Hey all! It's been a while since I've uploaded my own work here, and that's mainly due to Instagram being my main/new platform now.

I will still be around here, but I will no longer be uploading my own art here anymore, instead this will be purely a page for art I've commissioned from others as I move from more toony anthro art into more realistic pet portraits. If you'd like to follow my work specifically, rather than my characters and their journeys, please follow me over on my Instagram.
The reason for this change is that I'm not finding myself working on anthro art these days and much prefer the realistic styles. I also find Instagram's upload ability, audience, and user friendliness to be much more preferable than this site.
I will naturally still post both here and on insta on whether my commissions are open and if I'm attending any conventions etc, I just won't upload my own work to FA, with the exception of maybe future digital anthro work, but that is not likely to be any time soon as my work is evolving into something I'm much happier with.

Gosh, things have been absolutely mad this past year, not just with Covid-19 bit with everything, so much so I feel like I've changed quite a lot...
Some of my characters which I adored I no longer feel attached to and visa versa, I may well be selling some as a result soon so please do keep an eye out for that!
Also some exciting news, I might also be selling some pre-made fursuit parts soon, and hope to be a bit more active here (I know I tend to say that then disappear for a while though so don't hold your hopes up 🤣)
As always if you need to contact me, I will always give you my personal email when I'm selling something to ensure I don't abandon you with my limited FA logins haha

Going to focus more on traditional work a bit more.. Digital is fun, and my new self-built PC can definitely handle all the art programmes needed, but my day job sees me spend most of my time in front of a screen so I'm getting tired of staring at monitors all the time.
I'll still do digital from time to time, but should I open for commissions I'll likely only offer traditional pieces like pencil sketches and oil paints.
Also, I feel my style is evolving to focus on realism only, so I'm sorry to those who followed me for my older, more toony style x
Anyway I'm off to disappear again for a few weeks while I catch up on my Web design course and focus on family during these times, big thank you to all who follow me despite me barely uploading haha love you all ^-^

So 2019 has been perhaps my most unproductive year...
Mental health, family situation, work commitments, technical issues, and lack of paper have all contributed to my inactivity in creating artwork.
I've literally only done about 30 pieces of art this year which is less than once a week :O
Anyway, above all the worst hurdle to overcome is my own motivation and drive. I am the master procrastinator, and I am often left with no energy to do the things I love.
My new years resolution is to change that - to get better in myself and get my drive back.
That said, I can't do this with my "always-open" style of commissions, so, I'll be changing the way I do them.
In short, come the new year I'll be opening "as and when", to allow me more time for myself. In order to make this fair for everyone, you won't be able to commission me twice in a row - if you've commissioned me in January you won't be able to get another until March. That's not to say I'll be sticking to once a month openings, literally just whenever I need a bit of extra cash and I'm not bogged down by anything else. There's a large chance I may open only once in 2020 or not at all.
Hopefully this will increase amounts of uploads, as I aim to -something- at least once a month, and I'll always be commissioning others so long as I have the funds to do so.

Lots and lots of characters lol
I've found an old art file with all the old commissions in it, some as old as my old account which goes back years ago!
Anyway over the next few days I'll be uploading it all bit by bit, and I've organised my gallery to have separate folders for each one to make it easier ^_^

As a general rule, I have 3 main characters, Raiwyn (my absolute main,) Cassie (my previous main,) and JoJo (my newest black rhino gal, the one who will probably end up having most of the NSFW stuff on!) The rest I still care about, but arn't as close to me as these three <3

Small update: I'm not currently taking on any new commissions till October due to my current que, but feel free to message for quotes if you like :)

I actually got this a couple days ago so I'll be uploading a few personal digital pieces soon, not yet open for digital commissions though as I need to get back into the swing of things :)

First off I'd like to say thank you to all of my watchers, favs, and comments so far, you're all amazing :)

Just a little update to say you won't be seeing any digital art from me for a while - my laptop charger had its last day about a week ago and I do not have the funds to replace it at this time. I also don't have fantastic traditional colour pens or pencils, only a few cheap ones, so I hope you forgive this hopefully short period of less than best works.

That said, this gives me an excellent opportunity to practice sketches and inking techniques, which I'll be uploading here directly from my phone. :D
Hope you don't mind too much, I'll be back to digital as soon as I can!

About resquests:
If you have a request/suggestion around characters from pop culture/movies/games etc, I will happily take it on board and may do at least a quick doodle for free. Unfortunately, I don't take requests for original characters.

About commissions/trades:
Commissions I will open from time to time, but due to a busy lifestyle and a couple health issues, they're not permenant, and may close/open at any time - when open you 'll see it on a journal headline, and you can view my prices on the commission info tab. Trades are almost always a no-go, but I may consider one depending on the subject matter and if I'm not in need of funds.
