Commission Pricing Update/ NEW TOS

I just wanted to let you all know that I've decided to raise my commission prices.
After doing a handful of commissions back to back, I've realized that the amount of money I get for the amount of hours I put in is barely minimum wage where I live.
For those of you who don't know I live in a big city, and cost of living is very high. I'm currently trying to save up and move out by the end of next year and I need to make sure that I'm spending my time wisely.
If you have already contacted me and asked for a price estimate on a commission, but haven't paid it yet. DON'T WORRY!
The price we agreed upon will remain the same.
To compensate for this change, I've also adjusted my TOS. I NOW NO LONGER REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT!!!
Now you will have the option to pay HALF upfront and HALF upon completion!
• I will not accept any commissions or revisions that are in any way hateful or bigoted towards minorities
• I have the right to refuse any commission I am uncomfortable with
• NSFW is okay!
• Half payment is required upfront, The other half is required upon completion.
• You may pay the full price upfront if you prefer, but it is not required.
• I will provide in-progress check-ins throughout multiple stages of completion. (sketch, lineart, and color) during any of these stages, you’re free to request any changes you’d like at no extra cost.
• Progress images will be watermarked until the full price of the commission is paid. This is to ensure that the client does not run away with the finished piece without paying the full price that was agreed upon.
• Once the commission is paid in full, the client will receive an unwatermarked PNG (or any other requested file type) of their commission, including any alternate versions.
• Minor revisions after completion are also permitted. No extra cost
• If there is an emergency and I cannot complete a commission, the client will be refunded based on the level of completion. The client will be sent unwatermarked PNGS of their commission in its unfinished state.
• A fully completed commission will not be refunded under any circumstance.
• My art is • NOT• allowed to be used in any AI model training or changed using AI models.
• Only commission me if you’re in good financial standing to do so.
• By commissioning me, you are recognizing and agreeing to all of the above
