Oh wow, it's been so long since I have been here!
I am still alive but guarding my wine stock is exhausting work when you have multiple noodle dragons trying to raid your wine stash daily. Hope you folks enjoy the few uploads I have done. You can probably find me more active on Twitter over at grumpyqinglong. :)

Arriving on Tuesday (7th) to get jet lag sorted out.
What day are you leaving?
Tuesday 14th early morning. Hopefully less crazy check out queues.
How are you traveling?
Flying again 10,000 miles. Transiting Tokyo and Detroit on the way there, and Atlanta then Tokyo on the way home.
Who are you rooming with?
singha, skyryd3r and

Who will you hang out with during the convention?
tienlong and hope to catch up with more folks this con unlike MWFF.
How is the best way to find you?

Posted 10 years agoOne month remains before part of this grump dragon travels to Anthrocon from this side of the planet. Hope to see everybody there, and with the wine thief busy with the con, hopefully both grumpy dragons will be left in peace to sip their wine and enjoy the con!

What's a good packing guide for Midwest FurFest?
Posted 11 years agoBeing more of a spring (or more usually an overly hot humid tropical day) season dragon, winter an absolute bane! This leads to a rather curious question on what do I need to pack for a MWFF which is now in early December.
I'm sure fur will help keep me nice and warm on occasion but I am wondering what else I should bring beyond that!

But yeah, the reason why I'm reconsidering con plans is due to leave plans and the rather steep raise in airfares for AC. Maybe I be able to make it for both but I don't think that's going to quite likely at this point in time...

Been looking to commissiono some nice artwork involving Tien Long tienlong) and qing-long. Have a few ideas bouncing around in my head, and was wondering if folks would have some more. :P

Posted 13 years agoAaaah, Qing Long is shedding quite a tad bit of fur from washing after Anthrocon for some reason. I hope this is normal...

Posted 13 years agoFinally made it back home! Baggage from the flight made it out flight, but there were some hiccups at home upon arrival that soured the mood a little. Right arm is also aching like nobody's business right now and lifting it up above my head is pretty difficult.
In any case, going to do a limited amount of unpacking and then crashing for the night. I'll definitely have to get all the AC loot posted up soon. :)
