hey guys, i know its been a while, but my lifes been kinda touch and go since may due to so many reasons, all of which are pretty personal. you may remember a while back my saying i'd be going to washington soon. WELL that got hella delayed but should finally be happening next friday! i'll be on a greyhound for about three and a half days ;o;
i wont have internet at first (not entirely sure when i will), but i should be in a stable, stress free environment, so i'll be using my time to get work done!

so again, sorry for being nonexistent, that should be fixed very soon<3

so heres the deal. if i owe you any commission work, you can go ahead and leave a comment here or note me and tell me if theres anything you'd like drawn traditionally with good old pencil and paper. its totally free and doesnt replace the commission, its more of an appetizer while we wait for me to get settled with another tablet in hand ;w;

so my tablets basically dead. hum. its okay though, because i have a friend whos offered the same one to me for $150! which is a hell of a price.

in the meanwhile though, i got home from my friends house and.. im not fond of divulging personal stuff online, but i got kicked out yesterday. so.. for now im more or less homeless. my friend let me stay at her house over the night, but that was the extent of how long she could let me stay. so hopefully i can get something figured out. i should be moving to washington in about ten days, so in the meanwhile, its just a matter of figuring out where i can stay til that gets all taken care of

AHHH. once im settled, i can get that tablet taken care of, i just dont feel quite comfortable using all of my money until i know i have somewhere to stay and i wont need it to survive


and i realize some of this sounds ridiculous, like one of those artists who just doesnt wanna work and makes up excuses, but some of you know me personally and can attest to this being my really unfortunate reality..

okay, so this past week has literally been the worst of my life. a few of you know what happened, those of you who don't, don't worry. i've taken care of it and all is well.

on top of everything though, my bank fucked up and i ended up losing near $400. at which point i said, okay your personal shit is irrelevant, you have to pick up the pace with work. which was when i realized my tablet isnt working. QUQ

to add to matters, i just moved out, so im kinda panicking on how im going to pay for anything lmao

apparently the usb port on the side is damaged and will no longer connect to my computer. i tried taking it apart last night to solder a cord to the tablet itself, but i didnt have the right size allen wrench @H@;;
so a very lovely friend of mine ordered some for me and that should be here some time tomorrow<3

so thursday is going to be repair day. after that im getting everything in my queue taken care of and then i'll probably open up some more slots because i desperately need money.

im kinda in the middle of a secret thing and it doesnt leave me a ton of time, but i work when i get the chance! everything should be back on track very soon, most likely within this week! love you guys ;o;

i absolutely can't stand when you befriend a commissioner and then afterwards they expect you to just? draw them free art?? like, i understand giving friends gifts. but thats the keyword. gift. something you do on your own terms.

whats even worse is when they do it just BECAUSE they're hoping to get free art. or leech off popularity if you have that going for you.

i just... hhhghh. i havent had this happen to me in a long while, so dont think im looking at any of you! a friend of mine and i were talking about this cause she's sorta going through it and it just.. omg it makes me so upset.

also if anyone has any input on what i should include.. im thinkin sketches, icons, two categories for paintings, one simple, one complex.. hm.... and then just the basic additional charges for bg? oh, and maybe monochromatic paintings and the buyer can choose the base color
