance out of the way. First weekend is the next one, the end of the month, the other is June 14-15. Crash space is good, but I can easily provide my own food.
New character/fursona?
Posted 11 years agoBeen thinking of doing a feline fursona for awhile. Something tons more simple then my usual rainbow explosion. Good for a partial and full suit as well some day. Thinking of doing a snow leopard, possibly cboy to match with Varien, and thinking of a name still and possible defining features. (Polydactal!), the nose will totally be a pink heart tattoo'd on the black nose.
Maybe some jean shorts, a simple tee shirt, and the wrist and ankle cuffs and collar from lagarto that I already have? Might be kinda nice. Both eyes blue, floofy tail, mmm...
Thoughts? Comments?

Smelly Furs
Posted 11 years agoSo, I now admit, that I am a smelly fur. And Varien will be too.
We plan to smell things up, like a small zone close and intimate to our bodies, that a person would have to invade our personal space to really /notice/.
Each scent will be unique to each of us, and may in fact change over time.
A light dab at the neck, a tiny bit at the wrists.
My scent is a mixture of:
3 parts Sweet Orange
2 parts Sexy Beast
1 part Vanilla Bean
Varien's scent is a mixture of:
1 part Clear Water
1 part Night Queen
1 part Sierra Musk
1 part Ylang Ylang
a drip of Rain
Even though he is not here with me, his scent is. And I already want to tear his clothes off him, throw him to the bed, and take in that scent, as close and personal as I can.

Bad memory question
Posted 11 years agoOkay, those who know me, know I have a really bad short term memory.
I usually need the grocery list pinned to my shirt, that kind of bad.
Anyways, does anyone else watch an artist because they like the art, then months down the road, see a journal and think, 'Oh hey! friend!' and totally forget you don't actually know them, and you're probably just a creepy stalker to them?
