Yes, I'm still working on DICK. As you might have seen me mention elsewhere, I am restructuring the game. (Or it might be more accurate to say that I am adding structure). Updates will be much faster once I am satisfied with the rebuild and just need to add content to it.

I have quietly been recreating ND2 from scratch in a new engine based on your feedback, and I'm happy to report that it is 1000x better than before. I am actually nearing completion, aiming for a demo with 15 rooms, 15 events, 2-4 bad ends, and it already has a working dice-based combat system, VASTLY improved CSS, and is built for long-term, modular enhancements.

In short, it is coming. I think you will all be surprised at the quality improvement. I am aiming to release it at the end of the month. The most recent builds will be available via Patreon, with optional tiers to include your character as a direct cameo.

It's now called "Delvers in Cul'Kurac", (lol) is no longer a self-referential RPG-game setting, and I can't wait to show it to you all.

It's true. You no longer have to send me disappointed notes about ND2 development.

I keep getting asked to make ND2 more than a demo. To do that would be a HUGE undertaking; plus I'd have to remake it in a different engine because the one I used has some performance issues for games of this size -- which was already noticeable even in the demo.

I want to do it if people are still that crazy about it -- though I'd probably retheme it slightly. Show some support here!

I'm making a short (30 minute) Ren'py game with Raiko to prepare for a larger project and told myself I'd make it public. Now that I'm at the point where I'm pulling assets together, what I discovered is there is a severe lack of fantasy visual novel assets for free use -- backgrounds specifically.

I'm not using AI nor have I found a way to convert free use photos into illustration-esque backgrounds. Can anybody suggest where I can get or make (non-AI) static background images for my silly demo game? Most repositories like itch.io have backgrounds assets that are AI-generated, so... kind of defeats the purpose.

My job slashed my 10-person department to just two people. I'm still undecided but I may just quit while I'm searching for a new job -- and that means I can write for you all again!

Are there any projects you'd be interested in seeing from me? More lewd games? Standard story commissions? Something else? Let me know what you want! Haven't chatted to you people in a while ;3

It's been a hot second so I just wanted to update everyone. I tore my tendons apart again writing too much, too quickly. But they're in pretty good shape again and the game I've been working on will be complete by the end of the month even with my drastically reduced daily word count. Then I still owe the patient Ashari a story, and from there we'll see about opening comms again. The job search is going pretty well, and I don't plan on continuing to do lewds while I'm working full-time again. We'll see.

For both null_Dungeon 2 (maybe) and RPG YCHs, I want an expansive roll table with more kinks to encounter (or bad ends for kinks that make you immobile or hypnotized or whatever~)! Literally just list off some of your favorite kinks, traps, or whatever, and if I think I can write it, then I'll add it to the list before I open the YCHs (which will probably be on the 26th).

Don't need to get fancy with it. Like bondage mitts? List them. Like shibari? Go for it. Gimme a hand here so we have a huge list to work with!

I've set up everything to launch Patreon... and now I'm thinking I'll just make the game for free, at my own pace. Weird how that works, right? I have other projects I'd like to get to as well, and I don't want to get into a situation where I can't prioritize them.

I'm happy to announce that I'm proceeding with the development of null_Dungeon 2. To that end, my Patreon page was just approved! I'll officially open Patreon this Friday. In the meantime, I've added several missing features to the game and have tightened the code to make things more scalable.

After the success and fun of null_Dungeon, I've been considering the idea of a sequel. For a while, it had been on the back burner because of a nasty finger injury (which I'm still recovering from, truthfully). But things are improving, and I'm in the process of preparing for the next game. Before I start working on a proof of concept build, I wanted some input from you all.

null_Dungeon 2 will contain a massive table of kinks (which you can customize to your preference). As you progress through the dungeon, you'll encounter these traps randomly and suffer their effects on a failed roll (determined through a basic stat allocation system). Even though you may become masked, bitchsuited, and nearly anything else, the game will continue until your HP reaches zero. (Though it'll be harder to avoid traps due to debuffs you may incur.) At that point, you'll get a small summary of your new bondaged/kinky fate.

The game may optionally include things such as:
Procedural map generation (I know you can do this in Twine but may not be worth the trouble)
Story Mode (So you can actually try and win)
System to include custom kinks that aren't included by me

I'm curious of any and all input. This would end up being a massive project (easily 100k+ words, not to mention coding), so I'm thinking of throwing a Patreon up for it to help fund the development and let me shirk off other work to complete it in a timely manner. Alternatively, I've been sitting on a not-as-kink-driven sex-based fantasy RPG with a similar scope. At the moment, not devoting myself to either option while I feel out my current injury.
