After many years of wanting one, I've decided that I must. my bird recently got one from a VERY talented artist named Fossil (hes on my watch list) and I must say it looks absolutely beautiful! roo must have and it wont be my last. This guy is good and from what I hear he is extreamly professional and knows what hes doing. If you get a chance and have some bucks, hes a must.

Heres my problem. I've got some great art (and some awesome fan art too) but nothing I would tattoo on me (no offence it comes down to pose honestly;) otherwise I'd toss them all on me.) I want a picture of a roo or spacifically me! I dont have to be wearing the same clothes, infact more of an ozzy osbourne roo might be cool but I will work with artist to come up with the perfect look!

I'd like to see if there are a few fuzzies out there that might have some interest in having thier creation plastered on me for the rest of time! any takers?

1. Will we bury Jackson, or recycle him

2. If he was made into plastic pepsi bottles, how many would there be?

3. if you sell bottles of Pepsi with Jacksons face on it, is it in bad taste?

4. Same question but made from his face?


Hes dead and now. Everyone seems to forget what a creepy dude this guy was. Dangling babies and sleeping with children.

Yes he made music but he was a creepy.

Now dont get me wrong, I liked his stuff in "the normal years" Thriller was awesome. The "BAD" album was god like and damn he was ju7st an awesome guy back int he day. He had the coolest house, looked great and created dance moves that will likely become a part of some 22nd century moon god worship ritual.

We cannot forget that and the fans are going to cling to that and I too will remember him that way.

I am not downing on him, like I said, this man was a god in my childhood, even if you told everyone you hated him you still had some song that you would always listen to and you could sing it in your sleep.

This man will be the next Elvis. People will see him wandering around serving tacos at some oddball stand in arizona for the next 30 years.


But we cant forget what this dude became. He slept with little children, he had more plastic on his face than a Saturn station wagon from years of self distructive plastic surgery to make himself "childlike" he was a hard core drug addict and a litteral shell of his former self. This man needed to die with some god damn dignity or what little was left of it.

Check out my submissions page, I need to talk to FA about adding a song lyric catagory. I just came up with some stuff here and there to pass the time while I was relaxing up north of malibu on a vista overlooking the ocean, glad I have a lifted truck, its the only way to get there.

Well, thats right campers. Califur has run its course and has come to a close. Actually it did a while ago O_o.

I had a blast with the convention. Theres alot of hard work that goes into the backend of running a convention and alot of people dont know about the back end.

Each department has a head that is there to not only help his staff get things done, but think of new and innovative ways to entertain you, the attendee. Let me tell you sometimes it takes more than setting up a few chairs and hoping things just come together ;) People like Rodney have to work hard to co-ordinate the programming schedule and bring the rest of staff up to par on whats going on so we can plan accordingly.

The live performances themselves have people who run them as well. Amazing furs like Anji and Stalking cat worked very hard to make sure that this year was going to be better than ever.

Chair and co-chair I believe thier job is to run around in a panic the entire convention making sure all the cables are plugged in O_o Truely it was a great experience however for me!

Ladies and gentle furs, please, every convention, walk up to staff and thank them for the hard work that goes into the convention. Its not easy to do, but we do it for the passion of the fandom and for the smiles of the attendees.

Sadly, As of the end of my first year as co-chair, I am resigning from the convention. Its not that I want to, but I got offered some amazing opportunities at the con. I am taking them without question but unfortunately it means that my time will be short and I just wont have enough time to properly dedicate to califur. I feel that the position is going to have to be passed on to someone with as much or even more dedication and who can filter in new ideas and help the convention grow!

Fear not happy campers, the kangaroos projects are still based on benefiting the fandom. With all hopes and some talent that I just dont see but apparently others do (I am a humble roo, I dont take praise well) There will be some amazing things coming out soon which the fandom can truely take pride in! Stay tuned!

Your not the only one. I wasnt a mega star artist, was barely worth sketching on the back of a napkin but I was proud of what I could do.

What has been up with the roo? well a whole lot!

Califur is coming up, its looking to be the absolute biggest year ever! I am really excited. Over the last month especially the con has been taking up most if not all of my time due to the last minute chaos that always happens. "Hey! who has the decorations? I thought you had them, no no no they are over there we gotta get them ready!" I am really hoping that everyone has a blast at this years convention.

The conbook is going to be awesome! this year we have some great people working on staff, everyone is really passionate about making this the best con ever! *excited sounds*

keeping me busy also is my birdy 2. I dont think I have ever spent so much time lost in conversation, lost in text, lost in daydreaming, *roo has tiny little heart bubbles going up over his ears* I is a swooning roo.

We sit and watch movies together, since hes in Michigan and I am here in california he had this great idea of calling eachother so we could watch the movie at the same time and bawk and click and enjoy it together. Roo is getting exposed to some of the best movies he has ever seen and these are movies I never thought I would like. roo liked Shawshank Redemption ^^

We spend hours on the phone talking about so much, its nice to have someone ask you why you think something is so sometimes ;)

He loves camping which makes a roo very happy, I've missed going out into nature to just relax. He wants to travel and explore the world *murrmelts* he loves great music, Hes cute, hes warm, hes loving, hes intelligent, hes philosphical....*roo slaps himself so he stops gushing*
