Cooking up a new me

As the title suggests, I kiiiinda sooooorta want to have a more prominent identity!
I want to branch out and really get into defining myself!
With that being said, I need to commission someone to draw up my design! I've whisked up plenty of elements and general design guidelines for myself. So while they proof, I'm going to need to have some dialogue with someone who will be willing to work with me!
Unfortunately, I'm kinda in my own little pie slice, so if anyone has any advice for me in terms of do's and don't's, general commissioning info, or even available artists that would be willing to help me cook, PLEEEEASE don't hesitate to share! I need all the help I can get!
