Not Quite Dead Yet [Another Update]
General | Posted 10 months agoSo, it's been 4 whole years since I last left a joking update of where this page is going, so now that it's April 1st again, here's one a bit more serious (yes, this actually is not an April Fool's joke).
So, for one, I'm not dead. Most of you already know, since I'm decently active on Discord and Telegram, though not as much as I used to. The simple truth is I've been busy. Incredibly busy with work and other things work-like. It's quite likely I won't be making any more written works anytime soon, and I sure as hell won't have the money to make anymore commissions anytime soon. Hopefully someday I'll be posting again to this page like normal, but for now I'm sorry to disappoint, but there won't be many posts, if any.
Don't worry, I ain't going anywhere. Ya'll have a fun April Fool's Day, and whatever other days come along after.

See, at first I wanted to joke about being disgusted with aquaphilia, then slowly escalate to eventually deciding to castrate myself, but with recent news in the community... yeah.
And, it's not that I wanna do a joke about cancel culture or something like that, because it really doesn't work.
Honestly, humans suck. Humanity sucks!

Making No Commissions For a While

Well, turns out I've got a LOT of bills to sort through, and on top of that, I'm getting into plans for moving, which is gonna require I save up some money. So... It'll likely be a long while before I can put in commissions. I really am sorry. >w<

General | Posted 6 years agoA common joke surrounding the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fandom is to point out that every ridiculous thing from Parts 1-6 is the result of a carriage crashing somewhere in England in 1888. But lately, I've got to wondering: What if that carriage didn't crash.
Spoilers for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure parts 1-6 and possibly 7.
So, had the carriage not crashed, the most immediate effects would be that Jonathan Jostar's mother would still be alive to raise him and George Jostar wouldn't swear a life debt to Dario Brando, thus meaning that his son, Dio Brando wouldn't be raised by the Jostar family. It's very likely he'd still grow up to resent his father, poison him, then take to the streets, doing what he can to survive. Likely, he'd still eventually grow into an alcoholic, which, being a human his whole life (as it's very unlikely he'd come across a Stone Mask), would certainly affect him more. But, he was born with the Devil's Luck, and I believe it's very likely he'd soon establish a horrifically effective criminal empire within London. We'll get back to Dio later.
As for Jonathan Jostar, having not lost his mother in a carriage wreck, his father would be the proper level of strict with him growing up, allowing him to grow into the gentleman he is regardless of Dio's involvement. He'd grow up well with both father and mother, and wouldn't lose his father either in his young adulthood. However, the Stone Masks do still exist, and his family would still have the Stone Mask (it was being taken back to the house during the carriage crash that doesn't happen in this universe). Without someone like Dio Brando around the house, it's very likely the first person to learn they have the Stone Mask would be William A. Zeppeli.
Zeppeli would very much attempt to explain the evils of the Stone Mask to the Jostar family and request it be destroyed. I can't imagine George Jostar being so unreasonable as to not at least sell it to Zeppeli, thus destroying it. From here, you'd think that'd be the end of the Jostar's involvement, but Fate is a very prominent theme in the series, and it seems no matter the universe, the Jostar lineage (from Jonathan downward) are always fated to clash with DIO and his lineage. Besides, I find it likely that Jonathan, perhaps hearing from Zeppeli of vampires and the fact there may possibly be more Stone Masks out there, would be bound by his sense of justice to go off and learn the ways of Hamon. By this point, he'd very likely also be courting and maybe even married to Erina already (given no one would've gotten in the way of their relationship).
This is where Fate comes into play. Perhaps throughout his Hamon training, Jonathan would wind up in London, and learning of the evils Dio's crime syndicate has been wreaking. This being JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, the police would probably either be useless, scared by Dio into inaction, or just plain bought-off. Along the way, Jonathan would also convert one of Dio's least loyal underlings, Robert E. O. Speedwagon to his side. And, together, along with Zeppeli, they'd fight off and defeat Dio, likely working to put him behind bars rather than killing him, which would give an opportunity for him to escape and perhaps have to leave the country, and have children who'd have children of their own, starting the Brando lineage that would rival the Jostar lineage.
Jonathan and Erina would wind up getting married and moving to America, with Zeppeli continuing to train Jonathan in Hamon just in case, and this time not dying on the boat to America. Speedwagon, now reformed due to Jonathan's resolve, would become an oil tycoon and eventually fund the Speedwagon Foundation as he does in the manga. Jonathan and Erina would have a son named George Jostar Jr. (after his likely still-living grandfather) and would likely continue in Archaeology along with Hamon training, and pass down both to their son, who'd find a wife (possibly not Lisa Lisa, who would still have both her parents and therefore not the same drive to learn Hamon, though he could still wind up marrying her by sheer chance). They'd have a son named Joeseph Jostar, who would, unfortunately, be a fair bit less charismatic and ungentlemanly, making this the second-worst timeline.
After their son would grow up enough to move out of the house, Jonathan would probably return mostly to Archaeology, occasionally with the aid of Speedwagon, and through the partnership would uncover many, many more Stone Masks, along with The Pillar Men. Even with the interference of the Third Reich, with so many Hamon users (including the still-living Zeppeli lineage, mainly his grandson, Caesar Zeppeli), the Pillar Men would be very quickly and easily dealt with, with minimal casualties along the way. We wouldn't even have Ultimate Kars.
Even without Joeseph having met Suzie Q, he still likely would've found a wife anyways and had a daughter, who would've run off to Japan and married a man by the name of Kujo. The two of them would've had a son named Jotaro, but this is somewhat of a non-sequitur at this point. Unless one of Dio's descendants became head of the Yakuza, Jotaro would have nothing major going on in his life. And, without Jonathan Jostar's body to gain a Stand from, the Jostar family would not gain Stands (though around this time Stands would exist, as Diavolo would still find 5 Stand arrows out in the desert, and Joseph being a Hamon user would probably still have Hermit Purple).
That said, perhaps one of Dio's descendants would become the head of the Yakuza, perhaps even with a Stand gained from the arrow. Then, as Fate dictates, and perhaps with a bit of nudging from his grandfather, Jotaro would work to take down said Yakuza boss, perhaps after gaining his own Stand through the power of the arrow. This would be a vastly different series and require more thought than I'm already putting into this.
Part 4 likely wouldn't even happen. Joeseph Jostar being raised to be a better man would mean he wouldn't likely cheat on his wife, and DIO not being a vampire who could infect people with Flesh Buds means that Keicho Nijimura wouldn't even have a Stand arrow, let alone have any reason to use it. That said, Yoshikage Kira would probably still be a Stand user and would terrorize Morioh unopposed until his quiet death by old age.
Part 5 would, strangely, be unchanged for the most part. Giorno Giovanna would likely still be born, and perhaps guided by his destiny of being a direct descendant of Dio Brando (and maybe even inheriting Stand Power from whoever his father is), would attempt to become the head of Passione to stop their selling of drugs to minors. Likely, just about everything would go the same, possibly with Polnareff's involvement being altered, given Polnareff either wouldn't be involved in the events of this universe's Part 3 or would but in a vastly different way.
Part 6 just straight-up would not happen, which is convenient because I've never read Part 6.

The Year Going Forward

So, few things to go over just to let everyone know.
1. Starting January 22nd, I will be cutting myself off from the internet entirely to prepare for the release of Kingdom Hearts 3. I will not be getting back on until I finish the main storyline, so as to avoid spoilers. Just a heads-up there.
2. Sometime in mid-February, I intend to quit my job. The night shift schedule has just been eating up my life, and the job itself has been making me very, very stressed and dangerously depressed. Therefore, I shall be quitting it for a day shift job. It might not pay as well, but will likely afford me more free time in which I'm not completely out of any will to do anything.
3. Once I've settled into my new job, I intend to try my hand at story writing commissions. First, I wanna finish two sorta requests I promised
rainyalleyway and one other person. If I can get myself to stick with it, I shall be opening commissions at the same price as before.
Thank you so much to everyone for their continued support. Hopefully, the new job will suck significantly less.

No Longer Doing Commissions
General | Posted 9 years agoSorry for the short run, but it seems I'm just not cut out for doing commissions. I can't for a day keep my focus on writing something unless I REALLY wanna do it. Not to mention, I really don't want my hobby becoming any sort of a job for me. So, I'm no longer taking commissions.
Those that do have commissions pending, I will continue to work on them when I can get myself to do it, but I will no longer be charging you on completion. These are freebies, as my way of appologizing. ^^"
That said, I can take suggestions. No promises on when they'll be done, but I do love getting more and more ideas to work with.

Feather-Predator is having a bit of a struggle financially. His iPad, which he uses for school, internet, and drawing, accidentally fell and broke the screen while he was rushing for the bus to school. A repair for the screen would cost $160, but he doesn't have that kind of money. I was hoping I could get some people to pitch in so we could help him afford repairs so he isn't completely fucked by this. Anyone wanna help? I will try to find out as soon as I can how to send money to help.

General | Posted 9 years agoSo, I'd recently posted my first commission for a personal friend, and given I barely have any commissions and I'd been informed $10 for 5 pages is a RIDICULOUSLY low amount to charge for commissions, I'm afraid I'll have to change the pricing. For those who already have commissions pending, your price will not change.
From now on, any new commissions will be $10/1000 words. The commissions will be in $10 increments, with the requested word amount as a minimum. For example, if you purchase a 2000 word commission, and I wind up writing 3427 words, the overall commission will still only cost $20.
Beyond this, rules remain the same for commissions. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. Thank you all so much.

I am willing to do both SFW stories of almost any nature and NSFW stories involving almost any fetish or kink. I am willing to use any character within the story, but I will refuse to do any NSFW work involving underage characters.
What are the perks of commissioning?
-I will put your story at the top of my writing priorities, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
-I will try my hardest to write out a quality work as fast as I can get it to you.
-I am willing to try most types of stories of almost any guideline.

General | Posted 11 years agoBoy, I sure love those long breaks. I also seem to love saying I'm finally going to do something, then proceed to not do something. Well, today I'm breaking the mold by saying I won't be doing something you guys are going to see. That's right: No writing yet. I still need to find inspiration to write and a subject to write about.
Instead, I'm going to be a lot more open than I have been. To those of you who haven't caught on yet because I haven't been handing out hints, I am a breathplay fetishist, favoring drowning. (Thankfully, I don't practice IRL. Way too dangerous for that.) Yeah, say what you will, it's actually one of the more logical paraphilias, even if it is also one of the most dangerous. (Hence, why I don't practice.)
Therefore, finally being more open about this, I can say that my activity will start to increase in possibly favoriting and watching more artists, as well as now being perfectly open to RP. I think that's all there is to say about this.
Look out for more stuff when the mood strikes me.

Self Deprecation At Its Finest
General | Posted 11 years agoA: So, while I'm still in the middle of writing her up, I'd like to show you our newest member.
R: Let me guess: it's that cat chick, right?
M: Meryl Blaire. I'm the cat chick and source of sexual release.
A: What?
M: Face it, you have plenty wrong about yourself, and I'm part of it. Don't believe me? Why don't I show you? First, is Rall over there. Not your first creation, but certainly your most prominent. Do you know why he is the way he is? Why he is shy? It's not because he's simply a character of yours, but more a projection of yourself. You know what I mean. You believe that no one pays attention to you. You feel like every word you speak, every opinion you have is constantly drowned out in the sea of opinions of others. You try to make an input into a conversation, but it's most often ignored. The most you ever get is a mere dismissal before the topic resumes. Hence, you become more introverted, less open, believing full well that no one gives a crap about what you have to say. I suppose, lately Rall has become the voice to the things you do wish to say, only it's the things you say about yourself. He, too has personified your desire to help others. Though, it's never simply out of the kindness of your heart, but out of the loathing for yourself. You surround yourself with others less fortunate than yourself, then you put yourself even lower than them. In the absence of trying to help yourself, you put all that care into other people and neglect yourself, like you're some scum of the Earth. In fact, you've personified the way you see yourself so well in Rall, you've even taken to having others call you that.
R: She IS right, you know.
M: That's not all the characters of yours, you know. There is another. A personification of your fears. You fear you'll one day become nothing but a self-absorbed bastard. That's why you couldn't take being called rude. It's so much of a fear, you're afraid to admit it, instead lying and telling everyone you have hydrophobia. And, believe me, we'll get to that little "gem". But, you didn't get the whole personification from one thing. You misguidedly nabbed a personification from the first thing you associated with a self-centered bastard: your own biological father. You took the things you first associated with him--drunkenness, clumsiness, a self-absorbed attitude, and of course stealing every cent of yours to fund a trip away from his debtors--and you put it into a single character. And, you named this character Nats.

M: And, that's not all. Of course, there's still me. Meryl Blaire. A character who was not even supposed to be a part of this self-deprecation. You originally intended for me to be a type of idealistic character. You even nabbed some elements from your favorite story. My name, the fact I come from England, my original badass attitude. You took these and other elements from a conglomeration from the Metal Gear series. There were some elements, though, that were for a much darker purpose. My hobby: free-diving. My species: cat. The very fact that you made it so it was possible to drown me over and over again. It was merely to fulfill the purpose of sexual release. And, yet, I was never meant to tell you all this. Why is that? Simply because you can't stand to let yourself have any fun without later hating yourself for it. Why else would you be recording all this? It's like a snuff film for you, but to fulfill the opposite purpose.

M: But, you're not as terrible as you think you are. You're a wonderful person. You are capable of the kindness you show others, even if it is to neglect yourself. You are also highly intelligent. Your laziness and procrastination are merely your way of making yourself believe you don't deserve this. But, deserving or not, you need to use that intelligence to help others, like you've always wanted. And, of course, there's your pledge to pacifism. Not many people can show that same restraint, especially around so many that "ignore" you. So, quit beating yourself up. You need to stick around. And, besides, I'm sure everyone is getting tired of you constantly ranting about how terrible you are. Just, keep writing. And, even if the writing is only to satisfy your own desires, or to bash yourself further, keep doing it anyway. Someone's bound to notice and love it.
