Just wanting to share a piece of news that not only took its toll on my art progression this week but it might take me another day to resume: my family is finally moving from the slowly-falling-apart house we've been living in nearly three decades. This week has been a hectic boxing and cleaning routine, I'm actually surprised on how we have such an unconscious hoarding disorder here.😅 We'll need at least a day or so to settle in, so all my progress on current commissions will be on hold for the next 24 hours.

Gotta confess tho, I'm looking forward for such change of scenery. Despite having plenty of memories to treasure in here (fetish-driven or not🤭), I'm actually glad we're finding another place, and that the next tenant has enough money for reformations, unlike us. In this whole process i got rid of hundreds of sketches and WIPs, from which the important ones were properly scanned to my hard disk (such as the doodles for the next footvoley close-up pieces ;p ). And who knows, maybe my new room pumps me up enough to improve my drawing pace and inspiration - one of the reasons my production drops considerably is that my current room doesn't circulate air well, so it gets quite fuggy in here during peak heat season (our "summer" lasts nine months down here, to say so). Trying to do any art with the sensation you're in a Chinese kitchen drains my energy and mood away. So here's to a new proper workshop!😜

BUT! That doesn't mean I'm not looking for a way to bust me jolly arse all the way across the pond... any day now.😎

Well, personally I'd say I'm far behind schedule when it comes to commissions, and the more I try to remind when did I let such snowball roll down the hill, the more I think on what can I do to avoid getting buried again.😅 Personal art will have to wait for a bit.

I'm finally posting every "post-deviantArt" commissioned drawing and animation I've got permission to, in chronological order, here in my FA gallery - and boy how much there is to share.😁 My goal is to post at least one a day until I empty the old vault, just to keep the activity flowing in this profile given how I won't be doing personal art until the current stack lowers a bit. I guess it's safe to close the polls now that the voting came to a lull. Every watcher interested on it casted theirs, and I'm already itching myself to start doodling the most voted this weekend already.🤭 Time to reveal the winners!

Before I proceed, I might add this voting was also held on every Discord server I'm currently in (I think), and for that matter I'm considering every vote from a friend as one, either if they voted both here and in any server(s) I'm in, or just Discord contacts that voted in more than one server. First... hating to admit that old "you got to lose something you take for granted to truly appreciate it" situation, I'm glad to see FA back on its tracks. Need to open myself a bit here, I was warned about the, hm, exotic tastes regarding the arts here, but well, that doesn't matter for me really, I can be quite the "live and let live" kind of netizen, or even the "don't like it? Don't have it" one, so yeah, I'm not those kind of artists who'd never join this site because they can't cope with other fetishes I'm not in. Perharps that's what I like the most about FA, compared to dA since it used to be my main art sharing platform: the atmosphere here is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more chill, no 24/7 trolls on the corner waiting for your next post to catalyze their god-forsaken life in form of normie bitching. Gotta confess such vibe is a major part of wanting to keep coming back and sharing more stuff. Never change, FA!

Second, about that $30 Wise-exclusive limited drawing comm deal, there has been four customers interested so far. However... two of them had no success registering their account, therefore unable to add funds to it. Word has it that such issue is bound to happen using the mobile app, so the alternative would be to register via website instead (still, what the heck, Wise?! How hard can it be to fix an app nowadays?...). Anyway, if anyone is interested there's still two slots up for grabs.

As discussed in the last journal, I'm studying virtual wallet alternatives to PayPal, and Wise happened to be the first one avaliable in my country I heard about (word has it Revolut would also be an option, but I'll check that in a future occasion).

Earlier today a transaction has been successfully done, so as I promised there, I'm opening slots for a limited time offer for drawing commissions paid via Wise - $30 a piece (+$5 for every level of detail, such as four or more characters, detailed background, extra frames etc.) but only three slots this time. Same policies as usual: payments in advance, no minors, hate, political or scat/coprophilia content. Been thinking lately... while PayPal has been sufficing my comm trading needs, the rising number of unsatisfied users (at least down here in Brazil) kinda worries me, so I could use a second option, therefore not helping but growing more and more curious to see if Wise is indeed a wise choice for an alternative. So it kinda came up to me: why not-- well, I don't really wanna use the term "kill two birds with a stone" in a site meant to appreciate animal forms so... why not... 'tickle two feet with one hand' and strike a deal with anyone interested in a drawing commission while giving such alternate virtual wallet a run?

That said... *drums please* I'm opening one drawing slot for experimental purposes for the sweet, sweet price of 30 USD! Under one condition: via Wise only! First, UPDATE ON THE NEXT BATCH OF ADOPTABLES! They'll be up for grabs this Friday, April 4th, so anyone willing on acquiring them can start planning their budget to do so in advance. Can't enter in much more details apart from what has been said already - same prices and rules as before, accepting payments via Wise now, this batch might be smaller than the past two etc. as the final list still on the works, but I can tell this upcoming one will even feature a "four-pack" by the same price of duos or trios. ;)

Second, just letting you all know that I finally decided to share commissions from non-FA members here on my gallery - that is, from those who gave me permission to do so. Long story short, swearing to myself to never be active on dA again didn't exactly meant I'd quit drawing (specially of the fetishist kind), so around three years after I left it I started accepting commissions again, but solely via Discord - it was the only place I was still in touch with fellow artists and friends from dA times back then. To put it shortly: from 2020 'til now there has been a good bunch of unseen art from yours truly, some of which were shared on my Pixiv account, created a couple years ago, and many others that were never shared at all, until now (or in a very near future). Gotta state how such commissions have been very helpful, specially during the three months I lived and studied in Brighton and Hove, they saved me from owing my soul to the bank for a loan. 😊 I'm planning on submitting them chronologically, preferably starting this week.

To revamp or not to revamp, that is the question. And as I decide which classic OC is on my ongoing plans and which are not, a new list is slowly being filled. Could swear I said it before, but just to reinforce the idea: some just go through a design update, some gets any possible percentage of revamping, and some, I feel it would take too much of a general makeover to fit to my current standards - info, design, background story, personality, lock, stock and barrel, so... why not come to one from scratch instead?

That's where such adoptibles list comes. Well, that and how many watchers, new or since dA times, have enough appreciation for them to want and keep them - to which I'm very grateful for, make no mistake. ;) So yeah, a third list is on the making right now, although this one is likely to be even smaller than the last one. Prices will be the same as before ($20 for an individual or $30 for a specific duo or trio), and while payments via PayPal will remain the main method, those willing to give it a try on Wise are not only welcome but encouraged to. ;)

Out of every possible virtual wallet services out there I've never found a PayPal alternative that actually has full support in Brazil, otherwise I would have made one long ago just to be on the safe side. Apparently tho, out of the newer options in the market Revolut and Wise are two names that frequently pops up on that matter. I'm still doing my research on the first one, but [after an odyssey of selfies and document photos from my phone ^^; ] I've just made a Wise account for me, convinced they'd fit my local bank transfering needs since they're advertising on Brazilian YouTube IP adresses, and in fact they allowed me to register one of my local bank accounts.

The main reason I'm looking for alternative virtual wallet services, gotta tell, is because some friends who wanted to commission me not too long ago are not using or not allowed to use PayPal anymore, so for any future cases like these Wise may come in handy (maybe Revolut too after I get enough info about it), although I still haven't concluded any transaction on it so far, so anyone who booked a commission here who uses Wise and want to make an initial experiment, or even, anyone who's not currently waiting for one but uses Wise and is up to try it, feel free to send me a message so we can discuss details and give it a try. 😉

Oh and yeah... tho it started as a wee joke, I would indeed reserve a couple of slots for Steam or eShop gift cards but they're region blocked in Brazil.😅

Meaning, if your past year was good enough may the new year be even better! And if it was not... I hope you can at least raise that bar. 🍾🥂🎇🎆🎉

Personally I cannot think on a year I had that can top 2024. It kicked off with my long awaited experience of spending three months studying and living abroad finally taking off - long story short, i was nearly giving up on it much thanks to an online travel agency and the local airport screwing me up on my departure back in 2023, causing me a huge financial loss and sending me in quite a hopeless, melancholic state for the rest of the year. So yeah, it was truly cathartic to see it finally happening on what was going to be my last attempt.

And what to say, I simply felt in love with England. I was now taking part of that society and witnessing that culture I could only see and dream with in front of the telly. That realization alone got me pretty hyped up, to the point of tear in joy, and then overcoming the language barrier (read: the British accents I didn't think I could get used to) sumed up to make the most of my experience - inside and outside classes - and have the best Q1 I ever had in life, hands down. And as if the experience itself wasn't great enough, it also helped me a lot to research ways to finally consolidate my dream of living on a first world country, which will all be put into practice this year (starting this week).🤞🤞🤞

Unexpectedly, the same year ended with a trip to spend holiday festivities (both KRIMA and New Year's Eve) a state away, with distant relatives we can barely meet up with in a three year range, and what's more, two of them being cousins I haven't met in 23 years or so! It was lots of fun in the sun with top notch food and long, chill afternoon chitchat sessions. Quite the cherry to crown the top of a year that could have gone pretty wrong. 😋

Anyway, I really wish you all can have milestone moments to make your year, hopefully your whole life, more pleasant and inspirational to recharge your energy and hopes to face all obstacles life may have ahead, because even if any progress or even the turning point of your life comes this year there's always the next one. 😉As I stated on my new year resolution: if I cannot finally leave Brazil, I shall at least make the most of it while I'm still here. 😁

Took me a while to decide and reopen drawing commissions. Long story short, I'm spending holidays away from home, hosted in a cousin's house with family members living states away that I haven't seen in a while, so indeed we'll spend quality time there. Looking very forward to it!🥳 However... first, it'll be two whole weeks there, and such cousin and her family will still be most of the time busy with their jobs and other daily duties excluding weekends, Xmas and New Year's Eve, leaving enough time for me and other guests to be on our own; second, last time I lived there (between December 2018 and March 2019) it was a hella boring "made-for-countrypeople" town, so not mcuh to see or do during spare time. 😅 So yeah, plenty of opportunity for me to keep working on drawings and animations with the good ol' cheap HP + Kamvas Pro 12 combo (got quite an experience on it during those three months at England🤭). Wasn't sure one and a half months ago, when I'd definitely have reopened them in case I'd be home for Xmas and Réveillon (Brazilian Portuguese for New Years' Eve😜😁), but now it seems the logical move.

Passing by to talk about two particular matters: first is the new batch of adoptibles, that I planned to bring this month. While it should be today, time flew by faster than I thought, focused too much on some daily affairs and in the end I still didn't even sorted the next lineup of old unused OCs from my dA to sell.

BUT! Now that this week look "less foggy in the horizon", I intend to post them next monday, the 14th. Same deal as last time - same prices, first come, first served, payments via PayPal or Ko-Fi etc. - so those interested keep an eye, I'll also be gradually posting a new journal here for updates regarding it. ;)


Second matter is regarding the next opening for drawing commissions: I'm not sure when that'll be. ^^; Right now I'm still working on two last pieces (one being a comic page, which takes a lot of time), and apart from that I got myself plenty of animated commissions to take care of... even because i forgot I still have three YCHs to do and ended up opening more slots. 😬 Brainfart moment, I admit. Anyhoo, that said, I'm not be reopening drawing commissions anytime soon, in order to properly work on those animations but also spend more time having fun with personal art without a guilty feel. 😅

Ever since I decided to get back to the drawing board a few years ago, there was one old habit I sure couldn't shake off: creating OCs. What to do, I'm always getting inspired to do so... :D However, my concepts to do them have been changed a lot in such mean time and I took quite a different approach building those, such as involving species I never had interest before, real or folkloric. At the same time, when I didn't adapt old OCs to my new art style I revamped them, when not partially a complete overhaul.

Anyway, going straight to the point: I won't have use for many of the OCs seen in my DeviantArt gallery, so... why not making adoptables out of them?

Before that tho, I'm doing a research to see how much interest, what would be a good price (for what I've seen around here I'm feeling okay about the 15-20 USD range), and of course, which OCs to list - there's a dozen that already comes to mind, and all of those who makes such list shall have a proper updated portrait at the occasion.

Title says it all, barely advanced with my ongoing commissions in the past week.

Long story short, I've been slacking on my exercises lately while spending longer than I should sitting in front of the drawing board and PC, and my lumbar paid the price for it. ^^; It began last wednesday and only now it seems to be showing any signs of relief, but yep... in this mean time I've spent a lot less time in production (be it commissions or home office duty) than i normally do. To top it off the medicines I've been taking to ease the pain had been sucking my energy and mood to do anything but couch-potato myself into whatever Prime Video, Max and Disney+ has to offer.😅

Hopefully this week production will be back to normal pace, my back feels a lot better despite not being 100% yet but enough to cope with. So, if you're a client who already paid for your comm and still waiting, hang in there a bit more, it's coming. 😉 For the ones who still on the queue I plead for your patience and comprehension. 😬

Hello everybody! Today (Mon, Aug 8th) I'm reopening animated commissions! Prices vary between $80, $100 and $120, and payments are all via PayPal, in advance - NO EXCEPTIONS. Here are the details:

YCH - $80, 4 slots

Check the Animations folder and look for any of the colored animations to replace the character(s) with those of your choice. Custom static background is also possible as long as you provide the image. Usually delivered in less than a week.

Colored Loop - $100, 3 slots

Done from scratch. Give your idea for a short colored scene, limited to 48 frames (3-6 seconds long in general). Custom backgrounds also possible as long as it's provided as well. Usually delivered in 10-15 days.

Colorless Fluid - $120, 2 slots

Done from scratch. Give your idea for a scene, but no colors. Custom static background also possible, but remember the animation will be outlines only. Can take a whole month or longer to deliver.
