What is the deal with american's and snow? I mean I understand American's traditionally wont have snow tires or all seasons like in Canada but that said are they really that terrible drivers they have no idea how to drive in snow? Maybe they haven't had practice doing it, that said you have two options, either you stay off the roads or you need to take a defensive driving class
