What does this mean?
If you are only interested in joining the Discord for a particular piece of artwork, I would highly suggest you consider supporting kayla-na via Patreon in order to access Private/Art-Dump specific pieces. These pieces are still available for non-Discord users via Primeleap through Patreon.

This also means that I will be turning away folks that only want into the Discord for the artwork. The Discord is not just a vessel for viewing Kayla’s artwork. It is how she interacts with her fans, allows them to participate without the need to pledge, and have fun with her and others in games and art-related activities. If you’re only here for the art, then please go to where it is just her art.

Why is this happening?
First off, we’re getting a large amount of users who only want into the Discord to automatically see the artwork, and are then disappointed that we look for activity outside of just wanting to view artwork.

Second, it’s extremely exhausting for Kayla to have to update all of her accounts including the Discord, so to ease up the overwhelming need to update on the same day, setting the Discord up for a delayed release allows folks who have pledged to still retain their exclusive early access to the artwork, while still ensuring the folks who participate in the Discord also have fair access to the content as well as an enormous thank you!

Hey folks, out of surgery. Recovery can take up to 4 weeks as far as getting out of bed and back at the PC goes. Using a wireless keyboard from the bed right now.

Okay so a while back I did a donation drive post for my upcoming top surgery. There’s been a lot of changes since then so I’m just making a new post to send around since the other one was getting hella long. This one is under a read more because again, it’s hella long but I absolutely have to explain to people the situation so they’re aware of where their money is going and what the time frame is.

Surgery Date: The surgery has been postponed to November 7th next week. My cardiologist put me on a new medication and thus, I was declined to be able to do surgery until a test period of a week or two has passed. That time has passed and I have received cardiac clearance as of October 20th.

So with that being said, the surgery will this month. So what I need is funds!

Please Read Carefully: These funds are NOT to cover surgery. My surgery is FREE thanks to Whitman Walker and Medicaid. The funds that I am requesting is to help us cover our bills for the month of November as well as post-op items such as gauze, compression vest, baby wipes and such that is needed while I’m stuck in bed. I am one of the main breadwinners in the home so losing my income for a month is an extremely big deal.

My original donation request amount was 2,100 due to the high bills here, but we’ve been able to remedy some of that with previous donations and circumstances, so instead of that ridiculous number, we are able to drop it down to $1,200.

Few things to keep in mind about today’s sale:

Starts today, December 19th, 2016 at 5:00 PM EST (Eastern). Google can easily translate your timezone into what time you’ll need to be available. My stuff tends to go pretty fast so I want to make sure everyone knows they get a chance.

Originally it had an owner, but her bae bought her a tablet and as a result she no longer needs this one. I can supply images of it, there’s a small crack on the back that is barely visible but I’m mentioning it anyway since it exists. It’s never once caused me a problem in terms of using the stand or the device in any way. I’ll be trying out a new monitor tablet with the funds, thus the reason for me selling it.

I’ll take pictures in a bit for it. It’s got two bumper stickers from my podcasts on it but those will be removed and the surface will be cleaned so there’s no residue left over from them.
