Pretty hillarus scam
Posted 15 years agoTho whole thing started with someone IMing me in skype, claiming that he worked for the Bank of East Asia and one of my relatives in Singapure died and that he were extremely rich. I think i dont have to tell you that he where extremely persistant and wanted to have my Email adress. I thought, hey, why not have some Fun and gave it to him.
Yesterday i had the following Email in my Inbox:
From : ngkee57[at]aol.com (admins, dont delete his email, let something for the scanner programms so he get some SPAM for himself XD )
Subject : no Subject
Dear. Gerd Harth
We write to keep you informed that we are in receipt of your response to our letter of inheritance claim. We embarked on this project as we found out that you bear the same LAST NAME with the decease (Late Mr. Harry Harth) perhaps a relative of yours. He was a business mogul over the years in Singapore and was also one of our bank best customers but unfortunately he died in the Tsunami tragedy in Indonesia couple of years ago.
However, after his untimely death there has been NO relative neither his children have come forward to lay claim to his estate US$38.9M in our Bank. Although, our effort to reach out for a member of his family prove abortive as we discover that the decease has NO children and has NO wife as well. We urge you to come forward since we can provide you with the details needed for you to claim the estate/capital so that we can be gratify by you, in this way USD$11.670,000.00 for you which is 30% of the estate/capital US$38.9M.
It was during one of our numerous searches for a family member of the decease that we come across your LAST NAME which is the same LAST NAME with the late investor. We intend to front you to our bank (Bank of East Asia Ltd) as the only surviving relative of the decease and we would provide you with all the necessary bank documents that will qualify you to claim the estate of the decease without any hitch. Do you realy think you can fool me that easy?
First of all if you where working for a Bank,you would use an email Adress of that Bank especially if this Bank is as Big as the East Asia Bank (as your Chummer on Skype claimed) and not an symple AOL Adress.
Second is, this Email lack still proove and evidence, no gouverment documents, no birth certificate or what ever.
Third, i checked the Name Harry Harth in Google, if they where such an Big Mogul with this Name there, i should be able to find something. Take an educated guess with what Google came up, i tell you, NOTHING!!
And last, Peeps who are serious with this sort of thing realy dont use Skype for this.

Posted 16 years agoOK, my Mom is still alive, but i am sure the Time will come soon, i will continue to fight for me and for others as well, but emotional support and a hug from time to time are more then welcome.

Posted 16 years agoAs some of my Friends know, my Mom has Cancer for a few Years now and it looks like she will lose the fight.
The Cancer is already in end Stadium and they say that she will die in a few Days.
Also i still without Job after losing my old one because of this finanzial crysis and i have no clue how i can hold my Home like this.
I am sorry about not posting more about this, but i am sad, hurt, tired and cant think straight anymore.

Ragnar "Blutaxt" Bjoernson was my first "the dark Eye" Thorwalian, but maybe i explain somthing first.
The dark Eye is an German Pen and Paper Role playing game that i am playing since 1984.
