As many of you probably know there is this bill floating around congress Called PIPA/SOPA.
In lamest terms, What this bill will do is shut down the Internet. Hell with this bill you could be put in prison just for
watching YouTube videos. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE watch this video:

So I got a new processor for my computer just a little while ago
and am typing this message in case it completely destroys my computer
and I wont be able to speak to yall for a bit.

Ok so here is the deal, I don't sleep well. It's been awhile since I have gotten a really restful sleep.
I go to bed, I wake up tired, and that's pretty much it. I hardly ever dream. My first guess is that I'm not entering
the late stages of REM sleep. Something is keeping me from going that far and I'm pretty confident that it's the TV.

I turn the volume down to where you can't here it and just leave it on the rest of the night.
But the thing is that I cannot fall asleep without it on.
I've tried on many occasions turning it off but it takes hours for me to fall asleep and then I just have to get up shortly after.

I admittedly have a great fear of the dark (I'm 20 and still afraid of the dark...how stupid is that >.>)
If my room isn't lit up enough I get scared and have to turn something on.
A night light doesn't help either as it's not bright enough to keep my mind from playing tricks on me and scaring me half to death in the middle of the night.
Every little noise in the dark freaks me out. Can't cover eyes or ears either because as soon as I do my mind says "THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE ROOM!!!! OH GOD FREAK OUT!!!"
and I get that feeling like someone is there and about to touch me or somethin...

I thought about going to the doctor but I feel it would just be a waist of time and money that I don't have. So maybe some tips or something would be helpful.
It's not that big of a deal really, been like this for years and I've learned how to deal with it.
But it would be nice to get a good nights sleep every once in awhile...
