Hello everyone!

Just wanted to say a simple "hello" as I know I haven't as active as I would like. Life has kinda gotten in the way of things. I finally said loans be damned and started going back to school last fall for my BA in Graphic Design. I've also been streaming on Twitch somewhat regularly. Mainly been crafting of some sort, though lately it's just been playing World of Warcraft and hanging out with chatters/viewers. I even made a PNGtuber of my sona Morgana for when I don't feel up to doing face cam!

I am wanting to be more active here on FA though, and furry communities as a whole. As such, I am planning to do a raffle hopefully soon. I'm just figuring out details like how long it'll last and what kind/how many prizes I would like/be able to do for everyone.

First off, I want to give thanks to  PyreLight and a friend of his for giving me a shout about my cam pop-up ad YCH. The commissions helped a lot mentally. Also, thank you to those that bought slots the past 2 days. I enjoyed working on all of them.

Some life things. Friday I will be getting on the train to move back to Chicago for at least a few months. Essentially my wife and I decided it would be best if we separated for a bit and work on ourselves, as neither of us seem to be happy with life in general. On the plus side of moving back, I'll get to see my dog and friends again that I have dearly missed, and I'll finally be able to get much needed mental help.

For the fun part! With the shout out from Pyre_Light and his friend, I gained an influx of watchers and now sit at just over 200. As a major thanks to all, I will be holding a watcher raffle once I get settled in after moving. I'm thinking of having 3 winners, all with varying prizes. :)

General Info
- Commissions are generally always open unless stated otherwise.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason I see fit.
- I do not give anyone permission to use my artwork for commercial or to create profit without written & signed consent.
- Violations to my ToS agreement will result in being blacklisted and you will be unable to commission me or win any raffles I may hold.
- When hiring me as an artist, you are commissioning me on my particular style & skill levels. I advise you to go through my gallery of work before contacting me.


Commissions
- Delays or occurrences may happen, such is life. I will note you if I get behind.
- Reference sheets are required to work on your commission.
- I do accept NSFW commissions.
- I will not work with overly picky customers, nor will I accept commissions from people who decide to criticize every single thing I do.


Process
- I will set you a WIP to approve and make sure everything is the way it should be. If nothing needs changing, I will proceed to complete the piece in its entirety.
- If by the time it is done you dislike something, it is too late.
- I will not do any major changes at the end of the finished product.
- At any given time, you may note, message, or email me to request a status update on your commission.
- Please do not overuse this by messaging me every single day or every few hours.


Payment
- Commissions must be paid 100% once the sketch has been approved.
- I accept PayPal only.
- Currency: USD (United States Dollar)
- I do not accept: checks, e-checks, money orders, mailed cash, or any other form of payment.
- Never send your payment before my approval.
- All sales are final.

I WILL NOT
- Robots/mechas or any hardcore drugs.
- Fetishes: scat, water sports, vomit, excessive body fluids in general, baby/young furs, dirty diapers. Others may be added. If yours is not listed, please ask.
- Realism
- Scenes depicting abuse or anything close to resembling rape.

I WILL
- Any gender or fluid
- Anthro, feral, & Pokemon.
- Vape, weed, smoking, and drinking.
- Bondage and other BDSM.
- NSFW
- Accessories, clothing, props, costumes, etc.


Refunds
- All sales are final
- Refunds will only given if there is an unforeseen circumstance (like a broken tablet) that prevents me from completing your commission.
- Nit picking is not an unforeseen circumstance. I will always make sure to create your commissions to the highest quality that I can for your enjoyment.


UOA (Use of Artwork)
- Alex Wolf / LionWolf Designs © All rights are reserved
- The commissioner or person receiving the work is allowed to upload the art/photos of the work.
- I reserve the right sell prints of my artwork, unless you request a private commission.
- Any and all artwork must always be given credit when re-posting.
- You are not to resell the work to make a profit from my labor.


Save it
- I will not be held responsible for a deleted or missing commission from my gallery.
- I will not give a refund or re-do the work if you do not save the finished work.


Disclaimer
- If any member expressly sets out and ignores or fails to comply with any of my terms, restrictions and content, I have the right to cancel, reject, refund, and express my regard that any functions of my services / artwork are forfeit.
- My availability to you will no longer be open both future or current commissions, trades, sales, raffles, etc.


Communication
- Please keep communication with me, especially if it is a larger project.
- If I do not hear from you and all messages I have left have been unanswered for 30 days, I reserve the right to do what I please with what is left from your commission (keep it, toss it, re-purpose it, etc).
- Communication does not have to be every day; just don't drop off the planet.


Other Information
- I have the right to terminate a commission if I have complications with a customer such as rudeness, drama, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior or insults. I respect you and wish only to create something for you that you will enjoy, and I expect the same respect.
-If you're not sure if I would be willing to draw your fetish/kink/character, don't be afraid to ask!
