Since I keep seeing people without ages in their bios and what not, this is a reminder that minors are not welcomed on this page! This space is purely 18+ due almost all of my content on this page being sexual in some aspect. Kink and fetish content is inherently sexual, no matter how you would like to sway the definitions. Just because fetish or kink art isn't explicate, that doesn't mean it's still not jack off material. Not that I would take advantage of anyone, but I also don't want people to get into the mentality that *some* adults are safe in 18+ spaces, because honestly, most adults who advocate for minors interacting with 18+ spaces are doing so with ulterior motives (the dangerous kind that involves grooming). But point being, I don't want minors on my page. That goes for every one of my nsfw accounts as well!


I would block people who I suspect are minors, but I also know I cannot judge age based on content on a profile. There's a lot of autistic adults on the internet who post content that some may see as "childish" in one way or another. I even have friends here who may fall into this category, but I have absolutely no reason to suspect that they are minors who are just lying. I do not want to block adults who have done nothing wrong. And as someone who is also autistic, I do not want to be ableist and assume that someone is a minor because they enjoy more "childish" things. I think that folks should be able to enjoy whatever they want, regardless of age, so long as they are having fun and not hurting anyone! However, I still have suspicions that I have minors interacting with me who don't have their age or "minor" listed somewhere. For anyone who is a minor who is seeing this, please block me or simply unwatch and don't interact with my content in the future! I'm not trying to be mean about this, but I am being stern due to how serious of a topic this is to me.

I said this on my Twitter, but I'll say it here too. Due to my new career path, I will not be uploading anymore at some point. Now, this won't happen for a bit, but I want you guys to be aware. This does not mean that I'm leaving the fatfur community, or even the furry community for that matter. Just that I won't be posting art as frequently. I simply don't have time for it with my current and future workload. I've been attempting to keep up on art, and I still have quite a bit more to post when the time comes, but I haven't actually made anything in the past two months for myself. The only nsfw/kink/fetish content that I've made has been for others. Even when it comes to sfw stuff, I've only made stuff specifically for my tattoo apprenticeship, which I cannot show due to my contract with the shop I work at. I still plan on continuing to upload works for the fatfur community in the future, but I know they will be far and few in between. By the end of August, where it stands now, I will be halting uploads for any new artwork. Line art posts should continue until the end of the year though. This is not a goodbye, but a start for something new for me :) and I am very happy with where life is currently taking me!

By reading this ToS, and by inquiring about commissioning me, you are agreeing to this set of written rules. By commissioning me, you are also agreeing that you have read this set of rules. If you have not read these rules, and/or break them while you are in the process of working with me on your commission, then I have the right to refuse you as a client at any time. By not reading these rules or by not following them, you are blatantly disrespecting me as an artist and as a person, which I will not tolerate. If you need clarification on these rules, then please let me know and I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. This set of rules also protects you as the client and paints a picture of how I do commission work. It allows you to know, before you even contact me about commissions, what to expect from me. General Information
If you wish to commission me, please message me through Discord (xXSlugSackXx#2269) or through my email (slugsack354@gmail.com). I do not always receive notifications for all my social media platforms (namely Deviant Art notes), and this is the best way to get in contact with me! Once you send me a message or message request, I will get to you as soon as I possibly can! The wait time for contacting me typically does not exceed 24 hours.

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. However, as a general rule of thumb, I will always refuse commission offers that include the following themes: scat, rape/non-consentual, diapers, babyfurs, NSFW depictions of minors, NSFW depictions of animals/ferals, farts, ferals, lolicon/shotacon, incest, DDLG, any depictions of real people, pregnancy, and feet. If I am uncomfortable with the topic(s) included in the commission, then I have the right to refuse your commission. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this section, then feel free to message me.

My prices are separated by the type of rendering and by how much of the character is visible. For the visible parts of the character, I offer headshots, half-bodies, and full-bodies. For rendering, I offer flat color, cell shading, com-cell shading, soft shading, and fully rendered paintings. Since com-cell is a unique rendering style that I created, I will provide an explanation for what exactly it is. Com-cell, short for complex cell shading, is a cell shaded rendering that includes two layers of both shading and lightning. It creates a unique appearance to a finished piece that is much different from what typical cell shading or soft shading can provide. I also offer line art and sketch commissions, though they are not listed in my price sheet and the price is fully dependent on the details of the commission. Chibi-styled commissions are also available and are listed on my price sheet.

If you are commissioning an image of an original character, then please provide a reference sheet of some kind. If you do not have a reference sheet for that character, then please provide me with the best image that you have access to that shows their full body. Multiple images are greatly appreciated when in this circumstance but they are also appreciated outside of this circumstance as well. Though I will create custom character designs as commissioned pieces, I will not create specific images of a character unless there is an established and physically viewable character design already created for them (whether by you, another artist, or by me).

As I am not familiar with all fictional characters and their media sources, if you are wanting me to create fanart, then please provide me the name of the character(s) and what media source(s) they are from.

If you want to commission art of a character that belongs to another artist, and not a large-scale company, then I will have to ask the owner of that character directly if they are comfortable with someone commissioning art of their character from me. If they are not comfortable with their character being used in a commission or are uncomfortable with the details of the commission, then I will refuse your offer. Similarly, if I know that a creator of certain characters is uncomfortable with their characters being portrayed in a certain way, then I will refuse your commission if you wish for those characters to be portrayed in a setting that depicts what the owner has specifically stated they are uncomfortable with.

If you are able to, then please provide me with some references for general posing and body proportions. If you are not able to do this, then this is also acceptable. However, giving me a viewable idea of what you are wanting will always make the process of making your commission easier for me because it allows me to know exactly what you are wanting. I want to be able to make your ideas into something you can see, and this is the best way to do so.

I will ask that all clients provide me with a description of what they are wanting their commission to look like. Feel free to include whatever details you would like, and I will try my best to make your imagined image into reality.
NSFW Content Policy
I define NSFW content as any work that is created or consumed with the intent of sexual arousal or if the theme(s) in the work are generally seen as sexual in some manner by most others. This definition includes fetishes and kinks despite there not being anything explicit or typically associated with intercourse shown in the created image. I will not debate with a client if something is NSFW or not. If the theme(s) of the commission fit this definition that I have provided, then it classifies as NSFW regardless of how you personally experience the theme(s).

I will take SFW commissions from minors, however, they must be at least 16 years old. I will not allow minors to commission anything NSFW from me. All clients who wish to have an NSFW commission created by me must be 18+. If I ask for proof of age, please do not be offended, as I am doing so to protect not only myself but also you as the client. If I ask for proof of age, I will do so by asking for an image of an ID of some kind with a visible birth date. You as the client are allowed to censor anything you would like on your ID for privacy reasons, and I encourage you to do so. However, if no ID is provided when I ask for one, then I will refuse you as a client. I cannot risk minors contacting me about NSFW-themed commissions, as I can be prosecuted for distributing NSFW content to minors and it directly endangers minors by exposing them to such content.
Prices and Payment
All my prices are listed as a base price for a typical piece done in that style. It is not meant to be an exact price reference. If you wish to know the base price for the commission you are wanting, then please refer to my price sheet! Depending on the complexity of the character(s) or scene you are wanting, I will ask for additional fees. I will also ask for an additional fee depending on how many characters you are wanting in your commission. For however many characters are on screen, I will always ask for that amount of characters multiplied by the base price of the style of commission you are wanting. I also include a small tax on all my commissions. This tax is equal to sales tax, and it does not influence the final price by a large quantity.

I will only accept payment in the form of USD through Paypal. When you tell me that you are ready for payment, I will send you an invoice through Paypal using your provided email. I will not begin working on any commission until you pay the agreed-upon amount. This amount will be determined through our messages and is not necessarily the full price of the commission. If you cannot pay the full price upfront, please let me know when we are discussing the price of your commission. I am more than happy to come up with payment options that work for you. However, you will not get access to the finished product until you pay me in full.
After Payment
All clients are more than welcome to ask for updates on their commissioned work at any time they wish. I will always send clients a rough sketch and the finished line art though, regardless of being asked to do so. If you ask for an update, then I will send you an image of the progress I have made so far. If I have not made any progress on your piece when you ask for an update, then I will let you know.

During the sketch and line art stages, you are more than welcome to ask for major changes to be made to the piece, such as changes to the pose or proportions of a character. Once I start the flat colors/shading, you cannot ask for major changes to be made to your piece. Asking for minor changes, such as changes to the color pallet and pointing out mistakes I have made in my work, are acceptable though, and are encouraged.

If I add additional characters to your piece or if I create a complex background for the piece, then do not worry about needing to pay an amount that is greater than the agreed-upon amount for your commission. If I create more work for myself that you did not ask for, then that's on me and you should not be forced to pay for that. However, if you specifically ask for certain details after we have agreed on a certain amount for your commission, then I may ask for additional funds.

I will provide refunds if necessary. However, the amount of the refund is fully dependent on the amount of work I have already done on your piece. If you need to cancel your commission at any time, then please let me know as soon as possible so that you get the most out of your refund. The less I have worked on your piece when you request a refund, then the more you get out of your refund. If I have finished your commission then I will not be providing a refund of any sort due to the fact that I have fully finished your piece.

If you ask me to completely change a sketch, or if you need to cancel your commission, then you are also agreeing to the possibility that I will reuse the sketch for your commissioned work for a separate, but personal, art piece. I prefer to get the most out of my work as possible, and if the work that I create is not being used by you in the final product, then I will most likely reuse the unused content for other projects. Changes will be made to the sketch so that it depicts a different character and possibly even a different setting.
Post Date and Reposting
Once finished, all commissioned images will be uploaded to my Patreon and will then be made public later in the future. As the client, you are able to share your image with friends via instant messaging/digital messaging (if you so desire). However, I ask that you refrain from uploading your commissioned image onto any social media platforms where it can be made public or on any platform that would allow a large number of people to view it (such as a Discord server). This is because my patrons pay to have early access to my art, and it’s unfair to them if it is made public right away when they pay to specifically see my work early. You can post your image when I make it public on my Patreon though. I will provide you with a date when I finish the commission on when you are free to post it on whatever platform you would like. The exact date that I provide you is flexible though, and I can provide you with different ones if needed. The exact date is purely dependent on my upload schedule though, and it may be as soon as a few weeks or as long as 6 months. There are some exceptions to this specific rule, which typically only includes commissioned works that are created for personal use (ie. emotes, profile pictures, and gift art).

If you repost my work on any platform, you must give me credit for the image. A link to one of my social media accounts is highly appreciated, however, you can simply provide my typically used username (SlugSack), and this will suffice as well. You are free to repost my art on whatever platform you would like though! However, if I have an account on that platform, then please mention me in the post!

If you are commissioning me as a gift for someone, then please let me know before I start the piece. I will prioritize any commission work that has a set date that needs to be finished. I will require at least a 2-week notice beforehand in order to make sure I have enough time to get the piece for you before this date.

When I post the final product onto my Patreon, and when I post it publicly on my other platforms, I will mention you as the commissioner in the description of the piece. For this reason, please provide me with the username for one of your social media platforms. If you wish to have your commission be completely anonymous, then I am more than happy to do that for you. You simply need to mention it to me through messaging, and I will do so. If you don’t want me to post your commission publicly or on my Patreon, and you would like a private commission, I am also happy to do that as well. Again, all you need to do is let me know!
Rights to Use My Work
You are free to commission me for any reason you would like. However, I do not agree with my images being used outside of their intended use. I also do not agree with any of my clients making changes or edits to my work. Edits made to my work, such as the removal of my watermark/signature and photoshopped distortions of the image, are not allowed to be made. Feel free to crop your image to be used as a profile picture or header image for social media though, just make sure you credit me in your bio/profile description or in a pinned post. If you wish to use my image in any way that it was not intended for, then please ask me before doing so.

I do not agree to my work being used for any 3rd party or commercial use. This inherently includes the sold distribution of my created works. The only exception to this rule involves the reselling of a character design that I have made and sold to you. In this scenario, you must contact me about selling the character design. Once I agree, you are able to sell the character design for any price that is equal to or less than the price you, as the client, originally paid for that character design.

I do not agree to any of my commissioned works being used in the generation of A.I. images. Copy Right laws protect my works from being used in this way. I will not hesitate to sue on the grounds of my intellectual property being stolen if my created works are used in A.I.-generated images.

I think now is a good time to say that proshippers, pedophiles, and zoophiles are not welcome on my page and they never have been. I'm honestly so sick and tired of having this conversation, but somehow people keep thinking this page and any of my other socials is a safe space. This is mainly about proshippers and pedos though.


Proshippers, for those who don't know, are people who think that any ship between any person is morally acceptable in the realm of fiction. This rule includes pedophilic and incestuous ships. Most proshippers use this as an excuse to draw kids in nsfw settings with the excuse that "it's not hurting anyone because it's fiction". I think everyone here knows that what we find sexually attractive affects our lives outside of the internet. Kink/fetish furs know damn well fiction affects reality. Now put that into the context of child porn, and wow that leads right to irl pedophilia!


They also claim it heals their trauma from their own child sex abuse, when that's not true in the slightest. It’s been proven that there’s a large number of offending pedophiles who were sexually abused in their childhood. They aren’t raping kids to cope though. They were exposed to it, and because the brain is damaged by that incident, they now have a “fetish” for raping kids. It’s a source of the problem, but that doesn’t make it ok. The same goes for proshippers. Just because you were abused, that does not make it ok to relive your trauma by fetishizing child molestation. Real or not.


Another thing they like to say is that it causes no harm, which again, is not true. Child pornography has been scientifically proven to cause brain damage. As like I stated previously, it caused pedophiles to act on their urges toward real children. Getting a small taste of something someone finds sexually attractive is very rarely enough to satisfy someone’s urges. Plus, even drawing child porn is very illegal in the United States! Just because it’s not real children getting hurt, draw child porn is still depicting children in a sexual setting. It’s the concept of raping kids that’s not ok.


Proshippers play the victim car whenever you point anything out to them. They use their trauma against you to validate their disgusting acts. Being sexually abused, as stated previously, does not grant you the right to draw anything you want. As someone who WAS sexually abused as a kid, and as someone who knows better than to indulge in something that hurt me, fuck you! You’re just as bad as your abusers if you think shipping kids and adults is in any way shape or form valid! Especially anything sexual! No therapist would recomend viewing or indulging in something that could trigger flashbacks. If they do, then they are a shit therapist. People who have been sexually abused are at risk of seeing this pedophilic propaganda and can be sent into a spiral too. Which is causing harm. Something they like to say doesn’t happen with proshipping. I’d hate to be the person to personally cause someone to have a mental breakdown over a few pixels on a screen, so why do proshippers not care about anyone but themselves?


The worst is when they groom children into thinking proshipping is valid. I’ve seen so many 14-year-olds get swindled into the proshipping void, and it’s causing some concern. The numbers keep going up. These kids are at serious risk of these proshipping adults saying or doing something illegal to them. Many of them welcom minors into their spaces and it’s sickening. Not all of them allow minors on their pages, but many do. Ether way, proshippers are infiltrating things that many minors enjoy, shipping two characters from media sources that they like. It’s not wrong for teens to explore their sexuality, it’s a healthy development stage, but they shouldn’t have to risk stumbling across the wrong type of r34. That can and will lead them down the wrong path and hinder their development.


Proshippers act like children while drawing child porn, and it’s so infuriating. They play victim, and refuse to engage in any sort of argument that makes sense given the context. They put the blame on those around them before blocking them like children. Meanwhile, these are grown adults crying like babies because someone called them out for being a pedophile. Can’t people just act their age and talk actually talk out their differences these days? Proshippers are too deep in their fantasy land to do that.


I only depict consenting adults on my page who have the brainpower of an adult human or greater. I try not to draw ferals because I feel uncomfortable drawing anatomically correct animals. Any babyfurs or anything child-like is a huge no-no for me. If I see anything like that on the profiles of the people who follow me, I block them. I'm not messing with pedophilia, or even borderline pedophilia, on my page. My commission price sheet goes into detail on all the things I will not draw ever, but I feel like reinstating that would help. I fully believe that pretend pedophilia is still pedophilia. Stuff like proshipping, ddlg, and abdl and not ok to be a part of in my opinion.
