Commissions are open!
Posted a year agoHi everyone!
I'm happy to announce that commissions are once again open.
If you have any questions please take a dip into the T's and C's. below otherwise drop me a message.
As with all Commissions there comes some questions and terms etc that go with it. Whilst it may seem a bit 'blah blah blah', it is actually important to cover myself and you.
Commissions support me in a major way and it drives me to do the best I can.
Anywho, onto the FAQ/Terms...
---
Below is a F.A.Q style Questions/Answers for your consumption to aid in raising a commission.
What will you draw?
I have an open mind and I'm often curious. Essentially its open for discussion.
A couple of things to note though...
If you have a particular taste (such as Vore, Macro, porn etc...) of NSFW content, I consider this to be fair game. I'm more than happy with NSFW content and will happily discuss options with you.
I will draw any and all genders and sexualities.
What will you NOT draw?
With regards to NSFW content: I will not touch Illegal content or highly offensive materials. We can discuss the details.
'Aging up' under age characters is grey area on this and not something I'm comfortable with. I likely won't do it.
I will not draw anything related to paedophilia or rape, per my own discretion.
I will not do nudity of underage characters.
This includes any discriminatory content or anything that can be associated with hate speech.
How do I request a commission from you?
Good question! Drop me a note on Furaffinity.net or email me at qwebandraws[at]gmail.com advising that you would like to commission me with the following information:
Your name: Either your real name or a chosen alias/handle. This is entirely your preference.
Your e-mail: Self explanatory. High res versions of the finished work will be sent to your email address.
Type/category of commission: One item per slot. You can commission more than one slot (if you wish) of the following:
• 1 page comic panel consisting of 6 images of Sketches: £20.00
• 1 page comic panel consisting of 6 images of Greyscale and line: £30.00
• 1 page comic panel consisting of 6 images of line and full colour: £50.00 + additional cost for additional panels.
• 1 image of a full character and background: £30.00 + additional for backgrounds with increased complexity.
• 1 image of a full character, no background: £20.00
How many characters: Be aware the cost will increase with more than 1 character.
Any specific wishes/details you want included: Such as distinguishing features, Scars, patterns? Do they always wear a certain colour? Are they doing a particular action?
Background: Pretty self explanatory, forest? City? Mountain? Underwater? Space? Etc. Etc.
CHARACTER(S) INFO: Tell me about them, describe their appearance , provide links to references etc.
Character name: Self explanatory.
Character personality/description(s): Please give me everything you have on your character that you want me to keep in mind when drawing them - also characters from series since I might not know them.
By sending this order I confirm that I have read and accept the terms of service for commissioning “Qweban”.
Please include reference images of your character(s). If there is anything specific you would like me to get inspired from (e.g. environment for background or stock images for poses) please include them as well. If you cannot provide reference for the character (meaning you only have a text description) then that is fine too.
Send your order to qwebandraws[at]gmail.com or via a Note here in Furaffinity.net
How do I pay?
With PayPal and only with PayPal.
Payment will be requested up front after a consultation has been carried out between us.
To save time prior to raising a request for a commission, please make sure you have a suitable account ready.
PayPal carries with it a level of insurance and is my preferred method of financial transfer with Commissions.
What about rights and permissions?
I post completed work here on https://www.Furaffinity.net/.
If you wish your commission to remain private and visible only to you, I am happy to oblige, but you must specify in your commission inquiry.
As the artist I retain all rights to my work, and it may only be used non-commercially.
Any NFT work must be discussed prior to iron out the terms.
You may not edit my art in any way (other than resizing or cropping for icons, or adding text) without my express permission.
How long do I have to wait for the completed work?
This can vary depending on the type of work commissioned. For example, a 6 panel comic can be completed within 7 days, other 6 panel comics can take up to a month. The devil is in the details.
Don’t be alarmed if I do commissions or personal work before I get to your commission.
Feel free to ask me for status requests every week– I’ll usually send status updates after every major step along the way, but sometimes life gets busy. You’re welcome to ask me how it’s going, but please contact me privately and directly to request a status update.
I can and will work with deadlines, but we have to agree on one before money is exchanged.
Feel free to ask me while commissioning me how long I think it’ll take!
About work revisions?
For the sketch stage, you may of course request changes if I’ve missed/messed up markings or general anatomy of your character.
By default, commissions come with WIPS, and two limited revisions. I will attempt to contact you at every step along the way, and ensure Sketch approval must be requested beforehand; it’s free, but not automatically included.
Refunds?
You may cancel your commission at any time; however, refund availability depends on the current progress of the piece, because of lost time.
If some work has been done, you will receive a partial refund and be allowed use of whatever work has been done.
Commissions come with plenty of WIP pictures (to be delivered over e-mail/discord, not Paypal) in order to ensure satisfaction.
If, for some reason, I am unable to complete the commission, you will receive a full refund (minus the paypal cut).
Please ensure you have the funds to comfortably commission me before you send payment.
If all the work has been done and you are not happy, I will see what I can do about fixing it to make you happy.
Can I repost your commissioned work?
Yes but Repost with full credit to myself.
You may use work you commission from me in your icon, tumblr themes, twitter header, etc.
You may not use it in any form of advertising or monetary gain.
Do you black list people?
I tend to be the eternal optimist, however, if I am to blacklist anyone it will likely be for any of the following:
• Guilt tripping or arguing over prices.
• Failure to pay.
• Harassment / passive-aggressive behaviour about wait time.
Do I have to agree to terms?
Yes, and by submitting a request you agree to the terms. Please read them! They're important :)
The terms exist to protect both yourself and I as the artist. Mostly so we don't inadvertently rip each other off or cause each other unnecessary grief.
With that said, I am relatively flexible, so if there is an element of the terms you wish to discuss then feel free to raise it with me.

a few unexpected curveballs...
Posted a year agoHey everyone,
I hope this message finds you all well! 😊 I wanted to take a moment to reach out and explain my recent absence from the art scene. Some of you might have noticed that I've been a bit quiet lately, and I wanted to assure you that everything is okay.
Life has thrown a few unexpected curveballs my way recently, and I've needed to take some time away to focus on handling those challenges. I know it's been a while since you've heard from me, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Creating art and connecting with all of you means the world to me, and I want to reassure you that I haven't forgotten about my passion for bringing characters to life in my artwork. I'm incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who has supported me along this journey.
While I may not be able to dive back into my usual routine just yet, please know that I'm working on getting back into the swing of things as soon as possible. Your ongoing support means everything to me, and I can't wait to share more of my art with you all soon!
Thank you again for your understanding and patience. Stay tuned for updates, and in the meantime, take care of yourselves and each other.

Commissions are open!
Posted 2 years agoHi everyone, I have decided to re-open commissions. So if you're interested then please drop me a line on here or email me.
The boring but important Terms and conditions are below.
Thanks for reading :)
Firstly, thank you for your time and consideration.
I relish a challenge and actively work to progress my skills so that I can provide you with the best work that I can, either by commission or otherwise.
I enjoy what I do and having the opportunity to produce something that you can enjoy is an absolute privilege.
Below is a F.A.Q style Questions/Answers for your consumption to aid in raising a commission.
