Adoptable TOS

here are my TOS for adoptables, please read them carefully:
Rules!:
►Buyer will receive an image without watermark HQ.
►Payment via Paypal invoice.
►No refunds.
►Payment within 24 hours after the solicitude.
►Make sure you have money on hand when making an offer !!.
►Do not delete your offers, ask for refunds or discount (you will be blacklisted).
► Any extra modification like adding something new
or removing something permanently will have a cost starting from 15$
(depending on the kind of modification).
►Files will be delivered in full resolution through Gmail or a Google Drive link if you wanna receive the folders with original files.

>Please remember to review my service after getting your adoptable^^
>You may use my art for personal use, with crediting me ofc.
>I may make fanart out of your adopt and use it to promote my artwork.
>Im allowed to make nsfw out of your adopt (if it happens) but in any case you can always remove that permission.
Once the adoptable is delivered to your email or the google drive link is given our contract is terminated, i wont be taking responsibility for your regrets won't even accept you a refund, deal is a deal.
Complex backgrounds, armor, objects, characters, complex or difficult details will have an extra lil cost. As well as extra coloring detail.
Adding a character, a prop or anything will cost extra (im open to negotiation). The same as an extra character.
COMMERCIAL USE is allowed as long as you pay. THE COMMERCIAL USE FOR EVERY ART PIECE WILL COST 150 USD.
