Hey folks!

So, we've been getting a lot of well deserved questions along the lines of "What's the deal with the Zenith Project?", "When do pre-orders open?" and "When will the other items be shipped?"

Let's start by answering the first question. Rest assured, we are going to be running this project! We did a little bit of analysis on the wings and felt that they would not support their own weight, so we've redesigned them "ever so slightly" so that this will not be an issue.

Next, pre-orders will be opening on Sept 10th as the staff of PuffyPaws will be taking a 2 week vacation starting this Thursday. aphorx will be able to complete a few more SPHs on projects before he takes off to join us and to those of you that got them, you know how to check on their progress.

Finally, the other projects (Cow, Alexia and Vixen) were all shipped at the same time, so they will arrive at the same time. They should be arriving at the PuffyPaws offices the day before we go on vacation (d'oh!) but shipping quotes will be sent off either while on vacation or right after we get back. As soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your item(s) to you as soon as we get back. Granted, if you got the SPH option, that will add a little bit of time, but aphorx will keep you informed as to the progress of your toy's modification.

Thanks for being patient on this. We didn't feel it was fair to open pre-orders and then disappear on vacation. Nor did we want to wish messing up delivery by rushing to ship everything out before we had the chance to test inflate stuff, etc. We want to make sure that we are around to process your orders efficiently and answer all questions promptly!

Just wanted to let you know a few things about the wolf project!

1) The wolves have arrived at both my place and Aphorx's.
2) I've contacted all the "non-SPH" US, Australian (essentially, non-EU & Russian) customers in regards to shipping costs. If you've NOT gotten this email, shoot me an email at puffypawstoys[at]gmail.com or check your SPAM folder! Those that have paid for their wolf shipping should have their wolves in the mail since late last week...expect them to arrive soon and feel free to email us about your thoughts on the wolf!
3) Aphorx will be contacting all the other "non-SPH" customers about their wolf shipping costs sometime this week with the shipping invoice.
4) Those getting SPH'ed wolves will have to wait as Aphorx will have to hand mod each wolf and he will be in contact with each of you about the details.

Hey everyone!

News on the wolves. Construction is complete! They are also on the boat to the US, unfortunately, they didn't take any pictures of all of them together, but they should all look like the wolf we posted on our blog about a month ago. ;)

They will arrive in our hands early May to the US. At this point in time, we will test inflate each wolf to insure they are the quality that you, our customer, deserve and will mail them off after that.

We will be contacting each of you once we know the weight and shipping dimensions for the toys. We'll send each buyer a personalized quote based on the address they sent us with their order forms. For European customers, you might be contacted about 3 weeks later than the rest of the customers as freighting it to Germany will take a bit more time.

Those of you getting SPH'ed toy will have to wait a bit more as Aphorx has to "work his magic" and insert them. As for an ETA when these will be done, he will be handling these on a "first to order (and pay), first to receive" basis. We'll post more details on that queue and wait period, etc, when we come to it :)

Hey everybody!

I bet your wondering about our wolf project, well, here's the good word! Wolves will be completely built around March 26th. We should have some pictures either that day, or around it so we will be posting those up online and all that.

Once the wolves are built, we will be shipping the lot of them by boat to the US which will take about a month. During this time, I will contact all you buyers with the shipping cost details and sending you the shipping invoice. We do the shipping invoice separately as we don't wish to over-charge you wonderful folks for shipping!

For those of you getting SPHs on yer wolves, aphorx will need time to build these and insert them into the toys. We will post more details about these shortly.

Finally, we are sorry if you felt that the wolf took so long to get built. We feel that it did too. We were not informed by our manufacturer to expect that Chinese New Year would delay construction by two whole weeks. We will know better this time next year *grins*

Yes! We are very pleased to announce that PuffyPaws will have a very limited release toy on ebay next month. Normally, we'd open up pre-orders and such, but we're curious how much interest folks have in this toy, as it was designed by a customer. PuffyPaws will work with anyone to make their custom toys become a reality and if we like the design, we're willing to negotiate a deal to make more and save you money...perhaps even get you a toy for free.

So, without further ado, we are proud to announce our upcoming toy release, the Belgian Draft Horse!

This cutie stands at 7' tall, will feature overlapped seams and 6 chambers (1 for the body/tail, 1 for the mane and 1 for each leg). It will be made from the same wonderful vinyl used for our husky toys which has proven to be quite strong, yet stretchy and soft. Additionally, if you want the toy modded with SPHs, they can be, just let us know!

Expect very few of these to become available on ebay in mid November, early December. If there IS a large demand for them, we might make more in the future.
