I was walking out in the neighborhood on Saturday and a large dark cloud blew overhead. Now, this time of year we get "winter clouds" that come off the mountains. The day before you can usually see them like a giant white afro over the Appalachians and you just KNOW it's gonna snow the next day when they get blown down into the valley. But these were rather unexpected and fast moving. Plus it's only like November the 6th... so anyway, I was out walking and these weird white things started falling from the sky. I stared up stupidly like a turkey in the rain because I had no idea what was going on. I actually thought (pretty much quoting exactly here), "are these seeds?" I was wearing my black overcoat that I love so much and I only realized it was snow when the ice crystals fell on it.

So, I got to walk in a snow flurry this weekend. How about you? =3

So I finally drew a picture of Neo Spacian Aqua Dolphin, with muscles and everything, but the scanner wrecked it worse than George W. Bush wrecked the U.S. budget surplus, so until I grab a computer in the lab with Photoshop I can't upload it yet. =3=

Does it make any sense that only about 5 out of the 50 in the entire lab have Photoshop and they're all spread out? Argh...

I'm sorry there hasn't been more art lately, you guys. First of all, my health's been shaky. I had a sore throat and headaches for a few days and while I was worried it was strep throat it went away on its own. But I'm still quite tired and my braces are coming apart on me, so my teeth HUUUUURRRRRT DX!!! Second, schoolwork tends to bottleneck at certain points for some reason around here and I'm trying to work my way through an essay, a major speech and two tests.  Poison_vicious, that's why I can't hang out. I'm sorry and once things get back to normal I'll let ya know.


Oh, and on another note my grandparents are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary at the end of the month and so it appears we'll be spending Sep. 30 - Oct. 3 at the Outer Banks. Apologies ahead of time since I won't be on, but it's a weekend anyway so that won't make much difference. Um... anything else... oh, yeah, does someone have a female character I might use in a brief little story? =P I can't say what it involves except they'd be a flight attendant on an airplane.
