Like its 2008
Posted a year agoThat's right, I'm posting a journal, on FA, in 2024, mid day. This act alone helps others understand my character, realizing I am probably at work on a lunch break, that I still check FA now and then, that I must be doing OK if I'm not asking for money or sympathy here. I rarely surface for air, but when I do-
-its to wish you all well, like its 2008, international year of the potato, in the depths of a financial crisis and idiot wars, but continuing to strive for goodness and wiggling. Things are crazy, some things absolutely awful, but its what we have, and I hope you all get the best piece of life you possibly can. I hope you fight for it, and for those you care about, never stopping your self improvement. I hope there are moments of rest and peace, sparse though they may be. Lastly, enjoy your food, and at least spice it up a little. Food and music should always be enjoyed~

Wondering How Everyone is Doing :3
Posted 3 years agoHow are you doing out there, everyone? Depending on your hemisphere, you're in winter or summer, and I'm sure things are happening! I'll go first :3
Things go well! Work is as steady as consulting work can be, and very busy! I do find myself trapped in the office more, but that is fine. I'm happily married, have a house, the truck still runs, and there haven't been any recent deaths, which is nice :3 Family is still a bit overbearing, and they all take more care as they get older, but it has been (mostly) manageable. All I wish for is more sleep and a future where I get days off from work ^.^
I hope everyone is doing their best and fighting through whatever is ahead of you! I realize all is sinusoidal, and these ups will have downs, but also hope all in the downs will have their ups soon <3 Know I still wiggle for all those who consider themselves my friends ^.^

Time to Shift!

I know it is, in the scheme of things, a relatively arbitrary date, as we already had the solstice... but it is as good a time as any for a shift!
Things won't change overnight, but we will keep pushing them to change in the ways we desire! I'll see you all there, in that happier future we work to build!

Perhaps, some day, I will even be an adult. :3
Really, it feels like life is still ramping up, and I have no idea where this roller coaster I'm building is going, I just hope it is good times :D
I hope everyone out there can find some good times! Don't let 2020 beat you! We can fight to make this a good year!
