I'm flyin out to Germany in 2 days to hang out with  miri for a while! I booked to return in August but tbh that is pretty dang long so I might end up rescheduling my return for an earlier date.

EITHER WAY I AM EXCITED OH MY GOSH. I have never travelled outside the USA and it's going to be like ultra mega crazy time!! Miri is also a super sweetheart so I can't wait to see him.

Anyway, because I'm leaving so soon and I'm not sure how long I'll be gone, I've been taking care of a lot of family stuff and other things so I've not been online too much. Sorry to anyone who's been trying to get ahold of me! I will still try to be doing commissions while I'm in Germany and possibly even streaming them more than usual. We will see!

Sickness finally went away. phew! Pneumonia is not a fun time and I seem to get it like every few years, and years I don't have it I get the worst seasonal allergies. oh well!!

Regardless, I am doing a lot better. I still have a cough so I'm sorta on the fence about streaming with voice enabled just yet, but I will definitely be streaming again as soon as I can. Not sure if I will be tonight, but if I do it'll be pretty late (graveyard hours) and I'll probably just be kicking my current queue rather than taking new commissions. We shall see!

WHY, BODY

I wanted to stream today and yesterday and I had just fixed my sleep schedule but then I got hit with seasonal allergies like CRAZY and I'm so dizzy I can hardly sit up?? HELP ;_;

I got some kind of stomach bug last night and I am like super bedlocked today. BLARF. I don't think it's too bad so hopefully I should be better by tomorrow, but just letting you know I won't be working on commissions today probably ;_;

IN THE MEANTIME I wanted to ask if anyone might be interested in booking me for hourly streamed commissions since I can stream now?? Does 20$ per hour sound like a fair rate... ? I can put out a lot more sketches in just one hour when I'm streaming so you'd end up getting more stuff overall compared to my normal prices, when it comes to sketches/colour sketches anyway. I'm more open to edits during streaming, too.

FIRST I'LL START WITH NEWS STUFF, SHORT AND SWEET PROBABLY:

on June 23rd I am flying to Germany to hang out with  miri for a few months and I guess kinda test the waters to see if I wanna stay there? Many of you who've talked to me personally know the story but for those who don't, to keep it short I've been trying to move overseas for like 2 years and it has been KILLIN ME. Miri pushed me to finally take the opportunity I've got so I'm gonna go over for a short visit and see what happens?? Maybe take a language course while I'm there?? SHRUGS. IT'LL BE FUN. I'M SO EXCITED I COULD PUKE

On another note, I'm starting to consider commissions as a long term thing while I work towards getting certified to do Language Stuff. As such, I'm planning on saving up for a cintiq companion 2 because it seems like a pretty good investment? I'm very accustomed to screen tablets at this point (I use a Galaxy Note 10.1 currently) but I'm starting to feel the limitations of running on an android OS, and I want something super good so I think saving up for the cintiq is worthwhile. The thing that's primarily exciting is I'll actually be able to properly stream art without the extremely painful hack-y setup required to stream from an android tablet, so I need to save up SUPERQUICK. It'll be nice to have SAI or something for a change... ;w;

OKAY NOW ONTO THE QUESTION

... IIII draw a lot of different themes here and I honestly I have no idea which one everyone watches me for LOL. I have a lot of themes that I'd consider personal favourites but you'd be hard pressed to find a theme/fetish that I don't enjoy drawing. Everyone who commissions me just has super cute interests.

oof so I guess commissions have kind of become my dayjob over the past year but I've been really disorganised and this journal is basically about how I'm gonna be TAKING CARE OF THAT SOON

Right now I've got a backlog to be working through that kinda built up over the last year due to a lot of random emergencies but I'm hoping to get in a position where that doesn't happen again, SO HERE'S WHAT'S GOING ON RIGHT NOW

EXTRA CHARGE NOTICE

If your character is extra complex (e.g. BUTTLOAD OF INTRICATE MARKINGS, CRAZY ANGEL WINGS, A MILLION DICKS) be prepared to pay extra!

Anything bigger than small props are also an extra charge (chairs, tables, beds, etc)

I have no set price for these and it depends on what is actually being asked for in each case! Generally character complexity won't cost more than an extra 3$~5$ but be aware that if you want some specific props with lots of details it could end up being 10$ extra if we're looking at a coloured sketch. Generally these extra charges do not apply to rough sketches!
