Really, how? I can't get myself to talk to people online without being anxious and extremely self-conscious, and it makes my life a hell.

I've recently lost my closest friends and each day feels so empty and pointless, I'm lonesome. I still have a few friends left but, I never talk to them because I'm constantly scared of conversations and awkward silences and overall just being awkward and saying something wrong. I automaticaly avoid talking to anyone, almost never respond to comments, and even if I push myself to talk to someone... I just can't be myself.
Always feeling uptight, I can't send any message without thinking about it too long, checking it 5 times, correcting and overthinking it again. That's kinda how the process of talking goes in my head, it can be difficult and exhausting, and thus talking to anyone can exhaust me too. It's like talking equals effort instead of having a good conversation.
I'd still love to try to talk to my old friends or make new ones but... I don't even think I'm a fun person to talk to, with this whole anxiety. I've let it grow up over the years to the point It's now a huge problem that overwhelms me, and I don't know anymore what to do.. Everything was fine, as long as I had that one person whom I loved, but recently I had to leave them for the sake of their and my own health...
I still remember how carefree I used to be just a few years ago, so what the hell did happen? Today, even trying to join a new guild in game is like a tough task, even tho I'd love to meet new people to play with. It's not like I don't want to have fun... more likely I forgot how to have fun.

I'm not even sure anymore how my future is going to look like with this social anxiety, which I have no idea how to overcome.
I've graduated recently from a really good school, with the help of great people and teachers, and I could look for a job as a graphic designer. I could have a neat future cause graphic design is something I love and enjoy working with, and I'm pretty good at it! And I've used to think of having my own small company... however, there are too many obstacles coming from my own mental health.

Sorry for this sudden vent... I usually try to seem as cheerful as possible,_{even though I don't talk much here.}
There is enough of depression in this world and everyone's life and I rather share something good. Unfortunately, this time it's different and I'm sorry.
I'm not looking for pity, only for someone to understand. It's a really tough time for me in life and I seek some support.. I'm going to see my therapist, just not this week yet.
