No longer taking commissions for comic and sequences.
Posted a year agoSo, I'm not opening commissions just yet, but I wanted to let everyone know I am no longer going to be taking comic or sequence commissions. From now on I'll only be taking single image pinups either as fully rendered or sketches.
The reason I am discontinuing comics and sequences is that I developed tendinosis/tendinitis in my right arm which is my drawing arm. When it flares up its extremely painful. When I work on art I'm pretty much out of commission for several days after as holding a pen exasperates the pain in my wrists and elbows. I can't describe how debilitating it can be. I have to stop doing things I love like working on art or playing games when it is flaring up.
If you make art please listen to your body if its tired 🙏
Its not worth powering through soreness or pain if you even feel the slightest of discomfort. All it took for me was a week of ignoring the fatigue and now I've been suffering for close to a year and a half. In all honesty it seems like its never going to heal fully.

Its been a rough year...
Posted 8 years agoSo much happened this year. So many good things and bad its hard to believe any of it is even real sometimes. Tons of new watchers and new friends which I'm incredibly grateful for. I honestly don't know how I could ever repay the kindness everyone has given me. Thank you so much!
I also lost my oldest brother this year and a week later my grandfather. At times it feels like it might as well be the end of the world without them, but I know it'll keep spinning. For better or worst it always does. Working on comics has been my main outlet I suppose. Sometimes it feels like its the only outlet really. I try to pour whats left of me into my art and getting to see that my works are being enjoyed by anyone makes it all the worth while. This effected a bit of the pacing for the gym comic. I wasn't feeling the same as when I started it and some of what I had planned got cut, but I wanted to finish it. Ive gotten a bit of a better grasp of where I want to take it and try to finish it off soon so I can move on to other stories.
Ah, but I digress... I hope everyone will have a good holiday and that the new year brings with it happier times.

Posted 8 years agoHey guys. I'm sorry for the lack of updates. Things at home aren't doing so well so I'm gonna put the comic on hiatus for now. I'm not sure when I'll be able to work on anything but hopefully it'll be soon.
