Puffadee anatomy (Journal #8) Very WIP

Puffadine - what all Puffadees and related adees have making them up in some form.
(a substance, a state of matter, magic material?, magically gift to those infused like a permanent curse?, can also make living toys like cousin puffadees?, almost like a atomic enchantment that can also be a solid pure form?, emotion matter, deep connections and love?, yet biologically made too?, pure substance and also a "state"?)
a Puffadee is mainly made up of "Pure Puffadine" which can be a non Newtonian substance that insulated from the outside from heat, the legs and the 2 toed feet and the feathers of the Puffadee making them extremely invincible with it's properties as a element created with this type of biology, almost like a magic element
Unlike "Pure Puffadine", Puffadine can affect elements to an atomic level, the materials that make up cousins are effect by Puffadine with their own unique gift base on their biology,
rarely as like a "blessing or curse" Puffadine can effect non Adee related creatures as like a gift that can't be removed, as in permanent, gift may vary but can change or be chaotic, but mostly Puffadine can effect those a "Adee" has a close connection to or loves and is out of their control when it happens.
Some effects of a "Puffadine Gift" can even bypass Puffadee's body having an anti magic / reflect property, with this "Magic" like love or deep connection with someone
Puffadine for "Adee" has the highest concentration of this compound in the legs as they can't be alter / changed from two toes even for Plushadee and Chimeric Puffadee
Pure Puffadine don't occur in nature, extremely hard to make with magic and hard to get it in big numbers, basically unheard of, as it's organically made by Puffadees, the non pure form of just "Puffadine" can still affect someone if enough is collected or the tiny amount a very skilled magic user could make to infused into someone or an object.
(Ex. They could make a Balloonie have more of the attributes a Ploomphadee has, being more durable and the body restoration. Or living toys in general getting more of the Adde's species line of attributes for that cousin's toy type)
Puffadine seems to be emotionally transferred too, like it's matter that can be created with emotions behind it, it's can also be self replicating when spread out and atomically fused back together like with a puffadee squishes and unsquishes as their bodies "morph" and creates more of it as the parts gain more mass and feathers.
it can be made emotionally, biologically, with magic in tiny amount for pure or enough to be infuse with another substance, an object, or creatures (etc), and it's state can change base on emotions as well which can change the effects (but sometimes the states can be random)
since Puffadine infuses other materials and matter, Cousins matter are infused as mentioned before, so for Ex. a Plushadees strings / fabrics that make it's shapes can't be cut as the Puffadee's infusion has become part of the fibers protects they and can't be burnt as it can change the properties of other matter that it infuses if the amount is high enough, as "Addes" are born with Puffadine being a part of them all.
the "gifts" can even bypass the anti magic attributes of Puffadees as soon effects can be split between a Puffadee and a love one.

Plushadee Lore (Journal #7)

Plushadees come in tons of different styles, stitching lines, soft fiber materials, fabric skin, still can have fluff, strings, can have button like eyes, etc. Anything plushies would or could have.
Plushadees aren't immune to magic themselves, as they can gather and use magic at will from them own use or on themselves, gain extra Will-power (magic) from Affection ^/v/^
Still very durable / Invincible, their "skin" of can be pierced through with small objects like needles, their fibers / strings can't be torn or ripped, but can be split / stretched open but similar to Ploomphadees, their body will sew itself back together like regeneration, fabric patterns included, and they can't be burn or catch on fire.
They can have parts added too them if they accept the new parts sew on to them, or new sewing patterns, like choosing to keep new stitching from a needle and thread, their legs and feet can not be altered part replacement wise, and they can still be born "amalgamated" too with different colors, patterns, etc.

Still means they could lose an arm if not careful with a limb being removed, but maybe they could also assimilate a foreign object as a replacement that's starts to morphing overtime fusing with their body and becoming a limp...
And just like a Plush very Cuddlable, maybe even more than a Puffadee (but a Tired Puffadee is about the same ^/v/^)

Phloatadee Lore (Journal #6)
General | Posted a year agoPhloatadeesđ are the Air Toy cousins of the Puffadees including Pool Toys, and Inflatables.
Phloatadees designs can vary alot with the Details as they can have like seems, air inflation valves, pool toy fins, handles, etc. (does not include a warning label, canonically atleast) (air inflation valves are at random locations like how Ploomphadee's balloon knots are) (alot of materials variation and can be transparent) (pool toy fins are like those usually tiny solid black rubber fins) (some Phloatadee can actually have balloon knots as the same "material" as themselves too)
(Sometimes wear pool rings too)
Phloatadees can be deflated fully flat, but they're also literal "living air Pumps" as they can re-inflate themselves too at will from a flat state, also means they're "Air Breathers" as they're living air pumps and have the other nick name "Pumpadees" for this ability.
They are more like Puffadees in height, but are more limited in "unsquishing" as in growing with air as the get pressured lock quickly with increasing air quickly. though they can't burst from when locked, the still pop from tearing from their seems from enough overpressure or adding even more air externally, they're kind of like "heavier" and harder Ploomphadee in some ways even when over pressured.
Since they can't burst from over pressure, if a hole is ripped in them, like cutting open like a flap, the torn part would just fold back into place and repair itself, but will still let out air, if too torn up / damaged with missing pieces a Phloatadee can regenerate in a Deflated / flatten state.
their bodies can bounce off heavy impacts, but unlike Puffadees they can't tank the force of impact, so it bounces them back / away, like a beach ball, as once they are physically also not as soft as Ploomphadees, and if the features are rounded and or inflated, they can be rather bouncy.
Wings once again are an area of least resistance to be displace to, and may squeak or creak audibly when moving or swaying in the breeze.
(other parts too can get like that, just wings the most)
magic is repelled around them as magic curves around them like a force field, and they can also hold spells in place / No U reflect it directly.

Ballooning Lore (Journal #5) (6/14/25 update)

Starting with âBalloonieâ/ Balloon Morphing and Feather Puffing lore, as Puffadees are Biologically Balloonies, can be "Balloonie" themselves technically, a unique enough concept.
As an "Consequence" for Puffadees being related to Balloonies means that other than the Attributes, Puffadees are inflatable so can end up like a Balloonie as well
With filling with air, they are rounder and plumper, bigger in size, flatter or edges rounding out with rounder shapes / curving sharp edges.
The body never âorbsâ from size as is everything Balloons bigger, kind of like unsquishing but balloon like, as the body parts like limbs donât sink in and stretch out with the rest of the body to keep shape, the features more balloon like the fluff and limbs too so everything can balloon, so just bigger with rounding and ballooning features with air from size.
As the Body Inflates, the feathers do too, spreading out from the base, become rubbery and them Balloonie, the feathers around the round areas take on more of the Balloonie quality, like they grow too and semi-fuse to the body like that and fluff that flattens and balloons too.
After a certain size the feathers and body look more like usual Balloonie, just round, shiny, and maybe transparent.
Balloonie biology makes the insides disappear with the feathers fused, for if going transparent.
(Balloonie biology with the feathers makes insides go invisible / disappear when you can see through).
As Puffadee are indestructible, they canât burst like a balloon from pressure, but instead after a certain size it takes energy from unsquishing, and once thatâs energy is gone or not being used, they get pressure locked from the body trying to squish back down to normal size. meaning you canât force anymore air in as the pressure is too high inside, so be very careful of blowback from the air pressure when released.
Wings are the area of the least resistance to be displaced to, and with tails are usually the first areas to be like balloons themselves, and the wings have some tiny holes you canât see that slowly leak air over time, but maybe couldâve used for some thrust if needed.
The Flat Features like the wings and tails and other flat feature that they might have, filling up and round out, the wings can get very stretched out and big in wingspan, even chest fluff too, or defining fluff that different than the âskin featherâ, the dull toes getting round, arms filling, just everything should balloon up in their own way, as once again they donât orb.
Even if Puffadees don't need their wings to fly, as they can fly like Latias, they can still float away with helium if theyâre too big and negative weight is too much, as it takes energy to fly like Latias, so they would just drift away into the sky.
Just everything Balloons in general once again, so limbs and head should not be sinking into the body, everything just rounder and bigger, though inflated wings growing in length being stretched like that, and height getting âtallerâ from sizing up.

Ploomphadee and Pufferadee Lore (Journal #4)

Ploomphadeesđ are the Closest Cousins of the Puffadee, being Puffadees that are Balloon like in nature.
Shiny, Squishy, so so soft, the feathers and features are now like balloons themselves as everything is hollow and filled with Buoyant air.
(They can gain Transparency base on size like a balloon)
Ploomphadees being living balloons, though their bodies not physically indestructible like Puffadees, they are invincible but their Balloonie body can still "burst" from over pressure, and if to burst or have a hole poked through their "skin" would just return in place in a instant like fast regeneration, while always keeping in shape with the returning pieces of skin. (can't deflate flat too as the pieces fuse mid air meaning they will always kept their shape)
Ploomphadee are Smaller than Puffadees normally, as their default size is alittle over around half the average height of a Puffadee, normally around 2 and half to 4 feet tall, and can't be deflated under their "normal" height / size as the air won't leave them with normalize like room air pressure inside, so they can't go flat as their body always keeps shape like a Puffadee, poking a hole through they won't do anything to as the air once again wouldn't leave them at their normal size.
(so literally can't go smaller / lose air at their normal size)
They always have atleast one knot on the tail normally, and can be born with extras too, they can also uses these knot to remove / let out air pressure, just "deflating" but can't get smaller than their normal size, could be used as a speed boost maybe.
Ploomphadees are still alot more durable than the usual Balloonie, still be very hard to poke a hole into one, but the Wings are much more "Fragile" as they're an area of least resistance for air pressure, and the wings change alot in like as they inflate like becoming more refined looking or more, as does the rest of the body as size increase in control atleast.
Obviously they are alot lighter since they're living balloons, but can deal with Buoyancy well, since being Balloons does mean the can be Inflated Via air (abit like "unsquishing" for them), as Balloonies can turn air inside of them into Buoyant gasses too, and an Ploomphadee that over 10ft big and also swelling up everywhere couldn't deal with the amount of bouyancy on their own and start floating away just like a helpless balloon, but normally are still floaty and can fly and lightly glide just fine normally too.
(probably also takes their version of will-power too stay on ground / Floating away in general being any bigger that yeah couldn't handle it)
Ploomphadees can still eat food like Puffadees can (with what left of their biology in them), the food in them breaks down into energy they can use later, and the food physically turns into a unique magically gas named "Healium", Healium is a even more lighter than air gas with healing properties which can be inhaled or adsorb through skin to heal all sorts of stuff, Ploomphadees can store and exhale this gas inside of they at their own will.
they still mostly need a external source to inflate bigger like a balloon, as they can't increase their internal air pressure on their own to get bigger, and getting too big from pressure just like a balloon means they can burst, but as mention before, the pieces of their body would just collect and fuse in a instant mid air back to normal if it was the whole body, if like to wings were to burst, some pressure would be release, but still remains as the inside are the pieces fuse back fast.
(they grow with similar to "unsquishing" as in everything balloons, not just the body as the main area of pressure)
(the legs are so durable, that bursting from over pressure doesn't rip them, and the can reform from their legs up)
Extra note - They can also full on Balloon up and balloon up fully out of control in different too for some freedom vs the lore too ^v^
Pressure limit is also based on willpower, and if a ploomphadee realizes they're too big when pass limits they also explode with the split second thought, and the body of a Ploomphadee will Adsorb magic instead of reflect / deflect like a puffadee, were can adsorbing if can delete the spell, and can adsorb the magic and curses the been placed on someone at will or if shown affection like a good omen passively, they could also maybe transfer adsorb spells through contact of something.
Also they can absorb heavy impacts like a Puffadee just way more soft and squishy, but if very inflated be bounced away.
Pufferadee (Puffadee Balloonie Hybrid) (other nick name - "Feathered Ploomphadee")
Pufferadees are a Hybrid Between a Puffadee and Ploomphadee, as Ploomphadee are the Closest cousins as Puffadee are biologically related to Balloonies.
Pufferadees are Puffadees with balloon knots, placement is random, but for the most part are the same as Puffadees, still usually hard to tell as their feathers can hide the knots.

a Pufferadee can make themselves shiny / look like / feel like a Balloonie at will, but are still the same height as a regular Puffadee version Ploomphadee generally being smaller.
Also feathers inflate faster as normal / feathery, and inflatable through the balloon knots.
Pufferadees still have all the attributes that Puffadees do including being physically indestructible, but maybe even more.

Ploomphadees are still alot more durable than the usual Balloonie, still be very hard to poke a hole into one, but the Wings are much more "Fragile" as they're an area of least resistance for air pressure, and the wings change alot in like as they inflate like becoming more refined looking or more, as does the rest of the body as size increase in control atleast.
Obviously they are alot lighter since they're living balloons, but can deal with Buoyancy well, since being Balloons does mean the can be Inflated Via air (abit like "unsquishing" for them), as Balloonies can turn air inside of them into Buoyant gasses too, and an Ploomphadee that over 10ft big and also swelling up everywhere couldn't deal with the amount of bouyancy on their own and start floating away just like a helpless balloon, but normally are still floaty and can fly and lightly glide just fine normally too.
(probably also takes their version of will-power too stay on ground / Floating away in general being any bigger that yeah couldn't handle it)
Ploomphadees can still eat food like Puffadees can (with what left of their biology in them), the food in them breaks down into energy they can use later, and the food physically turns into a unique magically gas named "Healium", Healium is a even more lighter than air gas with healing properties which can be inhaled or adsorb through skin to heal all sorts of stuff, Ploomphadees can store and exhale this gas inside of they at their own will.
they still mostly need a external source to inflate bigger like a balloon, as they can't increase their internal air pressure on their own to get bigger, and getting too big from pressure just like a balloon means they can burst, but as mention before, the pieces of their body would just collect and fuse in a instant mid air back to normal if it was the whole body, if like to wings were to burst, some pressure would be release, but still remains as the inside are the pieces fuse back fast.
(they grow with similar to "unsquishing" as in everything balloons, not just the body as the main area of pressure)
(the legs are so durable, that bursting from over pressure doesn't rip them, and the can reform from their legs up)
Extra note - They can also full on Balloon up and balloon up fully out of control in different too for some freedom vs the lore too ^v^
Pressure limit is also based on willpower, and if a ploomphadee realizes they're too big when pass limits they also explode with the split second thought, and the body of a Ploomphadee will Adsorb magic instead of reflect / deflect like a puffadee, were can adsorbing if can delete the spell, and can adsorb the magic and curses the been placed on someone at will or if shown affection like a good omen passively, they could also maybe transfer adsorb spells through contact of something.
Also they can absorb heavy impacts like a Puffadee just way more soft and squishy, but if very inflated be bounced away.
Pufferadee (Puffadee Balloonie Hybrid) (other nick name - "Feathered Ploomphadee")
Pufferadees are a Hybrid Between a Puffadee and Ploomphadee, as Ploomphadee are the Closest cousins as Puffadee are biologically related to Balloonies.
Pufferadees are Puffadees with balloon knots, placement is random, but for the most part are the same as Puffadees, still usually hard to tell as their feathers can hide the knots.

a Pufferadee can make themselves shiny / look like / feel like a Balloonie at will, but are still the same height as a regular Puffadee version Ploomphadee generally being smaller.
Also feathers inflate faster as normal / feathery, and inflatable through the balloon knots.
Pufferadees still have all the attributes that Puffadees do including being physically indestructible, but maybe even more.

Standard - "Standard" Puffadees were the first to exist, cute squishy birdies, has markings but all do, basically every puffadee is one in a way and Boneless but kepts shape without looking jiggly.
Winged - generations of breeding with birds have added variations of wings and features the the puffadee gene pool, generally bigger and more unique wings usually with markings, "winged" are classified by their more birdy appearance, they usually have more inverted knees and more winged arms almost like having 4 wings, "winged" can in tons of variety and in-between being in the gene pool (rare moth one too ^v^)
Puffadeeon / Eons - just like with winged, Breeding with dragons has brought out more of the Latias / Guardian Dragon "Blood" into the Species, defined by their Eon (Latias / Latios) features, a true Puffadeeons can use their eon like "tail feathers" to cover their legs and cloak invisible, (wip)
Note, Puffadees being a in-between living and object race also mean they don't have a skeleton, as there Squishy bodies just kept form on their own
Note 2, Puffadees breeding with most other creatures that aren't listed doesn't make new variants as the off-spring end up like Chimera again. "Chimeric Puffadees"

being related to Chimera, Puffadee can breed with "Object" like Creatures creating Puffadee "Adee" cousin species.
Puffadee Cousins now like living toy at they over 50% in biology object, they have unique alternate "gifts" in abilities but Puffadees while always being the strongest as the precursor to all cousin as Puffadee are completely indestructible, but more Cousins are Invincible in their own ways.

Puffadee's Origins Lore (Journal #2)
General | Posted a year agoPuffadee's have Origins with Chimera, as before Puffadees a Female "morphing" Chimera got with a Male Bird of a once "secret" non organic biology, which was a Balloonie bird, and soon came offspring.
This Resulted with the creations of the original Puffadees, squishy birdies that are very indestructible and yet so soft.
Being originally the offspring of two completely different Biologizes fusing together and from one not being organic, Puffadees don't have to eat survive and other Attribute gain from this type of "fusion".
Still more Bird than a Chimera or a living Toy, the in-between a organic and non-organic lifeform, Puffadees are completely immune to most magic, and can't be polymorphed or transformed from magic.
And with the fusion of the morphing chimera and the non organic Bird biologizes, Puffadees can "unsquish" and parts can semi morph their feathers as they please.
Later Generations of Puffadees became "Winged" as attractions to other birds is very common for Puffadees
(also probably why their mostly planned to be mostly "featureless" in general for now)
The offspring between Bird and Puffadees became "Winged" Puffadees, while the offspring of Dragons became Puffadeeons as it enhances their Latias features and abilities become more of part of them as like Guardian dragons them self and all Puffadees
And after a few generations standard, winged, and eon became a normal part of the Puffadee family pool

Puffadees are Latias like birdies with a Latias "ears", boneless wings, and they all have defining 2 toes with bird legs throughout their species and those related to the species as they're Chimera from origins.
Canonically Puffadees have a head shape similar to Latias.
Most are White Feathered but can come in all ranges or colors, the feathers are actually transparent that also have an anti magic property, they also can be born with a colored birthmark know as "markings", that can be place in different patterns but are a defining detail to a Puffadee.
Puffadees are immune to magic for the most part as their transparent feathers reflect / deflect magic and even though not the same structure, the legs and feet are still the same material as the feathers, a non Newtonian solid substance that physically indestructible which makes Puffadees also invincible, they are still very squishy and soft to the touch like a plush, and the legs and feet are like stress ball
(also being so squishy, Puffadees are Boneless, but they're able to keep shape without their whole body jiggling at all with no skeleton)
The only type of magic that seems to have any effect on them is sleep magic if tired or relaxed, the magic of hugs ^/v/^, rarely low on will-power, and can only be truly bypassed the features and skin from rare "Puffadine" effects usually only by a loved one.

Another Note - referring to Puffadee's anti Polymorph resistance as they will always keep form, if somehow a Puffadee's Transformation resistance were to be bypassed and the puffadee were to, well, lose themselves and control over their body, up to a maximum 24 hours till the Puffadee's Puffadine infused "soul" will force them back into themselves, with complete polymorph immunity to everything that might be able to bypass for a long while. (making Puffadees immune to perma transformation)
Will-Power and Energy
Puffadee can use will-power to become like a "Unmovable Object", basically means they're aren't going anywhere, and can also do this while resting
Puffadees donât need food for survival, as they only eat for energy, while also getting energy to move from will-power and resting, can survive off of will-power but that takes the Will to.
and given Affection they can also gain energy, especially if given affection when limp.
They can also just sleep to feel better or save / gain energy
A Fat / Chubby Puffadee means they are well fed, as energy is stored in calories for awhile and will also burn away alot faster when "unsquishing" or just using energy overtime in general.
Also Puffadee don't need to breathe to survive, as it's only for burning calories and talking, but they prefer to as it's more comfortable to them.
Puffadees can fly with their wings like an angel bird, they can also fly like Latias and infact are very aquatic being able to fly through water like a Latias like a breeze since they don't need to breathe either.
Without energy a Puffadee is forced into a state of resting till will-power is strong enough to get back up, but in that state theyâre basically like an plushy as they go limp and can still talk unless sleeping. (easy for cuddles, as that's can also help them recover ^v^)
Getting tired from actions and energy / willpower use for too many actions, a Puffadee can also "overheat" internally also forcing them into a state of rest (even if externally Puffadees are literally fire proof from their non Newtonian feathers being insulated from the outside from heat of extreme temperatures)
Funny note - The Polymorph resistance, invincibility, and indestructibility seems the be the most important part of the Puffadees in Lore over all, being able to tank basically anything and willpower becoming âunmovableâ without taking any knockback from blows of any force as a Loaf is really funny, I donât know if the deflect that kinetic energy over just absorb it with willpower from a direct hit, âJust a good massage from Gokuâ from taking those blows while âunmovableâ as a Loaf with willpower or just not noticing. ^v^ (they atleast follow the planet's movement without issue when unmovable)
"Unsquishing"
Puffadees can Unsquish to size their whole body up, like getting taller / bigger and "morphing" abit, and looking more "refined", Gains more feathers and mass with their size too, which is lost squishing back down, they also gain Strengths and ability enhancements.
it burns through energy to do so as the size increases, but becomes easier and for greater "sizes" based on the age and will-power of a Puffadee, energy also burns faster base on actions and lots of movement.
It can basically be use as a super strength up, as it coming from being related to a "Guardian Dragon", so if very useful for defending from a "huge threat".
I donât have a limit for the size but Kaiju like probably wouldnât last long, but can still laydown and sleep as a big squishy birdy ^v^.
This also included their wings are they can stretch out their wings even more than their normal size, like a growing wing span, and can also slightly morph their body and features with this ability.
(Females are less masterful at unsquishing)
Restoration
Puffadees have the ability to restore and save people not only from curses but even death sometimes.
They can âpsychicallyâ revert / undo / cure, curses / magic which also includes transformation magic in the events of âsavingâ those who are trapped (etc. in scenarios), but some can still refuse the help as they canât save those who refuse as their ability can only Restore what has been lost.
They can restore bodies that have been destroyed after transformation too, like a shattered statue that used to be someone, their ability lets them put all the pieces back together quickly and they restore the person to normal.
Their restore ability doesn't transforms someone, but can still save someone that has physically died as it's a physical restoration of them.
Females
Being Avians they're chests are featureless but Very Fluffy area on their chests, still can be more prominent chest area, with Slimmer but wider arms, making the arms more wing like vs males sometimes.
More curvy body structure, slimmer legs, eye lashes, and whatever else extra you think makes them look more female like, they also usually have bigger Wings and Tail than the Male normally unsquished.
Female markings also have a defining Gradient of colors on them vs males
Females have the move variation vs males as males are better and more refined at âunsquishedâ + in strength, while most females look refined on their own, but also male have more potential with stronger willpower and to use more Will-power like Stamina.
(Puffadee in general are more Bird like than a they would be mammal ever, âFeaturelessâ, as Birds theyâre rather featureless with no belly buttons or breasts.)
Puffadee Chicks
Baby Puffadees are born with all their feathers as once again the feathers are a part of their body, usually only around 1ft tall in size, and takes around 20 years for them to grow to their normal adult height.
Too young to understand will-power, the chicks mostly feed on Affection as a source of energy and develop, but they're so cute it should never be in short supply like the tiny plushies to cuddle ^v^
Even though they're birds, they are not born from eggs outside of the mother, as they are live birthed instead, so Puffadees don't lay eggs, it's more of their chimera side and "secret Biology"
(the only Puffadee eggs that get laid are from non-puffadee mothers that are a egg laying mother creature)
Variants
Standard â just the ânormalâ Puffadee look, just more the usual Puffadee wings, and arms, etc.
Winged â now with bigger wings, arms are also flatter like a second pair of wings, and wings are more likely to have markings, theyâre more bird like features and the knees may look inverted like bird legs. (also can include moths), and can take looks and features from other birds and even sometimes more multiple colors from colorful birds, imagine a winged owl Puffadee
Eon / Puffadeeon â more Latias in features, can have "Tail feathers" that can wrap around the leg for feathers for the whole body to bend light with feathers, their hands are more defined like a feathered Latias hand, might have "wing humps" at the base of the wings, Latias and maybe sharper looking features, sometimes even more dragon like features too
All are also apart of the Main Gene Pool for all Puffadees, and can mix a match
Bonus Variants
Puffvalee - a very special Puffadee variant that combines Puffadee with Avali, since they're now avali that are "pure" puffadee from being a avian species, they have all the benefits as a Puffadee, Puffvalees are Avali with 2 toed bird legs, back wings with their arm wings making them have 4 wings, their raptor hands are now feathered up but can still have the raptor details and so can the bird legs, and fluffier ears.
They don't need a spacesuit or helmet to fly through space as a puffadee, could be scary too since they could use their non-Newtonian feathers and body as a ballistic missile and pierce through the hull of some space ship at very high unrestricted speeds.
(Puffadees and by extension Puffvalees can tuck in their back wings in, and even hide the now tucked in wings by sinking them into their back feathers as they squish in since they're boneless to make themselves appear wingless to others)
Bonus Lore
Attribute Sharing + TF ability
Puffadees and cousins species have the ability of sharing some sort of puffadine related TF for up to 24 hours with a friend or partner to make them more like them, a toy / balloon tf, attribute sharing, and or Puffadee or the one's Puffadee counter part (and maybe bird or Latias TF) Note - you can read the other lore journals like #2 for their toy and balloonie origins

Getting tired from actions and energy / willpower use for too many actions, a Puffadee can also "overheat" internally also forcing them into a state of rest (even if externally Puffadees are literally fire proof from their non Newtonian feathers being insulated from the outside from heat of extreme temperatures)
Funny note - The Polymorph resistance, invincibility, and indestructibility seems the be the most important part of the Puffadees in Lore over all, being able to tank basically anything and willpower becoming âunmovableâ without taking any knockback from blows of any force as a Loaf is really funny, I donât know if the deflect that kinetic energy over just absorb it with willpower from a direct hit, âJust a good massage from Gokuâ from taking those blows while âunmovableâ as a Loaf with willpower or just not noticing. ^v^ (they atleast follow the planet's movement without issue when unmovable)
"Unsquishing"
Puffadees can Unsquish to size their whole body up, like getting taller / bigger and "morphing" abit, and looking more "refined", Gains more feathers and mass with their size too, which is lost squishing back down, they also gain Strengths and ability enhancements.
it burns through energy to do so as the size increases, but becomes easier and for greater "sizes" based on the age and will-power of a Puffadee, energy also burns faster base on actions and lots of movement.
It can basically be use as a super strength up, as it coming from being related to a "Guardian Dragon", so if very useful for defending from a "huge threat".
I donât have a limit for the size but Kaiju like probably wouldnât last long, but can still laydown and sleep as a big squishy birdy ^v^.
This also included their wings are they can stretch out their wings even more than their normal size, like a growing wing span, and can also slightly morph their body and features with this ability.
(Females are less masterful at unsquishing)
Restoration
Puffadees have the ability to restore and save people not only from curses but even death sometimes.
They can âpsychicallyâ revert / undo / cure, curses / magic which also includes transformation magic in the events of âsavingâ those who are trapped (etc. in scenarios), but some can still refuse the help as they canât save those who refuse as their ability can only Restore what has been lost.
They can restore bodies that have been destroyed after transformation too, like a shattered statue that used to be someone, their ability lets them put all the pieces back together quickly and they restore the person to normal.
Their restore ability doesn't transforms someone, but can still save someone that has physically died as it's a physical restoration of them.
Females
Being Avians they're chests are featureless but Very Fluffy area on their chests, still can be more prominent chest area, with Slimmer but wider arms, making the arms more wing like vs males sometimes.
More curvy body structure, slimmer legs, eye lashes, and whatever else extra you think makes them look more female like, they also usually have bigger Wings and Tail than the Male normally unsquished.
Female markings also have a defining Gradient of colors on them vs males
Females have the move variation vs males as males are better and more refined at âunsquishedâ + in strength, while most females look refined on their own, but also male have more potential with stronger willpower and to use more Will-power like Stamina.
(Puffadee in general are more Bird like than a they would be mammal ever, âFeaturelessâ, as Birds theyâre rather featureless with no belly buttons or breasts.)
Puffadee Chicks
Baby Puffadees are born with all their feathers as once again the feathers are a part of their body, usually only around 1ft tall in size, and takes around 20 years for them to grow to their normal adult height.
Too young to understand will-power, the chicks mostly feed on Affection as a source of energy and develop, but they're so cute it should never be in short supply like the tiny plushies to cuddle ^v^
Even though they're birds, they are not born from eggs outside of the mother, as they are live birthed instead, so Puffadees don't lay eggs, it's more of their chimera side and "secret Biology"
(the only Puffadee eggs that get laid are from non-puffadee mothers that are a egg laying mother creature)
Variants
Standard â just the ânormalâ Puffadee look, just more the usual Puffadee wings, and arms, etc.
Winged â now with bigger wings, arms are also flatter like a second pair of wings, and wings are more likely to have markings, theyâre more bird like features and the knees may look inverted like bird legs. (also can include moths), and can take looks and features from other birds and even sometimes more multiple colors from colorful birds, imagine a winged owl Puffadee
Eon / Puffadeeon â more Latias in features, can have "Tail feathers" that can wrap around the leg for feathers for the whole body to bend light with feathers, their hands are more defined like a feathered Latias hand, might have "wing humps" at the base of the wings, Latias and maybe sharper looking features, sometimes even more dragon like features too
All are also apart of the Main Gene Pool for all Puffadees, and can mix a match
Bonus Variants
Puffvalee - a very special Puffadee variant that combines Puffadee with Avali, since they're now avali that are "pure" puffadee from being a avian species, they have all the benefits as a Puffadee, Puffvalees are Avali with 2 toed bird legs, back wings with their arm wings making them have 4 wings, their raptor hands are now feathered up but can still have the raptor details and so can the bird legs, and fluffier ears.
They don't need a spacesuit or helmet to fly through space as a puffadee, could be scary too since they could use their non-Newtonian feathers and body as a ballistic missile and pierce through the hull of some space ship at very high unrestricted speeds.
(Puffadees and by extension Puffvalees can tuck in their back wings in, and even hide the now tucked in wings by sinking them into their back feathers as they squish in since they're boneless to make themselves appear wingless to others)
Bonus Lore
Attribute Sharing + TF ability
Puffadees and cousins species have the ability of sharing some sort of puffadine related TF for up to 24 hours with a friend or partner to make them more like them, a toy / balloon tf, attribute sharing, and or Puffadee or the one's Puffadee counter part (and maybe bird or Latias TF) Note - you can read the other lore journals like #2 for their toy and balloonie origins
