I've recently reached 100 Watchers on FA! Never knew I'll achieve such a milestone when writing smuts on this website since like 4 years ago when I've uploaded my very first work on this website, "Messy Hotel". It was during the time I haven't found my exact style of writing and was struggling to be comfortable with the things I write in general. Cut to today and here I am managing to find myself super comfortable with the smuts I write along with my sfw stuff, too. Hi. So uh.
Some of you may have noticed that Futarian Island has an official name change: "Orchidian Island". I have my reasons why I did this.

I've found out awhile back that futanari is a slur, at least when used towards calling someone that.
It's a word that's been pretty oppressive towards trans people, which devastated me when I found out about it. I've always had such fondness and love towards that community due to trans being an amazing example of human diversity: How they're not bound to the gender prescribed to them at birth, rejecting that notion altogether. And as for futanari, I love it just as much because of me just simply finding women with penises absolutely hot and pretty neat to see penises not be exclusive to just men (my thoughts are the same with seeing men with vaginas too, by the way). So imagine my disappointment, stress, and guilt discovering that word being a slur because genuinely porn-brainrotted dumbasses thinks trans are futas. Newsflash: They're fucking not.

I don't know how long I've had that futa-themed smut series titled in that way and hurt any potential trans viewers with it. If any of you are reading this: My genuine apologies, man. I never intended to write Futarian Island just to mask trans people as sex objects: I wrote it just to express my love towards women with a penis and a vagina, and overall have fun writing it. That's it. I never EVER associate trans with futas, even down to not labeling my trans Rammy & Friends OCs because those two things aren't the same. I thought people would learn to differentiate fiction from reality, but I guess I'm reminded of the fact that a lot of people are idiots ruining the fun for others.

With that said, I've made some big decisions going forward:
For starters, Futarian Island is now known as Orchidian Island. And in turn means that the species there are renamed to Orchidian. I like this name since it perfectly represents the diversity angle I'm aiming for with these women species: Orchid is a flower that comes in many colors and shapes, its appearance hardly being similar to one another. Since I wanted to include a ton of subspecies like humans, anthropomorphic animals, pokemon, etc. as futas, Orchidian is an excellent name at conveying such an endless array of unique creatures. I do want to say that I can possibly see an intersex person being iffy about this name since orchid is also a pretty popular symbol among the intersex community. But trust me when I say that my intention with this new specie name is ultimately aiming for diversity and nothing else. Also in OI, Orchidian will occasionally alternate between 'orchid' and 'orchi' in terms of written description about them. Why? Eh, felt like it that's why.

On top of all of this, I'm going to vow myself to not use the words 'futa' and 'futanari' as often. The only time I'll use them is through tags for viewing reasons, certain spaces that's okay with me using those words, and if I needed to describe a female character in my writing with them, especially in Orchidian Island. Yes the futas there are called Orchidian now, but the intention of them being, well, futas are still there. So I'll slide some usage of those words here and there if necessary. For my trans viewers, understand that whenever I use these words in OI, I'm only using them on this fictional specie. I haven't even made an orchid character who's trans: I only made a genderfluid orchid as of OI8. I originally considered a trans futa character idea for genuinely neat diversity reasoning until I've found out about this slur issue regarding futas. So I disregarded that idea entirely.

At the end of the day, I'm writing porn. Purely fictional ones at that. And they exist to satisfy people's sexual fantasies.
I hope with this latest change though, I can continue being a proud supporter of trans people while also adoring futanari. I believe those two aren't mutually exclusive.

I've made the executive decision to get rid of Smut Slowies. Mainly for my own mental health sake.
It was genuinely getting frustrating having to focus on that, plus my SQs, FIs, the comms I'm still working on...along with two of my sfw fanfics I've touched on here and there. Needless to say, it was taking a toll on me and at that point I just canned that exclusive story project altogether.

With that said, I'll still upload some my smuts on Patreon before releasing them. Think I rather prefer it that way for the time being. Also the four Smut Slowies I was working has officially turned into Smut Quickies instead, so there's that bit of good news at least~.

I've recently threw an outburst at my mentally abusive mother, and was scared that I was going to get kicked out. Thankfully that didn't happen, but I feel like this level of lucking out the kick-out threat isn't going to last long. In fact, I'm at my last straw here. I can feel it.

To anyone who has seen my Patreon and not see any of the tiers I've posted on there, it's because from here on, I'm turning it into a tip jar similarly to my Kofi account. The reason I'm doing this is because I've finally realized I enjoyed writing stories more as a hobby rather than for monetizing purposes. It hasn't been working out well for me recently plus my interests in doing them for monetarily starts deteriorating more and more as time passes. What really made me realized this is that I've managed to fully plot over 10 smuts, managed to get 2 of them drafted, and thought "I have to release one of these as an early story first on Patreon before uploading them live elsewhere?".

Needless to say, this whole writing comm. business stuff isn't for me. I tried to not give up doing them, but in the end: I just couldn't click with it. I liked it more when I was writing these smuts and releasing them at my own personal time, similarly to how I write my sfw pieces. So to anyone expecting something grand out of my Patreon when I first announced it some months back, I do apologize if this news upsets you in some way.

Despite what I've said about my Patreon being a tip jar, I can't set it to where it's an one time payment system like with Kofi's case. So the maximum tip you could provide me there is 5 dollars. I'll still work on my sfw fics, Magic & Transvolution 2 and Mixturing Moves. I panicked during the last update I've given about this topic since the news I saw from my country was really, really bad and I just thought about wanting to leave it asap. I still plan to leave it, but I know better now to expect it being a long term goal rather than a short term one. Nonetheless, my fanfics are still being worked on. They'll likely take longer to release a new chapter than usual due to me overall working towards the goal on moving out of Texas and in turn, the US as a whole. I hope you all understand.

Good news is that M&T2 Chapter 1 is out alongside MM Chapter 28! Bad news though is that the two fics will be put on indefinite hold because of the state of the country I'm living in being really, really bad, and I want to do everything in my power to leave it. (The country in question is North America, by the way.)

His situation sucks so damn much and while I have my differences with the guy, he doesn't deserve the bullshittery that is America's healthcare system. Reading up on what happened to me gave me further reasons to loathe America and its pridefully idiotic ways by just making it so damn complicated for a patient to receive proper health: Whether it be through how needlessly expensive it is even with health insurance (which is the main genuine issue about the healthcare) or how they can be pretty inconvenient towards the patient in general. It just sucks, man. And my condolences goes out to him and his family that had to deal with his recent passing.

All of this could've easily been avoided if healthcare wasn't so damn expensive and convoluted in the US. :/

Just wanted to provide a huge update that I've recently went through the hurricane beryl situation due to living in the lower right parts of Texas: It was as bad as you expected it.

Luckily, I only experienced category 1 of the storm. But even then, the aftermath was devastating enough to cause my internet, lights, and even phone data to not work for four days straight (five if you wanna include the start of the hurricane incident). As you can imagine, I couldn't write much and I was overall frustrated and miserable during the whole ordeal.

Alright so about my fanfics: I think I'll still write. It's just that again because of financial reasoning, they'll be less of a priority for me. The new chapters for them might come out this year or the next. I can't tell exactly, but just know that I'll try my best to write them whenever I can. Also I REALLY should think more thoroughly before making such a hasty decision like putting the fics on hold. I mean, I guess they're still technically on hold, but eh.

It has come to my attention that I keep focusing heavily on the financial side of things than writing my own sfw fics, even to the point where I'm genuinely struggling to write them. I don't want to downright abandon my fanfics, so instead I'll...put them on a long hold for now. Until things financially are looking stable and good for me, I will hesitantly stop working on M&T and MM for who knows how long. I'll believe that it won't be long enough to where I have to cancel the fanfics entirely. That is the last thing I wanted to do, in all honesty.

I have good news and bad news. Let's get right to the bad news first:
Rammy and Friends has been discontinued. I've thought about this decision from time to time, and have come to realize that I feel more comfortable and enjoyment with writing Smut Quickies than with Rammy and Friends. Of course I do like the characters and the worldbuilding I originally wrote for that series, but with the amount of time spent on writing SQs more than it, I no longer felt the drive on writing the smut series anymore.

...With that said though, I did mention that I like the characters and the places in it. Which is where the good news lies: I'm going to utilize them from time to time in Smut Quickies!

Of course, I will still write non-RaF characters and settings in SQ. But do expect Rammy and his buddies to have some raunchy fun time in those settings, too. Regardless of how much sense that'll actually make (Just pretend that SQ is just an one giant multiverse smut series that has everything ever connected with one another, including alternate timelines and dimensions of Rammy and his friends...SOMEHOW, LOL). With that said, I'll still share new OC bios for the world to see. Just so folks knows about me using them in erotic rps and SQ works. I hope this decision isn't too upsetting for some of you, by the way. If so, well, my sincere apologies. I just hope that you also enjoyed SQ at the same time, too.
