My experience with Tsukuyomi The Divine Hunter

A Mobile SMT style game? Card Creation Roguelike? AI GENERATED CARDS??? I am very curious now!

The card system is not for the "Random B$ GO!" crowd. Here you get 4 Odo to use Jinma cards (2-cost is the highest I have seen, but card increasing effects are seen early on, so be careful !) and 3 zones that are also your Hand, and every time a card leaves a zone, one from your Deck replaces it. Your Jinma cards can have Attack (Left) Defense (Right) or both. Enemies will attack one of those zones, and if there's no Defense value there you'll take damage, but if the Defense is higher than the Attack(s) it's a Full Block that can trigger certain cards (such as an attack stronger than the basic attack, with no Odo cost!) and you take no damage at all. If your Deck runs out, you can end with empty zones, so don't be overly aggressive if the enemy are going to attack. Sure, you need to attack to beat them, but it is better to acquire Jinma with Defense values so you can protect yourself.

When an enemy starts to Block, you need an Attack greater than the Block or Armor Break effects to break it and deal damage (and effects that require damaging the target) Two Words: Bleed, Combo. In this game Bleed deals damage every time the target is hit instead of each turn. Cards with Combo will activate After you play a card with Combo, so up to 3 cards will be triggered in one Odo use! Choose the first one carefully for maximum effect...

Wondering about the AI made cards? your actions through each run will be assessed by The False God Okami to grant you a card with effects tailored to your play style and AI generated artwork Kaneko Kazuma trained it himself!) and after a few runs you will unlock a gallery where you can get items to prettify your Jinma Creation cards or even remake the artwork. It's a Freemiun service so I recommend you save your F2P currency for when you run out of Okami Coins to generate new Jinma cards! The ones you can get from battles or Zangetsudo are a small collection, and Creation cards are sometimes better (WORTH DUPLICATING!) so having as many different ones as possible is for the best.

The Hashira building is a simple Dungeon run, you can choose a longer route to get more cards or Relics (3 maximum, and sometimes you need them!) Red Skulls are strong enemies, high risk high reward battles, so be at full health if possible.

The game has been out for 3 days and I started at midnight of Day 1 so I can't say much more about it so far. I recommend having more than half of your cards to have Defense, don't feel like you have to spend your 4 Odo per turn and save your Currency for better Creation cards!

Been a while since I wrote one of these, hope it's worth it, after THAT HAPPENING WEEKS AGO...


Digital Crafters make FGC games, as far as I knew. Fight Of Animals gave us a Furry Meme Fighters (gotta catch a sale for the Smash Bros-style sequel!) and I didn't quite realize Fight Of Gods was also by them (I am bad with movie star names, and apparently with game devs too XD ) And now I have found Infinity Warrior (seriously the full title is Isekai Tier!) And I LOVE IT.

Choose the base style (your Light, Medium and Hard Attacks) then 3 special moves for 6H, 2H and 4H (yeah, Numpad Notation, COPE) and a single Super move
Arcade mode will have you face randomized fighter sets (moves AND BODY PARTS) and the combinations are near infinite indeed. Not sure about Challenge mode, but Story mode has static character setups.

Mechanics are simple enough: Chain L to M to Special to EX Special, and if you are in Overdrive (Burst with 4 seconds of free EX) with full Super bar, you can cancel into it for the biggest chunk of Damage! But you can also Dash cancel after a Special, blocked or not, even backlash if you want (rarely useful within a combo but it could actually work...)

After a couple of days you should get enough currency to purchase all attacks in the Shop, and from there find a moveset you can progress through Challenge mode (Protip: look at the area numbers, don't start at the final challenge like I almost did...) and unlock more Character Skins and the rest of the moves, then farm for the fortune needed to buy those premium Skins (YEEZUS, dem 0_0 prices!)

It's not hard to set up most FGC Archetypes after you have enough Skills available or take them to absorb extremes, like 3 Fireballs Skills and a long range Super to never have to get close (Harder CPUs are aggressive enough to make you consider it...)

Apparently there's enough Skills to recreate characters from the other Digital Crafters fighting games, if you can recognize them and collect the set, then use the appropriate Head part to get as close as robotly possible XD

I got the game one year late, so I couldn't get any Online matches for the daily missions (yay for the free Reroll button!) but I really wish I could have some fun like Justin Wong did (YouTube video) with other organics...

Maybe we could share approximate gaming hours to try and queue up?

I already set up a Note to write up a few movesets and maybe draw something to post it in my gallery... Oh right, Switch has screenshot functions, so I could show them straight from the game.

Overall, the game is worth it, on sale or not. If you liked Digital Crafters games before, this one will likely be exceeding your expectations.

# Toolgpa aren’t truly carnivore, especially in younger, smaller stages, but they will attach to any larger creatures that bump into it and slowly sap Mana from it, and will seek humid/watery areas if detached. Years of this will lead to a giant goo that can trap animals.

While I have been offline from FA, I have been writing more than drawing. In fact, I have been active enough in YouTube comments sections I feel it is a part-time career with all the likes and hearts I seem to be getting! XD
