Honest Opinion as Humans, not Furs
Posted 13 years agoWhat would you get tattooed on your body IF you could?
I'm going to be drawing some flashes to try and sell to local shops around here, and I need to know your honest opinions as humans not as furs, because not everyone who would walk into a tattoo parlor would be a furry, therefore they wouldn't likely want anything us as furries would think to be tattooed with, like...Paw prints and such.
Does that make sense...? I'm not sure...>w< I don't mean any offense at all.

Work has cut my days down to two a week and it's going to be hard to come up with grocery money and bill money, so I am opening up ten slots at a time for sketches and shaded sketches...Please to help?

Posted 13 years agoNot too much a dire thing, I suppose, I just need help getting a $300 deposit for the energy company to start up service at the apartments we're moving to. If I have to draw and draw and draw till my fingers bleed and my eyes pop out of my head, so be it. But I really need the help, and since it is needed so soon, I have no idea what to do. >.< Anyway. Yeah. Need energy. Has no money. Help???

Hey everyone, an update on life from a quiet lil' girl
Posted 13 years agoWell, after the debacle with Tyler and Lecy, we moved into a hotel three weeks ago. The hotel had internet, but unless you were in the lobby, the signal was too weak to even be picked up by an android phone and a laptop, so I have been quiet, and watching from laggy-as-hell internet off of my smart phone's data plan. Sloooooowwwwwwww. >.< Well, anyway, we moved out of the hotel today, and are again at the in-laws. Woopty friggin doo.
Anyway, other than that, we have an apartment we're waiting to be approved for, which we are 100% positive we will pass. Neither of us has a criminal, drug, or other wise unclean history. So, we're supposed to move in Friday.
Here's a small hiccup. I have $40 to spend on groceries, and that is supposed to last us two weeks. Uh-huh. I don't think so. So, I did up some adoptables. I ain't askin for donations, I ain't beggin for money. If I have to I will sell my things to a store and use the money for food. No biggie!
Our rent is gonna be a totalled $515, not including the pay-it-yourself electric bill. :/ I feel boned already, but hey, MAYBE a total of $675 on the apartment alone a month with around $1600 coming in each month, it's not so bad, but it's still a little tight, due to two phone bills, one for $50 (mine) and one for $60 (My hubby's) and the, um...$45 every two weeks for my bad habit.......*flicks her cigarette in shame*
So, plus side: Good place with a stove to live in.
Down side: I am stuck with the naggy in-laws for a week.
Two more plus sides: This setup has the potential to be $50 cheaper than the hotel, and there is a swimming pool!! ...Hey, don't judge. You live in the Texas heat, you'll be praisin a god you never believed in when you get to go to a pool and swim. >.>
Down side: I have to walk an hour to get to work.....The timing belt is about to crap out on the car, and we haven't even had a chance to save a dime to fix it.
Down side again: Scarce munnies for food.
Anywhoozles, that's life in the fat lane here, folks. Now, time for much needed sleep. ....Though I am uncertain how restful it will be. ^^; *pats the thin-carpet-over-wood floor with nothing but a pile of pillows and a blanket between her body and the floor, and a sheet on top*

Axelrod21 for sparing me the money for the deposit on a new apartment. I appreciate that. However, I am going to need $675 for the first month's rent and to turn on electric and water. I have NO WHERE TO GO. I'd moved in with Tyler and Lecy, two of my husbands friends. However, Lecy went and lied, and moved us in BEFORE the lease was signed, and the applications and background checks were done. We didn't know that we were supposed to sign THEN move, not move then sign. So we get told to move out, sign it, then move back in. We were going to do that. Then something happened somehow where Lecy cost us our chance to move in to the apartment AT ALL. Like, get the fuck out, sorry, you can't live with them EVER because Lecy went and lied for her benefit. So, we're looking at this duplex. This duplex is 375 a month, but we have to pay for our own electric and water. Not too bad, but still a little touchy on it:

Like I said, I need $675 MORE for it. So...I am going to sell my sonas. I need to so we can try and move into this apartment. I'm really hurting for cash.
My father-in-law DOES NOT want us to move back in so we're stuck in a rock and a hard place.....
Let's start:
Each character will come with every picture ever drawn for it. Some are just sketches, some have actual color, and others are traditional (I don't have the original copies any more, sorry!) You can change the names, colors, and accessories (clothes included).
Each character will start at $50 and for each piece that goes with it will be $5 for a sketch piece accompaniment and $10 for each full color. These are the characters available for sale:
"Rommy": She's a vampire girl, looks like me, but you can add any colors, or change any hair style/accessories you want. She'll be for $60, this is a total of three sketches.
"Andy": She's a Halloween-colored panda. You can change her colors, there are two color-pallets available, the original blue and purples, and the new Halloween colors. She's running for $85 for four full colors and two sketches.
"Divinity": She's a succubus, cute and demonic, but again, you can change her colors, you can change her wing and horn style, her tail style. She'll be $55 for a colored sketch and another sketch.
"Aycee": She's a fox girl who has now been mixed with the rest of these characters. You will get the original character traditional color (albeit a "thank you" picture), one full color lesbian art, one colored headshot, and a sketch. She will run for $75.
"Charity" She's an angel, pretty and sweet, and she's only got one sketch, but you can choose her colors, and change whatever you want to on her. She's $50
"Andromeda": She's a Leoven (Species created by
Lionlotus) there's only really one picture of her, so she is going to sell for $50. You can change her colors and hair style if you want, or add more tails, just keep the minimum tails to two.
"Alabaster": She's a queen bee, with four pictures. She will sell for $70. Change what you like.
"Phoenix": She's a human with fire powers. Sexy, busty, and dark skin. One picture digital painting, she'll run $60.

Yeah.
You may be sitting there going "How is this important?" Well, it's important to me because I can finally get away from money-hungry in-laws and have my own place with my loving husband!!
And it's also important that you know I have no internets, so you don't spam my notes with "Hey, how's my art" stuff. Actually, I think I'm gonna disable notes until I get internets again. I mean, in the apartment. I may be on occasionally, to try and post a piece of art or two, but for the most part, no one can get ahold of me unless you have my cell number, and I don't give that out on a whim. :/
Anyway, I move tomorrow, the 20th. It's gonna be oh-so-fun. >W<
So yeah, see you all soon! I hope that this move works out well, or I may be finding myself much more stressed than I already am....

For just a sketch of your adopt, that you can color yourself, $20. For flat color sketch of your grab-bag adoptable, $30. For a flat color line art of your adoptable, $40. Anything more than that, if you want digital painting style, say, will cost you $80. Helps me to get car....?
