Life Update!
Posted 13 years agoWell, finally after years of looking, I got a private employment (tax free! Woo!) as a house-caretaker/maid for this British couple who are moving to Daytona Beach from London! I will be paid $400 dollars a week, and work every week, 3 days of the week!
$400 bucks for three days work! Sign me up!
But I will be buying their groceries, cleaning their home, and helping with other things they need on account that the wife of this couple is having her first baby. (oh joy >.<)
But, I am very happy that I FINALLY found work!

Questions concerning Megaplex!
Posted 13 years agoIs anyone planning on going to Megaplex this July?
My mate and I live in Holly Hill near Ormand Beach Florida,
By the time Megaplex comes around, Dusky and I should
have saved up around $800 minimum by the time we get
there. Now, we have a flexible schedule, meaning
that we can be there for one, or two or all three but
we don't have to be there for the entirety of the con.
We were just wondering if anyone would be willing
to split the cost for a room with us. Here is the budget
as it stands:
$280 = 2Person Supersponsor Reg. (pre)
$89/night = Room+Tax (Will split room cost)
Call 407-396-1400 and ask for Megaplex room block
for registration.
This registration includes:
Free Parking
Resort fees waived
($530+gas would be our share of the fees)
The price for your registration will vary, but we won't
be able to pay for your registration. We can pay for half
of the room cost, plus help out on gas for the trip down to
Kissimmee.
Average: We will pay $150 for our share of the room cost
$150 will cover your share of the hotel fee.
This is negotiable according to how many nights you wish
to stay.
If anyone is willing to split the room cost, please send me
a note, or comment on this journal. Negotiating the price
for gas is possible.
Summary:
Our registration we will pay: $280

!MOVED! A new beginning!
Posted 13 years agoYesterday, my mate and I decided to leave Jacksonville/Palatka and start a new life in Daytona Beach. We left quite a bit of our possessions and clothes behind on account that the possessions could be easily replaced when we had room for them, and the clothes were actually mildewed to the point of no-return. So, now we live in an apartment with some friends and already things are starting to look up. I filled out an application to a staffing agency, and have found numerous job sites that are hiring down here in Daytona. ....ugh okay were not really in Daytona, we are actually in a place called Holly Hill (there I corrected it, damnit!) anywhoser... Dusky Dingo and I are greatly appreciative to the furs that have helped us out:

An Interesting Idea!
Posted 13 years agoWell, I was browsing through FA to find that there is no transgender FA group on here that I could find. Plus I was thinking that there may be other gendermorpher furs like me out there. So, I was wondering if anyone (if applied) would support the idea of making a gendermorfurs FA group on here... just comment on the journal with your ideas, or concerns.

Posted 13 years agoToday after going to bed around 9am, I am utterly exhausted! So, I decided to stay at home and work on a new fur-story. I don't know what the title is going to be, but I'm in the mood for something Post Apocalyptic.
The reason I am going to bed so damn late, is because I have been having some serious night terrors, nightmares, and general stress-induced insomnia. I am extremely tired all day, but I know when I go to sleep, I will have the nightmares again. So, I down something caffeinated and start writing down notes and keeping all of yall updated.
I hope to find you all well, and if you have any ideas on a Post Apocalyptic setting, drop me a note or comment on this journal.

GRAND OPENING!!! .... Sorta...
Posted 13 years agoWell, I opened this account because I am going to be doing some stuff different. I am going to be more communicative, and I am going to be posting more stories, photography, and maybe some artwork. Some people might be a little puzzled about why I'm not "watching" them back right away after they watch me. The reason for this, is to stop adding numbers to my "watching" list just to add them. If I am going to "watch" someone, I am going to know who that fur is, and really want to know how he/she/it is doing in their lives.
I know that people usually expect to be watched immediately after watching someone, and that IS usually the case. However when I was looking through my previous FA account, about 98% of the people that I was watching on there, I didn't know from Jack Diddly!
So, from now on, I am going to try and communicate and really share in their experiences. I mean, that is what the furry community is all about, right? Its about sharing in each others experiences! One of the main concerns that I have with the furry community, especially in Florida, is that lots of the furs who watch me, or I have been watching, I RARELY hear from! I don't know how they are, what is going on in their lives, if they are even alive! And my heart goes out to them, REALLY! I really do care about what happens to my friends! And, if I have the power to help them out, I can; if not for physical support, but for emotional support. To really be there for our friends, even if its just a shoulder to cry on, or a laugh to share, that is what friendship is truly about: Being brothers and sisters (and otherwise) for each other.
The thing of the matter is, I don't want to sound emo or that whole "oh woe is me" and "life sucks so much for me", but throughout my entire childhood, I have been a bit of a loaner and I haven't really interacted socially with other people because of one simple thing: lack of communication. So, I decided that it is time to change that, and I know with the help of my new and old friends, we can both help each other to strengthen our furry community, even in the smallest of things.
