I will be working on your commissions and handing some WIP updates in about 15 days, while I manage to survive this last stretch of university semester.
Got one too many projects and exams all crammed up in a week. (Certified uni moment xd).
I really cannot wait to get out of uni and lock in full time on drawing. I actually miss doing so, but alas, university takes more time off my schedule than an actual full-time job. Unbelievable.

General | Posted 6 months agoTL;DR: someone got hands on my card info and stole money from me, so I have some $20 comms up to get by till I get my money back. Check bottom for samples.
So... yeah, as if I wasn't stressed out already with university and a very important appointment on Friday, today I came home to discover someone managed to get their hands on my card info and got away with stealing almost 100 bucks...
Who tf does eat 80 bucks worth of Papa John's in a night? Mind you, this is all converted to dollars to make it easier to understand, my currency is quite devaluated in comparison to dollars tbh. My partner and I spend like 20 bucks whenever we decide to have pizza nights, and we even get pizza leftovers for a couple days! It's so damn ridiculous.
I immediately called my bank to report those transactions. The guys at the bank told me they'll start an investigation that will take from 15 to 30 days and if they determine I allowed those transactions to happen, they'll charge me 10 bucks for each transaction I reported... I really hope I can get my money back and not get charged for reporting X.X
I managed to withdraw the money left in my account before cancelling my card, but I will be short on cash for my appointment cuz I was counting with the money those asses stole from me...
I will open some flat slots on discount cuz I need to get by till I get my money back or the bank fails the investigation and charges me for making them waste time.

I've been spending time with my family and loved ones, we had a great xmas eve dinner on the 21st cuz some family members weren't available to attend dinner on the 24. Safe to say, it all went great :D
On the 25th I spent the day at a friend's place and we watched Klaus. The movie was great and we cried a bit with the movie. 10/10 modern xmas classic if I say so myself.
I'll spend new year's eve on my hometown with my family and inlaws.
How did you spent these holidays and how'll you spend this new year's eve? I hope y'all are doing alright! :3

I think I kinda need help

I'm calling all the computer nerd fellas that read this here to see if you have some idea on what might be going on...
My computer where I do all the arts I upload here has been acting up recently.
It only turns on whenever it wants. Like, it is still passing current to my keyboard and mouse, their lights turn on, but whenever I hit the power button, it just doesn't want to turn on. No fan spinning, no PC LEDs turning on; not even the classic whirring on the power supply.
I have tried almost anything that's currently to my capabilities:
-testing with a multimeter if the motherboard is receiving current: it does receive current.
-testing if the CMOS battery has power: it is working fine.
-trying a different RAM: nothing.
-trying to jumper start the computer instead of using the power button; nothing.
-disconnecting everything from the mobo and only jumper start the PSU: it turns on nicely.
-disassembling the whole computer and checking if something is shorting the mobo: it seems like there was an extra mobo stand on the case, i removed it, but it still isn't working.
-reassembling the whole computer and making sure every cable is well plugged: nothing.
I left it with the power button disconnected and gave up. 30 minutes later it turned on even with the power button disconnected.
It seems like it only works whenever it wants and I don't know what to do. I need this computer for both my artworks and university stuff and this whole situation has got me stressed like you got no idea

I haven't been active these last days because I've been quite busy with my personal life.
Y'know, my birthday was around a couple days ago, and I have been running crazy with the stress of organizing the truck logistics and packing all my stuff because I'll be moving out to a new place soon.
Also, a new university semester is around the corner and it has me pulling my hair off because I haven't managed to keep high grades Xp
But oh well, such is life and there's the eternal struggle of keeping up with it.
I really hope to get everything back to normal soon and then I'll be able to keep working hard on arts for you as I always like to do!

Since I live in a pretty hot area, there's no snow around here, so I think most holiday decorations look funny with all the snow XD

I just wanted to inform that sadly, I got sick with the flu and haven't been able to work on art this week. I'm still coughing like crazy and my body hurts and feels heavy. I'll take a couple days more to rest and take my medicines as the doc ordered and hopefully I'll feel better soon ^^
Until then I'll pause the queues. Sorry! I swear I'll get back to work as soon as I feel better!
