- Because I have last week of holidays left before new semester starts, it's possible that some of these speepaints will take some time to finish - reason why I added "February". I will be working on them during this month.

- After a few tips from some of the past commissioners and friends around, I lifted the price up a bit. I really do spend more time on the speedpaints than in the begining and sometimes more than I should. Some of the speedpaints I did in the past are very close to basic full digital paintings. The last journal was quite passé, so here's a little short update.

Life
• MCM was very fine, tho very short. Next year we will hopefully enjoy it more.
• I'm getting busy with school, december is nearing and exams aswell, we all know how this routine goes.
• I got a job for a game company, not paid, but it's a privilege pretty much since I need lots of experience. Hopefully I will last longer in the team than last time...

- due to the mentioned school and commissions i got IRL, I can't afford opening more lots now. Once I finish the last batch and some of the IRL stuff, I may open more slots for speedies since you guys like them quite and I do enjoy them so much <3

Sorry for not updating this thing sooner, but I had to take a break from reward myself with some free time for getting myself a bc. degree @@ (and meanwhile finishing some commissions with close deadlines, uff). I still have a week or two before my school starts so let's get busy, before my master studies eat my whole life and time.

So back to the business!


• Speedpaint commissions
- Seeing some people liking my speedpaints, I'm opening quite not traditional of commission, let's say experimental.
- Basically you give a character and type of an environment/scenery. wow.
Examples:
[YCH] in tropical jungle.
[YCH] mountain climbing.
[YCH] escaping from an ancient temple.
etc.

Go wild, sci-fi, monumental, paranormal, you know how I roll.
You can even give me two ideas and I'll decide on which one would be more effective (whoa wow, artistic freedom). If you have inspirational photo/picture for the BG, feel free to share and I'll see if I can work with it (but most possibly yes).
Try to avoid interior scenes for now. I'm asking for sceneries and landscapes, later I'll be doing diff topics, even fight scenes are possible. I have to apologize to everyone who have been expecting to get another commission slot or finished commission but I just got an e-mail from school, saying that I have been accepted to come to finals in Sept.

That means I have two weeks to learn for finals.

Greeting to 448 people who stalk me. You make me paranoid, but that's okay, because I appreciate you and thank you for showing me that someone cares about the stuff I accidentally create <3 I sometimes browse the comments late at night, to avoid a physical and mental breakdown people call sleep, to motivate myself to keep going. Thank you for every one of them, they make me feel like I'm actually a worthy, semi-popular artist I always wanted to be since I was a child!
Same big thanks goes to people who supported me in last year by commissioning me. I can say that I have learned one huge thing ...and that is if I want to finish a commission, I have to sacrifice a white goat to the gods at midnight and spill it's blood on my tablet and screen to call upon the grace of the mighty muses who keep me inspired for the rest of the night while I'm working on the piece. I wish I knew this method earlier, it keeps me busy more than any other but always works.

Upon reaching 24th year of my life, I feel more and more miserable about what I have achieved so far in my life (translate: I'm feeling old, I want to go back to my 18 or something...), but that may be only because of my level of procrastination that has reached it's maximum possible hights and thus my progress with life has become slow and dull (translate: I whine a lot but don't really mean it.).
On the other side I have people that are close to me and feel the same way so we share the land of procrastination and dull-ness together and nothing can stop us (actually, anything can stop us, just not real life).
And also my two cats.
Oh yes, my little big fluffy and the other dark as coal-and-not-fluffy kitten. Since my dog passed, these two keep a smile on my face almost every hour I'm home and make me forget I have things to do. Oh what sweet creatures they are.

Here's only a bit, which is quite welcoming as this weekend I will be spending on a battlefields of Austerlitz reenacting the battle of from 1805 as I do every year. Since 3 years back we got 1.5m of snow and -14°c, I prefer warmer temperatures for this winter reenactment event ^^;

I feel sucky for updating this journal only for commission purposes but those who watch me on dA already know my intentions.

I will be closing commissions after this batch again, due to school, stress and also the fact that I got a work from film studios again that will (hopefully) keep me busy for some time.
I feel that I need a restart in my art fields, I don't like how I'm fighting with commission work, trying to make it perfect, overdoing it and thus spending too much time on it (and postponing because I'm not satisfied with the result).
Sure, we all have this problem, but I feel like I need to make up my mind and practise again from the scratch >< my art is rotting with every piece I product now and I DON'T want this to effect the art you commission me with in future.

The title may seem a bit rash, but the thing is that I still have one exam to learn (and MUST pass and it's DAMN hard, I already failed it once and I feel very bad for that) in Sept and two seminar papers to write and finally start writting the bachelor thesis. Commissions keep me busy enough that it's not comfortable to have them on my To Do list while I need to focus on school a lot.

So I'm closing them after 5th of August and may open some slots in September again.

Trying to get out of my wit's end, the phase when the deadline is near and I'm losing all the sanity and faith in my digital painting skills, getting rolled over by random art-blocks and trying to not vent it on playing Allods only.. that pretty much sums my life in last week and continues and I'm pretty sure we all know such situations >n>

The tortoise was found by a family in not-so-near farm.
The reaon why we went there was that they also have a tortoise, actually two and one of them is a female and my tortoise tried to f*ck her :|
Waaay to go young boy, waaaay to go you little horny brat... anyways they found him two days ago so he spent the cold night on a safe and warm place and even got food. They described him as a very active and agry guy. Which he is lol.


Anyways for some good news in these depressing exam days - I may be finally getting two cats in next month.
I want to get a tabby cat (my bro's wish) and tricolor (dad's wish, so the cat fits color-wise with our tricolor english setter dog lol), because my family finally deicded so.
My brother's nameday and my dad's b-day is soon so I'm getting them on their celebrations so they can't be all like ITS ONLY YOU WHO WANTED AND GOT THE CAT lol so much drama over pets in this family, I don't really get what's the deal. We live in a huge house with a huge garden on a village now, everyone has a cat and dog here >> (and apparently a tortoise too haha)

Hello guys, I just wanted to inform you about the inactivity that will continue for a week or two.

The reason is finishing repairs of our new home and moving into it.
Still more than 4 rooms have to be painted and one takes two days so go figure. And then cleaning the mess and moving furniture, well you know how it goes. I barely have time for school (luckily I don't have much classes this year, but still, many seminar papers to write and latin to learn).
