but unfortunately I've been negating to post anything within this account as of late and I'm unable to update this page any further.
On the good side, I will not delete any pictures from my gallery
I plan to use this account to continue watching and faving art from other artists
And I plan to link everyone else to my newer account soon, once I have it set up and ready.
I had fun boring everyone with my awful artist over the past few years and I appreciate everyone showing me support from then on (Just kidding bout the boring people and awful art bit though lol)

I sorta crippled my artistic ability and been on a bit of a depression state for several weeks now.
But im slowly regaining myself and Ill be returning with new stuff soon,
I have alot of catching up to do, so it'll be slow updates here and there, but ill make them as good.
Especially seeing as I owe
his commission as well as an apology, for not contacting him within my sudden absences.
Ill be streaming once again too, got some ideas that need to be executed on the canvas, so we'll see how that goes.

Inspiration Taken The Wrong Way

How it going, so October begins, It's pretty exciting yet it fucking cold at the same time.
So today i'm writing to you to talk about a subject that I see popping up around lately
Well It appears that alot of people are inspired by the art that a certain artist produces, however for many, they can or could take it too seriously.
Not saying being inspired by a person is a bad thing, cause it helps better a problem that they had, and they tend to fix it or rather help them draw more fluidly and bit more intelligent.
But there's difference between marking a piece as a inspirational and full out copying.
I knew this person who would mark it's works as a inspiration from a certain artist, when I took a closer look and it looks like the person just fully copied that artist on certain areas (almost all really).
It quite sad to see really, the artist doubt itself on many levels and was scared to take risks, just until recently the person tried newer things, which was cool, but didn't exactly grasped them correctly to how I would see fit the person's style.
The person would ask me many things too, which I respected and answered but, I also felt the person wasn't being inspired for all the right reasons...just copying to impress that certain someone.
But really though I continuously see pieces from others that resemble another artist's style, I don't even wanna get into the day my friend found out someone took one of her pieces and copied it exactly for a commission the person did for someone, and it's funny, cause the person noted her and said "Your works are inspiration" and link her to the image he claimed was inspirational.
It's rather ass backwards and pretty downgrading to her, she didn't like how it was used to another one's advantage rather than boosting.
If you find inspiration then that's cool, but keep in mind when your inspired, you wanna better your artistic view, not exactly copy the style.
Make the style unique, something that equals out to yourself.

It seems that many people seem to have issues with the fact of people and/or artists critiquing one's artwork.
It would appear that not alot of people understand the true meaning when it comes to being an artist, nor what it means to improve. I find it rather funny yet sad at the same time.
For a long time I've been following alot of people when I first started drawing and of course , It always lead me to be that insecure person who asskisses and imitate those who I would see fit.
However among all that bullshit, a person taught me that I should lead others rather than follow them, since then I've continued to draw for myself while asking others about their opinion on my work. Sometimes it good and sometimes it need to be fix or I should redraw it again.
"It really hurt me alot when people bash on my work and I tend to give up or--- "
Nah Im just kidding Mom, but seriously, it help me to know that people like my artwork and are really wanting to help me. It makes me feel really good about myself and gives me great confidence to improve and forever improve.
So I see Criticism as this: You can take it and use those means to improve your works or You don't need to take it and remain in the same level as you started.
There are people who bitch bout things like I don't want to be critique cause it makes me feel like shit.
And there are people who bitch bout things like I wish I could be critique more, I want to improve.
In a general sense, I can see why most dont want to be critique, I mean I understand if they feel very insecure bout their art. I'd be scared too if I drew derpy looking faces and wonky bodies all the time with burn and dodge coloring from photoshop.
I always wanna give my two cents on things, but I dont wanna look like an asshole and hurt that poor artist's feelings, so I just keep my mouth shut like most people do.

Whats Next For Project Maiden?

Well ive been doing alot of work lately from time to time, doing character sketches, building stories for them all, character development, as well as some pinups.
New Stuff To Be Posted:
*All 16 Characters In Super Deformed Format
*Pinups as well as Bust Shots of a requested character from viewers
*Concepts of Alternate Costumes for some selected characters (possibly all lol)
*Full Explanation of Each Character's Purpose of the story
*1 Extra Hidden Character
*1 Midboss Canon Character
*1 Main Primary Villain Character
*And "The Project Maiden: Character Popularity Contest -2nd Wave-" (As Well as a new group pic)
I also wanna thank everyone for showing appreciation as well as the commenting.
If anybody has any suggestions for the story and/or project, id be pleased for you to share them with me.
I hope I can expand Project Maiden into something good.

Also I was working on a picture when a tornado 5 miles from my house shut off every power, So I lost my work...and I have to coloring again....
