So, like most people, I'm struggling with a really tight budget. I've been at the point where I can barely feed myself for quite a while, and wondered if a few cheap adopts could at least let me have a decent lunch.

Though of course nobody seems to be wanting them. I know a lot of adopts are sold due to the popularity of the person selling them, though I see successful sales all over as well.

It just bothers me when I check an artists commission status, make sure they're available, write up a short and simple commission with the info they request on their page, complete with two character examples and even compliment their style by explaining why I am commissioning them, and the commission itself is right within their "style" and comfort zone...
I even gave them a shout a few weeks ago saying I'd love to commission them when I could afford it, and they said they were looking forward to it!


And then I see that they've read the note... and it's been a week and they haven't even declined it.

Rude.
