Hey folks, been a hot minute.

Life's its only lovely flavour of busy, back in academia getting qualified in something I care about and that's limited writing time and energy a bunch. New characters, new art, new stuff collected that'll make its way onto my page eventually.

For the story enjoyers, got about four half finished projects in the tank at the moment which I'm getting back to chipping away at. We'll find out together when any of them get done, or if I just throw together something hugely self indulgent to kickstart writing moods.

Hello weird and wonderful folks!

After a hiatus from real life dragging away a bunch of my time and energy, we're back in business here. With a fresh new story hot off of the presses for you all to enjoy, and another few waiting in the wings for completion. Feels good to be writing again, and nice to be back.

Hope y'all are having a good summer, whatever the definition of that is for you.

First and foremost, worry not the various people who signed up to my hypnovember event, I'm still getting them written, just had a bit of a low energy week this week so catching up at my own pace.

I learned quite a bit from my first major writing project on here. If nothing else, start writing sooner because man, daily writing just doesn't always work out on availability. It was however really fun exploring a bunch of themes, settings, and styles that I wouldn't have prodded at without the prompts most likely. Also lovely to get to develop a few recurring characters of my own, and get to play the game of trying to build up a picture of y'all's characters so I could write them too. Definitely something to repeat, though at a more leisurely pace I think.

Once that's done being knocked out I'm probably going to start looking at commissions, and whether there's interest for that which is exciting. For me, at least.

The year's wrapping up, and I hope you're all settling into whatever form of holiday you're looking forward to, and that you all have a lovely time doing so.

So in honour of one of the lovely holidays of the year, and because I want more practice in writing short form stories, I'll be taking part in hypnovember this year. This means 30 short stories, each themed around a different sort of hypno that I'm poaching his year from  Hyenaface 's lovely list found here. I may or may not end up hitting every beat, we'll see on that regard, but figured I'd offer up the chance to my watchers to snag certain days for a character of their choice. Hey y'all, finally getting around to actually using this site for more than lurking. Got a backlog of commissioned art to trickle out rather than simply dump out at once, and some of my own writing to post. Expect to see more of the latter as I tidy it up and generate it.
